the oath of the LORD shall be between them both, he has not put his hand on his neighbor’s goods; and its owner shall accept it, and he shall not make restitution.
të dy palët do të betohen para Zotit për të mësuar në se marrësi në dorëzim nuk ka vënë dorë mbi pasurinë e fqinjit të tij. I zoti i gjësë do të pranojë betimin, dhe tjetri nuk do të jetë i detyruar të lajë dëmet.
فَيَمِينُ ٱلرَّبِّ تَكُونُ بَيْنَهُمَا، هَلْ لَمْ يَمُدَّ يَدَهُ إِلَى مُلْكِ صَاحِبِهِ. فَيَقْبَلُ صَاحِبُهُ. فَلَا يُعَوِّضُ.
يَحْلِفُ صَاحِبُ الْبَيْتِ بِالرَّبِّ أَنَّهُ لَمُ يَمُدَّ يَدَهُ إِلَى مِلْكِ جَارِهِ، فَيَقْبَلُ مِنْهُ صَاحِبُهُ الْيَمِينَ وَلاَ يَأْخُذُ تَعْوِيضاً.
ապա երկուսի միջեւ թող Աստծուն տրուած երդումը որպէս վկայութիւն լինի: Նա, ում մօտ անասունը պահ է տրուած եղել, եթէ երդուի, որ երբեք նենգ մտադրութիւն չի ունեցել միւսի տուած աւանդի նկատմամբ, ապա տէրը թող բաւարարուի դրանով, իսկ պահողը թող չտուգանուի:

তবে আমি প্রতিবেশীর জিনিসে হাত দেয়নি, এই কথা বলে একজন অন্য জনের কাছে সদাপ্রভুর নামে শপথ করবে; আর পশুর মালিক সেই জিনিস গ্রহণ করবে এবং ঐ ব্যক্তিকে ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে হবে না।
তবে তাদের মধ্যে উৎপন্ন সমস্যাটির সমাধান হবে সদাপ্রভুর সামনে এই শপথ নেওয়ার মাধ্যমে, যে সেই প্রতিবেশী অন্যজনের সম্পত্তিতে হস্তক্ষেপ করেনি। মালিককে তা মেনে নিতে হবে, এবং কোনও ক্ষতিপূরণ দেওয়ার প্রয়োজন হবে না।

שבעת יהוה תהיה בין שניהם--אם לא שלח ידו במלאכת רעהו ולקח בעליו ולא ישלם

तो उन दोनों के बीच यहोवा की शपथ खिलाई जाए, ‘मैंने इसकी सम्पत्ति पर हाथ नहीं लगाया;’ तब सम्पत्ति का स्वामी इसको सच माने, और दूसरे को उसे कुछ भी भर देना न होगा।
तब याहवेह के सामने उन दोनों से पूछें कि उसने अपने पड़ोसी की संपत्ति पर अधिकार तो नहीं कर लिया है, तब उस पशु के मालिक को उसकी बात पर विश्वास करना होगा. और उसे कोई दाम नहीं चुकाना होगा.
