2-Kings 2:21
He went out to the spring of the waters, and threw salt into it, and said, “The LORD says, ‘I have healed these waters. There shall not be from there any more death or barren wasteland.’”

| فَاتَّجَهَ نَحْوَ نَبْعِ الْمَاءِ وَطَرَحَ فِيهِ الْمِلْحَ، وَقَالَ: «هَذَا مَا تَكَلَّمَ بِهِ الرَّبُّ: لَقَدْ أَبْرَأْتُ هَذِهِ الْمِيَاهَ فَلَنْ تُسَبِّبَ الْمَوْتَ أَوِ الْجَدْبَ بَعْدَ الآنَ». |

পরে তিনি জলের উৎসের কাছে গিয়ে এই বলে তাতে কিছুটা লবণ ঢেলে দিলেন, “সদাপ্রভু একথাই বলেন: ‘আমি এই জল শুদ্ধ করলাম। আর কখনও এই জল মৃত্যুর কারণ হবে না বা জমিকেও অনুৎপাদক হয়ে থাকতে দেবে না।’”

तब वह जल के सोते के पास गया, और उसमें नमक डालकर कहा, “यहोवा यह कहता है, कि मैं यह पानी ठीक कर देता हूँ, जिससे वह फिर कभी मृत्यु या गर्भ गिरने का कारण न होगा।”

Người bèn đi đến nguồn nước, đổ muối xuống nước, mà nói rằng: Ðức Giê-hô-va phán như vầy: Ta đã chữa lành cho nước này, tự nó sẽ chẳng còn gây ra sự chết, hoặc sự nân nữa.
Ông đi ra suối nước, đổ muối xuống suối và nói: “Chúa Hằng Hữu phán: ‘Ta cho nước này hóa lành, từ nay nước sẽ không gây chết chóc nhưng sẽ làm cho đất sinh sản hoa màu.’”
Nígbà náà ó sì jáde lọ sí ibi orísun omi, ó sì da iyọ̀ sí inú rẹ̀, ó wí pé, “Èyí ni ohun tí Olúwa wí: ‘Èmi ti wo omi yìí sàn. Kò ní mú ikú wá mọ́ tàbí mú ilẹ̀ náà sá.’”
