Now when Joab saw that the battle was set against him before and behind, he chose of all the choice men of Israel and put them in array against the Syrians.

| وَعِنْدَمَا أَدْرَكَ يُوآبُ أَنَّهُ مُحَاصَرٌ بِجَبْهَتَيْ قِتَالٍ مِنْ أَمَامٍ وَمِنْ خَلْفٍ، انْتَخَبَ مِنْ صَفْوَةِ جَيْشِهِ رِجَالاً صَفَّهُمْ لِلِقَاءِ الآرَامِيِّينَ، |
এইদৰে শাৰীপাতি তেওঁৰ ফালে মুখ কৰি আগফালে আৰু পাছফালে অৰ্থাৎ দুয়োফালে যুদ্ধ হোৱাৰ আশঙ্কা দেখি, যোৱাবে ইস্ৰায়েলৰ আটাই মনোনীতলোকৰ মাজত মানুহ বাচি লৈ, অৰামীয়াসকলৰ বিৰুদ্ধে বেহু পাতিলে;
Yoav öndən və arxadan düşmənlərin ona qarşı düzüldüklərini görəndə bütün İsrailin seçmə döyüşçülərindən bəzilərini ayırıb Aramlılara qarşı düzdü.

এই ভাবে সামনে ও পিছনে দুই দিকেই তাঁর বিরুদ্ধে যুদ্ধ হবে দেখে যোয়াব ইস্রায়েলের সমস্ত মনোনীত লোকের মধ্যে থেকে লোক বেছে নিয়ে অরামীয়দের সামনে সৈন্য সাজালেন;
যোয়াব দেখেছিলেন যে তাঁর আগে পিছে সৈন্যদল সাজিয়ে রাখা হয়েছে; তাই তিনি ইস্রায়েলের সেরা কয়েকজন সৈন্য বেছে নিয়ে অরামীয়দের বিরুদ্ধে তাদের মোতায়েন করলেন।
А Иоав, като видя, че бяха се строили за бой против него отпред и отзад, избра измежду всичките отборни Израилеви мъже, та ги опълчи против сирийците;

Joab, voyant que la bataille le menaçait par devant et par derrière, fit choix des meilleurs guerriers d’Israël et les disposa devant les Syriens.

καὶ εἶδεν Ιωαβ ὅτι ἐγενήθη πρὸς αὐτὸν ἀντιπρόσωπον τοῦ πολέμου ἐκ τοῦ κατὰ πρόσωπον ἐξ ἐναντίας καὶ ἐκ τοῦ ὄπισθεν καὶ ἐπέλεξεν ἐκ πάντων τῶν νεανίσκων Ισραηλ καὶ παρετάξαντο ἐξ ἐναντίας Συρίας
જયારે યોઆબે જોયું કે પોતાની આગળ તથા પાછળ યુદ્ધવ્યૂહ રચાયેલો છે, ત્યારે તેણે ઇઝરાયલના ઉત્તમ લડવૈયાઓમાંથી કેટલાકને પસંદ કર્યા અને તેઓને અરામીઓ સામે ગોઠવ્યા.

यह देखकर कि आगे-पीछे दोनों हमारे विरुद्ध पाँति बंधी है, योआब ने सब बड़े-बड़े इस्राएली वीरों में से बहुतों को छाँटकर अरामियों के सामने उनकी पाँति बँधाई,
जब योआब ने यह देखा कि उनके विरुद्ध युद्ध छिड़ चुका है—सामने से और पीछे से भी, उन्होंने इस्राएल के सर्वोत्तम योद्धा अलग किए और उन्हें अरामियों का सामना करने के लिए चुन दिया.
Látván pedig Joáb, hogy mind elől, mind hátul ellenség van ő ellene, kiválogatá az Izráel népének színét, és a Siriabeliek ellenében állítá fel.
Mikor látta Jóáb, hogy ellene fordul a harcnak éle előlről és hátulról is, választott mind az Izrael válogatottjai közül és sorakozott Arám ellen.

Yoab melihat bahwa ia terjepit oleh pasukan musuh di depan dan di belakang. Karena itu ia memilih tentara Israel yang terbaik dan menempatkan mereka berhadap-hadapan dengan tentara Siria.
Ketika Yoab melihat, bahwa serangan itu mengancam dia dari depan dan dari belakang, maka dipilihnyalah sebagian dari orang pilihan Israel, lalu ia mengatur barisan mereka berhadapan dengan orang Aram itu.
Ketika Yoab melihat pasukannya sudah dikepung dari depan dan dari belakang, dia memilih sebagian tentara terbaik Israel dan menempatkan mereka untuk berperang melawan pasukan Siria,
