Esther 3:4
Now it came to pass, when they spoke daily to him, and he did not listen to them, that they told Haman, to see whether Mordecai’s reason would stand; for he had told them that he was a Jew.

এইদৰে প্রতিদিনে তেওঁক কোৱাৰ পাছতো তেওঁ তেওঁলোকৰ দাবী মানিবলৈ অমান্তি হ’ল। তাতে তেওঁলোকে মৰ্দখয়ৰ কথা একেদৰে থাকিব নে নাই সেই কথা জানিবলৈ তেওঁলোকে হামনক এই বিষয়ত জনালে। কাৰণ মৰ্দখয় যে এজন যিহুদী লোক, সেই বিষয়ে তেওঁ তেওঁলোকক কৈছিল।

તેઓ દરરોજ તેને પૂછયા કરતા હતા પણ તે તેઓની વાત સાંભળતો નહોતો. ત્યારે એમ થયું કે તે મોર્દખાયની આવી વર્તણૂંક સહન કરે છે કે કેમ તે જોવા સારુ તેઓએ આ બાબત હામાનને કહી દીધી. કેમ કે તેણે તેઓને કહ્યું હતું કે’ હું યહૂદી છું.

जब वे उससे प्रतिदिन ऐसा ही कहते रहे, और उसने उनकी एक न मानी, तब उन्होंने यह देखने की इच्छा से कि मोर्दकै की यह बात चलेगी कि नहीं, हामान को बता दिया; उसने उनको बता दिया था कि मैं यहूदी हूँ।
जब वे मोरदकय को प्रतिदिन इसका स्मरण दिलाते रहे और फिर भी उसने उनकी चेतावनी की ओर ध्यान नहीं दिया, तब उन्होंने इस विषय का उल्लेख हामान से किया, कि वे यह मालूम कर सकें कि मोरदकय का विचार स्वीकार्य होगा अथवा नहीं, क्योंकि मोरदकय उन पर यह प्रकट कर चुका था कि वह एक यहूदी है.

Mordekai memberitahu mereka karena dia adalah orang Yahudi. Setiap hari, para pejabat menanyakan hal ini kepada Mordekai, tetapi dia tetap pada pendiriannya dan tidak mau sujud. Maka mereka melaporkan hal tersebut kepada Haman, karena mereka ingin tahu tindakan apa yang akan dilakukannya.

ಮೊರ್ದೆಕೈಯು ತಾನು ಯೆಹೂದ್ಯನೆನ್ನುವ ಹೆಮ್ಮೆಯ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನವನಿಗೆ ಸಾಷ್ಟಾಂಗನಮಸ್ಕಾರ ಮಾಡುವುದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂಬ ಅವನ ಹಟ ಸಾಗುವುದೇನೋ ನೋಡೋಣ ಎಂದುಕೊಂಡು ಅವರು ಅದನ್ನು ಹಾಮಾನನಿಗೆ ತಿಳಿಸಿದರು.
