2-Kings 1:12
Elijah answered them, “If I am a man of God, then let fire come down from the sky and consume you and your fifty!” Then God’s fire came down from the sky, and consumed him and his fifty.

| فَأَجَابَ إِيلِيَّا وَقَالَ لَهُمْ: «إِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا رَجُلَ ٱللهِ، فَلْتَنْزِلْ نَارٌ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ وَتَأْكُلْكَ أَنْتَ وَٱلْخَمْسِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَكَ». فَنَزَلَتْ نَارُ ٱللهِ مِنَ ٱلسَّمَاءِ وَأَكَلَتْهُ هُوَ وَٱلْخَمْسِينَ ٱلَّذِينَ لَهُ. |
| فَأَجَابَهُ إِيلِيَّا: «إِنْ كُنْتُ أَنَا رَجُلَ اللهِ، فَلْتَنْزِلْ نَارٌ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَتَلْتَهِمْكَ أَنْتَ وَرِجَالَكَ الْخَمْسِينَ». فَنَزَلَتْ نَارٌ مِنَ السَّمَاءِ وَالْتَهَمَتْهُ مَعَ رِجَالِهِ الْخَمْسِينَ. |
এলিয়াই উত্তৰ দি ক’লে, “মই যদি ঈশ্বৰৰ লোক হওঁ, তেন্তে আকাশৰ পৰা জুই নামি আহি যেন আপোনাক আৰু আপোনাৰ পঞ্চাশজন সৈন্যক পুৰি গ্ৰাস কৰে।” তেতিয়া পুনৰাই আকাশৰ পৰা ঈশ্বৰৰ জুই নামি আহি তেওঁক আৰু তেওঁৰ পঞ্চাশজন সৈন্যক গ্ৰাস কৰিলে।

“আমি যদি সত্যিই ঈশ্বরের লোক,” এলিয় উত্তর দিলেন, “তবে আকাশ থেকে আগুন নেমে এসে তোমাকে ও তোমার পঞ্চাশ জন লোককে গ্রাস করে ফেলুক!” তখন আকাশ থেকে ঈশ্বরের আগুন নেমে এসে তাঁকে ও তাঁর পঞ্চাশ জন লোককে গ্রাস করে ফেলেছিল।

But Elijah replied, “I am a prophet; [to prove that, ] I command that fire come down from the sky and kill you and your soldiers!” Then a fire from God came down from the sky and killed the officer and his soldiers.

καὶ ἀπεκρίθη Ηλιου καὶ ἐλάλησεν πρὸς αὐτὸν καὶ εἶπεν εἰ ἄνθρωπος τοῦ θεοῦ ἐγώ εἰμι καταβήσεται πῦρ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ καταφάγεταί σε καὶ τοὺς πεντήκοντά σου καὶ κατέβη πῦρ ἐκ τοῦ οὐρανοῦ καὶ κατέφαγεν αὐτὸν καὶ τοὺς πεντήκοντα αὐτοῦ
એલિયાએ તેઓને કહ્યું, “જો હું ઈશ્વરભક્ત હોઉં, તો આકાશમાંથી અગ્નિ ઊતરીને તને તથા તારા પચાસ સૈનિકોને ભસ્મ કરી નાખો.” ફરીથી આકાશમાંથી ઈશ્વરના અગ્નિએ ઊતરીને સરદારને તથા તેના બધા સૈનિકોને ભસ્મ કરી નાખ્યા.
