Deuteronomy 25:9
then his brother’s wife shall come to him in the presence of the elders, and loose his sandal from off his foot, and spit in his face. She shall answer and say, “So shall it be done to the man who does not build up his brother’s house.”

| تَتَقَدَّمُ ٱمْرَأَةُ أَخِيهِ إِلَيْهِ أَمَامَ أَعْيُنِ ٱلشُّيُوخِ، وَتَخْلَعُ نَعْلَهُ مِنْ رِجْلِهِ، وَتَبْصُقُ فِي وَجْهِهِ، وَتُصَرِّحُ وَتَقُولُ: هَكَذَا يُفْعَلُ بِٱلرَّجُلِ ٱلَّذِي لَا يَبْنِي بَيْتَ أَخِيهِ. |
| تَتَقَدَّمُ امْرَأَةُ أَخِيهِ إِلَيْهِ عَلَى مَرْأَى مِنَ الشُّيُوخِ، وَتَخْلَعُ حِذَاءَهُ مِنْ رِجْلَيْهِ وَتَتْفُلُ فِي وَجْهِهِ قَائِلَةً: هَذَا مَا يَحْدُثُ لِمَنْ يَأْبَى أَنْ يَبْنِيَ بَيْتَ أَخِيهِ. |
তেতিয়া তেওঁৰ ককায়েক বা ভায়েকৰ ভাৰ্য্যাই বৃদ্ধ লোকসকলৰ সাক্ষাতে দেওৰেক বা বৰজনাৰ গুৰিলৈ গৈ তেওঁৰ ভৰিৰ পৰা জোতা খুলি ল’ব আৰু তেওঁৰ মুখত থু পেলাই ক’ব, “নিজ ককাই বা ভাইৰ বংশ যি জনে ৰক্ষা কৰিবলৈ নিবিচাৰে, তেওঁৰ প্রতি এনে ব্যৱহাৰকে কৰা হয়।”

et s'il persiste et dit: Je ne me soucie pas de l'épouser; sa belle-sœur s'avancera, vers lui, devant les yeux des Anciens, et lui détachera sa sandale du pied, et crachera en face de lui; puis prenant la parole elle dira: Ainsi soit fait à l'homme qui n'édifie pas la maison de son frère.
La femme de son frère s'approchera des anciens; l'homme déliera la sandale de l'un de ses pieds, et la femme lui crachera au visage, disant: Ainsi soit fait a l'homme qui en Israël ne relèvera pas la maison de son frère;
Et sa belle-sœur s’avancera vers lui à la vue des anciens, lui ôtera sa chaussure du pied, crachera devant lui et dira à haute voix: "Ainsi est traité l’homme qui ne veut pas édifier la maison de son frère!"
so trete seine Schwägerin in Gegenwart der Ältesten zu ihm, ziehe ihm den Schuh vom Fuße, speie ihm ins Angesicht, hebe an und sage: 'Also ergehe es jedermann, der seines Bruders Haus nicht aufbauen will!'
Ich habe keine Lust, sie zu nehmen, so soll seine Schwägerin vor den Augen der Ältesten zu ihm hintreten, und ihm den Schuh von seinem Fuße ausziehen und ihm ins Angesicht speien; und sie soll antworten und sprechen: Also soll dem Manne getan werden, der das Haus seines Bruders nicht bauen will!

so soll seine Schwägerin zu ihm treten vor den Ältesten und ihm einen Schuh ausziehen von seinen Füßen und ihn anspeien; und soll antworten und sprechen: Also soll man tun einem jeden Manne, der seines Bruders Haus nicht erbauen will.

mũtumia ũcio wa mũrũ wa nyina nĩakambata athiĩ harĩ we o hau harĩ athuuri acio, amũrute kĩraatũ kĩmwe gĩake, acooke amũtuĩre mata ũthiũ, amwĩre atĩrĩ, “Ũũ nĩguo mũndũ ũrĩa warega gwaka nyũmba ya mũrũ wa nyina ekagwo.”
τότε η γυνή του αδελφού αυτού θέλει ελθεί προς αυτόν ενώπιον των πρεσβυτέρων, και θέλει λύσει το υπόδημα αυτού από του ποδός αυτού και εμπτύσει εις το πρόσωπον αυτού, και αποκριθείσα θέλει ειπεί, Ούτω θέλει γίνεσθαι εις τον άνθρωπον, όστις δεν θέλει να οικοδομήση τον οίκον του αδελφού αυτού.
