However, concerning the ambassadors of the princes of Babylon, who sent to him to inquire of the wonder that was done in the land, God left him to test him, that he might know all that was in his heart.

| وَلَكِنْ عِنْدَمَا وَفَدَ عَلَيْهِ مَبْعُوثُو مُلُوكِ بَابِلَ لِيَسْتَعْلِمُوا مِنْهُ عَنْ مُعْجِزَةِ شِفَائِهِ، تَرَكَهُ اللهُ لِيَخْتَبِرَ سَرَائِرَ قَلْبِهِ. |
কিন্তু দেশত ঘটা অদ্ভুত লক্ষণৰ বিষয়ে সুধিবলৈ বাবিলৰ অধ্যক্ষসকলে পঠোৱা দূতবোৰৰ কথাত হ’লে, ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁৰ মনৰ সকলো ভাব জানিবৰ বাবে পৰীক্ষা কৰিবলৈ তেওঁক ত্যাগ কৰিলে।

দেশে যে আশ্চর্য্য চিহ্ন দেখানো হয়েছিল সেই বিষয় জিজ্ঞাসা করবার জন্য যখন বাবিলের নেতারা দূত পাঠিয়েছিলেন তখন ঈশ্বর তাঁকে পরীক্ষা করবার জন্য তাঁকে ছেড়ে চলে গিয়েছিলেন, যাতে তাঁর মনে কি আছে তা প্রকাশ পায়।
কিন্তু ব্যাবিলনের শাসনকর্তারা যখন প্রতিনিধিদল পাঠিয়ে তাঁর কাছে জানতে চেয়েছিলেন, দেশে ঠিক কী অলৌকিক চিহ্ন দেখা গিয়েছে, তখন আসলে ঈশ্বরই তাঁকে পরীক্ষা করে জানতে চেয়েছিলেন, তাঁর অন্তরে ঠিক কী আছে।

Niinpä Jumala ainoastaan koetellakseen häntä ja tullakseen tuntemaan kaiken, mitä hänen sydämessään oli, jätti hänet Baabelin ruhtinasten lähettiläiden valtaan, jotka olivat lähetetyt hänen luokseen tiedustelemaan ihmettä, joka oli tapahtunut maassa.

બાબિલના સત્તાધારીઓએ દેશમાં બનેલા ચમત્કાર વિષે તેને પૂછવા એલચીઓ મોકલ્યા હતા. તેની પરીક્ષા થાય અને તેના હૃદયમાં જે હોય તે સર્વ જાણવામાં આવે માટે ઈશ્વરે તેને સ્વતંત્રતા બક્ષી હતી.

तो भी जब बाबेल के हाकिमों ने उसके पास उसके देश में किए हुए अद्भुत कामों के विषय पूछने को दूत भेजे तब परमेश्वर ने उसको इसलिए छोड़ दिया, कि उसको परखकर उसके मन का सारा भेद जान ले।
बाबेल के शासकों के राजदूत उससे उसके अद्धुत कामों के बारे में जानने के लिए भेजे गए थे. परमेश्वर ने उसे अकेला इसलिये छोड़ दिया था कि वह उसको परखें, कि वह पहचान जाएं कि हिज़किय्याह के हृदय में हकीकत में है क्या.
