Moses turned, and went down from the mountain, with the two tablets of the covenant in his hand; tablets that were written on both their sides. They were written on one side and on the other.

মোশি ঘুরে দাঁড়ালেন এবং বিধিনিয়মের সেই দুটি ফলক হাতে নিয়ে পাহাড় থেকে নিচে নেমে এলেন। সেই ফলকগুলির সামনে ও পিছনে, দুই দিকেই বিধিনিয়ম খোদাই করা ছিল।

પછી મૂસા પાછો ફરીને પર્વત પરથી નીચે ઊતર્યો અને કરારના બે શિલાપાટી તેના હાથમાં હતી. તે પાટીઓની બન્ને બાજુએ, એટલે આગળ પાછળ એમ બન્ને બાજુએ દશ આજ્ઞાઓ લખેલી હતી.

तब मूसा फिरकर साक्षी की दोनों तख्तियों को हाथ में लिये हुए पहाड़ से उतर गया, उन तख्तियों के तो इधर और उधर दोनों ओर लिखा हुआ था।
और मोशेह मुड़कर पर्वत से नीचे उतर आए. वह अपने हाथों में व्यवस्था की दो पट्टियां लिए हुए थे. इन पट्टियों में दोनों तरफ लिखा हुआ था, आगे और पीछे.

Kemudian Musa berbalik dan turun dari gunung sambil memegang dua lempengan batu yang bertuliskan perintah-perintah Allah pada sisi depan dan belakangnya. Perintah-perintah itu adalah kewajiban utama bagi umat Israel dalam perjanjian mereka dengan Allah.

ಆಜ್ಞಾಶಾಸನಗಳಾದ ಆ ಎರಡು ಕಲ್ಲಿನ ಹಲಿಗೆಗಳನ್ನು ಮೋಶೆಯು ಕೈಯಲ್ಲಿ ಹಿಡಿದುಕೊಂಡು ಬೆಟ್ಟದಿಂದ ಇಳಿದು ಬಂದನು. ಆ ಹಲಿಗೆಗಳ ಎರಡು ಪಕ್ಕಗಳಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಅಕ್ಷರಗಳು ಬರೆದಿದ್ದವು. ಈ ಕಡೆಯೂ ಆ ಕಡೆಯೂ ಬರಹವಿತ್ತು.
