فَشَاهَدَتِ الْمَلِكَ مُنْتَصِباً عَلَى الْمِنْبَرِ وَفْقاً لِلتَّقْلِيدِ فِي تَتْوِيجِ الْمُلُوكِ، وَرُؤَسَاءُ الْحُرَّاسِ وَنَافِخُو الأَبْوَاقِ يُحِيطُونَ بِالْمَلِكِ، وَقَدِ امْتَزَجَتْ هُتَافَاتُ فَرَحِ الشَّعْبِ بِدَوِيِّ نَفْخِ الأَبْوَاقِ، فَشَقَّتْ عَثَلْيَا ثِيَابَهَا صَارِخَةً: «خِيَانَةٌ! خِيَانَةٌ!»
