But he refused, and said, “I will not eat.” But his servants, together with the woman, constrained him; and he listened to their voice. So he arose from the earth and sat on the bed.

কিন্তু চৌলে অমান্তি হ’ল আৰু ক’লে, “মই ভোজন নকৰোঁ।” তথাপি তেওঁৰ দাস সকলে আৰু সেই মহিলাই বৰকৈ মিনতি কৰিবলৈ ধৰিলে, তাতে তেওঁ সিহঁতৰ কথা শুনি মাটিৰ পৰা উঠি বিচনাত বহিল।

उसने इन्कार करके कहा, “मैं न खाऊँगा।” परन्तु उसके सेवकों और स्त्री ने मिलकर यहाँ तक उसे दबाया कि वह उनकी बात मानकर, भूमि पर से उठकर खाट पर बैठ गया।
मगर शाऊल अस्वीकार करते रहे, “नहीं मुझे कुछ नहीं खाना है.” मगर शाऊल के सेवक तथा वह स्त्री उनसे आग्रह करते रहे. अंततः उन्होंने उनका आग्रह स्वीकार कर लिया. वह भूमि से उठकर बिछौने पर बैठ गए.

Tetapi Saul menolaknya dan berkata, “Saya tidak mau makan!” Kedua tentaranya dan perempuan itu pun terus mengajak dia untuk makan sampai Saul menuruti perkataan mereka. Lalu Saul bangun dari tanah dan duduk di atas kasur.
