Daniel 6:13
Then they answered and said before the king, “That Daniel, who is of the children of the captivity of Judah, does not respect you, O king, nor the decree that you have signed, but makes his petition three times a day.”

| حِينَئِذٍ قَالُوا لِلْمَلِكِ: «إِنَّ دَانِيآلَ أَحَدَ مَسْبِييِّ يَهُوذَا قَدِ اسْتَهَانَ بِكَ، وَلَمْ يَأْخُذِ الأَمْرَ الَّذِي وَقَّعْتَهُ بِعَيْنِ الاعْتِبَارِ، بَلْ هَا هُوَ يَرْفَعُ طِلْبَاتِهِ لإِلَهِهِ ثَلاَثَ مَرَّاتٍ فِي الْيَوْمِ». |

তখন তারা রাজাকে বললেন, “হে মহারাজ, দানিয়েল নামে যিহূদা দেশের বন্দিদের মধ্যে একজন আপনাকে গ্রাহ্য করে না বা আপনার জারি করা লিখিত আদেশ মান্য করে না। সে এখনও দিনে তিনবার নিয়মিত প্রার্থনা করে।”

Då svarade de och sade till konungen: "Daniel, en av de judiska fångarna, aktar varken på dig eller på det förbud som du har låtit sätta upp, utan förrättar sin bön tre gånger om dagen."
De svarade, och sade för Konungen: Daniel, en af Juda fångar, aktar hvarken dig, o Konung, eller ditt bud, som du underskrifvit hafver; ty han beder tre resor om dagen.
Då svarade de och sade till konungen: »Daniel, en av de judiska fångarna, aktar varken på dig eller på det förbud som du har låtit sätta upp, utan förrättar sin bön tre gånger om dagen.»
Nang magkagayo'y nagsisagot sila, at nangagsabi sa harap ng hari, Ang Daniel na yaon na sa mga anak ng nangabihag sa Juda, hindi ka pinakukundanganan, Oh hari, o ang pasiya man na iyong nilagdaan ng pangalan, kundi dumadalangin na makaitlo isang araw.
At, sumagot sila sa hari, “Ang taong si Daniel, na isa sa mga taong bihag mula sa Juda ay hindi nakinig sa iyo, o hari, o sa iyong batas na iyong nilagdaan. Nanalangin siya sa kaniyang Diyos ng tatlong beses sa isang araw.”
அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் ராஜாவை நோக்கி: சிறைபிடிக்கப்பட்ட யூதேயா தேசத்தின் மக்களில் தானியேல் என்பவன் உம்மையும் நீர் கையெழுத்திட்டுக்கொடுத்த கட்டளையையும் மதிக்காமல், தினம் மூன்று வேளையும் தான்செய்யும் விண்ணப்பத்தைச் செய்கிறான் என்றார்கள்.
அப்பொழுது அவர்கள் அரசனிடம், “யூதேயாவிலிருந்து சிறைப்பிடித்து வரப்பட்டவர்களில் ஒருவனான, தானியேல் என்பவன் உமக்கோ, நீர் எழுதிவைத்த கட்டளைக்கோ கவனம் செலுத்தாமல் இருக்கிறான். அவன் ஒரு நாளுக்கு மூன்று வேளையும் மன்றாடி வருகிறான் என்றார்கள்.”
అప్పుడు వాళ్ళు “బందీలుగా చెరపట్టిన యూదుల్లో ఉన్న ఆ దానియేలు నిన్నూ నువ్వు నియమించిన శాసనాన్నీ నిర్లక్ష్యం చేసి, ప్రతిరోజూ మూడుసార్లు ప్రార్థన చేస్తున్నాడు” అని ఫిర్యాదు చేశారు.

तब उन्होंने बादशाह के सामने 'अर्ज़ किया, कि “ऐ बादशाह, यह दानीएल जो यहूदाह के ग़ुलामों में से है, न तेरी परवा करता है और न उस इम्तिनाई फ़रमान को जिस पर तूने दस्तख़त किए हैं काम में लाता है, बल्कि हर रोज़ तीन बार दुआ करता है।”
