But if the man finds the lady who is pledged to be married in the field, and the man forces her and lies with her, then only the man who lay with her shall die;

| وَلَكِنْ إِنِ الْتَقَى ذَلِكَ الرَّجُلُ بِالْفَتَاةِ الْمَخْطُوبَةِ فِي الْحَقْلِ، وَأَمْسَكَهَا وَضَاجَعَهَا، يُرْجَمُ الرَّجُلُ وَحْدَهُ وَيَمُوتُ، |
কিন্তু যদি কোনো বাগদত্তা ছোৱালীক পথাৰৰ নির্জন ঠাইত পাই, বলেৰে ধৰি কোনো পুৰুষে তাইৰ লগত শয়ন কৰে, তেন্তে যি পুৰুষে শয়ন কৰে, কেৱল তেওঁৰহে প্ৰাণদণ্ড হ’ব;

কিন্তু যদি কোনো লোক বাগদত্তা মেয়েকে মাঠে পেয়ে জোর করে তার সঙ্গে শোয়, তবে তার সঙ্গে যে শোয় সেই লোক মারা যাবে;
কিন্তু বিয়ে ঠিক হয়ে আছে এমন কোনও মেয়েকে মাঠে পেয়ে যদি তাকে কোনও পুরুষ ধর্ষণ করে, তবে যে লোকটি তা করবে কেবল তাকেই মেরে ফেলবে।

“परन्तु यदि कोई पुरुष किसी कन्या को जिसके ब्याह की बात लगी हो मैदान में पाकर बरबस उससे कुकर्म करे, तो केवल वह पुरुष मार डाला जाए, जिसने उससे कुकर्म किया हो।
मगर इसके विपरीत यदि कोई पुरुष किसी विवाह के लिये वचनबद्ध जवान स्त्री को बाहर खेत में पाकर उसके साथ साथ बलात्कार करता है, तो उस पुरुष को मृत्यु दंड दिया जाए.

ಆದರೆ ಆ ಪುರುಷನು ನಿಶ್ಚಿತಳಾದ ಆ ಸ್ತ್ರೀಯನ್ನು ಅಡವಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಬಲಾತ್ಕಾರದಿಂದ ಸಂಗಮಿಸಿದ್ದರೆ ಪುರುಷನಿಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಮರಣಶಿಕ್ಷೆಯಾಗಬೇಕು.
만일 남자가 어떤 약혼한 처녀를 들에서 만나서 강간하였거든 그 강간한 남자만 죽일 것이요
처녀에게는 아무 것도 행치 말 것은 처녀에게는 죽일 죄가 없음이라 이 일은 사람이 일어나 그 이웃을 쳐 죽인 것과 일반이라
