“Therefore the LORD says concerning the king of Assyria, ‘He will not come to this city, nor shoot an arrow there. He will not come before it with shield, nor cast up a mound against it.

| لِذَلِكَ فَهَذَا مَا يَقُولُهُ الرَّبُّ عَنْ مَلِكِ أَشُورَ: لَنْ يَدْخُلَ هَذِهِ الْمَدِينَةَ وَلَنْ يُطْلِقَ عَلَيْهَا سَهْماً أَوْ يَتَقَدَّمَ نَحْوَهَا بِتُرْسٍ وَلَنْ يُقِيمَ عَلَيْهَا مِقْلاَعاً. |
এই হেতুকে অচূৰৰ ৰজাৰ বিষয়ে যিহোৱাই এই কথা কৈছে: ‘তেওঁ এই নগৰলৈ নাহিব, এনেকি এপাত কাঁড়ো নামাৰিব। তেওঁ ঢাল লৈ ইয়াৰ সন্মুখলৈ নাহিব নাইবা ইয়াৰ বিৰুদ্ধে অৱৰোধৰ পথ নির্মাণ নকৰিব।

সেজন্য অশূরের রাজার সম্পর্কে সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন, সে এই শহরে আসবে না কিম্বা এখানে একটা তীরও ছুড়বে না। সে ঢাল নিয়ে এর সামনে আসবে না কিম্বা ওঠা নামা করবার জন্য কিছু তৈরী করবে না।
“সেই কারণে, আসিরীয় রাজা সম্পর্কে সদাপ্রভু এই কথা বলেন: “সে এই নগরে প্রবেশ করবে না, কিংবা এখানে কোনো তির নিক্ষেপ করবে না। সে এই নগরের সামনে ঢাল নিয়ে আসবে না, কিংবা কোনো জাঙ্গাল নির্মাণ করবে না।

“所以，耶和华论亚述王如此说：‘他必不得来到这城，也不在这里射箭，不得拿盾牌到城前，也不筑垒攻城。

Derfor, saa siger HERREN om Assyrerkongen: I Byen her skal han ej komme ind, ej sende en Pil herind, ej nærme sig den med Skjolde eller opkaste Vold imod dem;

Daarom zo zegt de HEERE van den koning van Assyrie: Hij zal in deze stad niet komen, noch daar een pijl inschieten; ook zal hij met geen schild daarvoor komen, en zal geen wal daartegen opwerpen.
Daarom spreekt Jahweh over den koning van Assjoer: Hij zal deze stad niet binnen komen, Geen pijl er op afschieten; Met geen schild ze bestormen, Met geen wal ze omringen.
Daarom zo zegt de HEERE van den koning van Assyrie: Hij zal in deze stad niet komen, noch daar een pijl inschieten; ook zal hij met geen schild daarvoor komen, en zal geen wal daartegen opwerpen.
Therefore thus says Jehovah concerning the king of Assyria, He shall not come to this city, nor shoot an arrow there, neither shall he come before it with shield, nor cast up a mound against it.

[Is it] not so? Thus saith the Lord concerning the king of the Assyrians, He shall not enter into this city, and he shall not shoot an arrow there, neither shall a shield come against it, neither shall he heap a mound against it.

For this reason, thus says the Lord about the king of the Assyrians: He shall not enter into this city, nor shoot an arrow into it, nor overtake it with the shield, nor encircle it with fortifications.
Therefore thus saith Jehovah concerning the king of Assyria: He shall not come into this city, Nor shoot an arrow there, Nor come before it with shield, Nor cast a bank against it.
Wherefore thus saith the Lord concerning the king of the Assyrians: He shall not come into this city, nor shoot an arrow into it, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a trench about it.
This is what the Lord says about the king of Assyria: He shall not enter this city or shoot an arrow at it. He shall not advance towards it with a shield, or build a siege ramp against it.
Wherefore thus saith the Lord, concerning the King of Asshur, He shall not enter into this citie, nor shoote an arrowe there, nor come before it with shield, nor cast a mount against it:

So this is what Yahweh, says about the king of Assyria: ‘His armies will not enter this city; they will not even shoot any arrows into it! His soldiers will not march outside the city gates carrying shields, and they will not even build high mounds of dirt against [the city walls] [to enable them to attack the city].
Therefore Yahweh says this about the king of Assyria: “He will not come into this city nor shoot an arrow here. Neither will he come before it with shield or build up a siege ramp against it.

Sentähden sanoo Herra Assyrian kuninkaasta näin: ei hänen pidä tuleman tähän kaupunkiin, eikä yhtään nuolta sinne ampuman, ei myös yhtään kilpeä tuoman sen eteen, ja ei yhtään vallia rakentaman sen ympärille;

C'est pourquoi ainsi parle Yahweh sur le roi d'Assyrie: Il n'entrera point dans cette ville, il n'y lancera point de flèches, il ne lui présentera point de boucliers, il n'élèvera point de retranchements contre elle.
« C'est pourquoi Yahvé dit à propos du roi d'Assyrie: « Il n'entrera pas dans cette ville et n'y décochera pas une flèche. Il ne s'avancera pas devant elle avec un bouclier, et il ne dressera pas contre elle un monticule.
C’est pourquoi, ainsi dit l’Éternel touchant le roi d’Assyrie: Il n’entrera pas dans cette ville, et il n’y lancera point de flèche; il ne lui présentera pas le bouclier, et il n’élèvera point de terrasse contre elle.
C'est pourquoi ainsi a dit l'Eternel touchant le Roi des Assyriens: Il n'entrera point dans cette ville, il n'y jettera même aucune flèche, et il ne se présentera point contr'elle avec le bouclier, et il ne dressera point de terrasse contr'elle.
C’est pourquoi voici ce que dit le Seigneur du roi des Assyriens: Il n’entrera point dans cette ville, il ne lancera point contre elle de flèche; pas un bouclier ne l’occupera, et pas un retranchement ne l’entourera.
C’est pourquoi ainsi parle l’Éternel sur le roi d’Assyrie: Il n’entrera point dans cette ville, Il n’y lancera point de traits, Il ne lui présentera point de boucliers, Et il n’élèvera point de retranchements contre elle.

N'en est-il pas ainsi? Voici ce que dit le Seigneur, concernant le roi des Assyriens: Il n'entrera point en cette ville, ses archers n'y lanceront pas une flèche; il n'y aura pas de bouclier qui s'avance contre elle, on n'élèvera point de retranchements autour de ses remparts.
Aussi l’Eternel a-t-il fait cette déclaration au sujet du roi d’Assyrie: "Il ne pénétrera pas dans cette ville, n’y lancera aucune flèche, ne lui opposera pas un seul bouclier, et n’établira pas de redoute contre elle.

Όθεν ούτω λέγει Κύριος περί του βασιλέως της Ασσυρίας· Δεν θέλει εισέλθει εις την πόλιν ταύτην ουδέ θέλει τοξεύσει εκεί βέλος ουδέ θέλει προβάλει κατ' αυτής ασπίδα ουδέ θέλει υψώσει εναντίον αυτής πρόχωμα.
οὐχ οὕτως τάδε λέγει κύριος πρὸς βασιλέα Ἀσσυρίων οὐκ εἰσελεύσεται εἰς τὴν πόλιν ταύτην καὶ οὐ τοξεύσει ἐκεῖ βέλος καὶ οὐ προφθάσει αὐτὴν θυρεός καὶ οὐ μὴ ἐκχέῃ πρὸς αὐτὴν πρόσχωμα
“એટલે આશ્શૂરના રાજા વિષે યહોવાહ એવું કહે છે: “તે આ નગરમાં આવશે નહિ તેમ તે તીર પણ મારશે નહિ. ઢાલ લઈને તેની આગળ નહિ આવે તેમ તેની સામે ઢોળાવવાળી જગ્યા બાંધશે નહિ.

“इसलिए यहोवा अश्शूर के राजा के विषय में यह कहता है कि वह इस नगर में प्रवेश करने, वरन् इस पर एक तीर भी मारने न पाएगा, और न वह ढाल लेकर इसके सामने आने, या इसके विरुद्ध दमदमा बनाने पाएगा।
“इसलिये अश्शूर के राजा के बारे में मेरा यह संदेश है; “‘वह न तो इस नगर में प्रवेश करेगा, न वह वहां बाण चलाएगा. न वह इसके सामने ढाल लेकर आएगा, और न ही वह इसकी घेराबंदी के लिए ढलान ही बना पाएगा.

Sebab itu beginilah firman TUHAN mengenai raja Asyur: Ia tidak akan masuk ke kota ini dan tidak akan menembakkan panah ke sana; juga ia tidak akan mendatanginya dengan perisai dan tidak akan menimbun tanah menjadi tembok untuk mengepungnya.

Посему так говорит Господь о царе Ассирийском: “не войдет он в сей город, и не бросит туда стрелы, и не приступит к нему со щитом, и не насыплет против него вала.
Зато овако вели Господ за цара асирског: Неће ући у овај град нити ће бацити амо стреле, неће се примаћи ка њему са штитом, нити ће ископати опкопе око њега.

Kaya't ganito ang sabi ng Panginoon, tungkol sa hari sa Asiria. Siya'y hindi paririto sa bayang ito, o magpapahilagpos man ng pana riyan, ni haharap man siya riyan na may kalasag, o maghahagis man ng bunton laban doon.
