1-Samuel 24:11
Moreover, my father, behold, yes, see the skirt of your robe in my hand; for in that I cut off the skirt of your robe and did not kill you, know and see that there is neither evil nor disobedience in my hand. I have not sinned against you, though you hunt for my life to take it.

| فَٱنْظُرْ يَا أَبِي، ٱنْظُرْ أَيْضًا طَرَفَ جُبَّتِكَ بِيَدِي. فَمِنْ قَطْعِي طَرَفَ جُبَّتِكَ وَعَدَمِ قَتْلِي إِيَّاكَ ٱعْلَمْ وَٱنْظُرْ أَنَّهُ لَيْسَ فِي يَدِي شَرٌّ وَلَا جُرْمٌ، وَلَمْ أُخْطِئْ إِلَيْكَ، وَأَنْتَ تَصِيدُ نَفْسِي لِتَأْخُذَهَا. |
| فَانْظُرْ يَا أَبِي مَا بِيَدِي، إِنَّهُ طَرَفُ جُبَّتِكَ. إِنَّ قَطْعِي طَرَفَ جُبَّتِكَ وَعَدَمَ قَتْلِي إِيَّاكَ خَيْرُ دَلِيلٍ عَلَى أَنَّنِي لَمْ أَرْتَكِبْ شَرّاً أَوْ ذَنْباً، وَلَمْ أُخْطِئْ إِلَيْكَ، بَيْنَمَا أَنْتَ تَتَرَبَّصُ بِي لِتَقْتُلَنِي. |
চাওক, মোৰ পিতৃ, এইয়া মোৰ হাতত আপোনাৰ চোলাৰ তল ভাগৰ এডোখৰ আছে। মই আপোনাৰ চোলাৰ তল ভাগৰ এডোখৰ কাটি ল’লোঁ, তথাপি আপোনাক বধ নকৰিলোঁ; আপুনি বিবেচনা কৰি চাওক যে, মই আপোনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে দুষ্কৰ্ম বা বিশ্ৱাস ঘাতক কৰা নাই, আৰু মই আপোনাৰ বিৰুদ্ধে কোনো পাপ কৰা নাই; তথাপি আপুনি মোৰ প্ৰাণ ল’বৰ কাৰণে বিচাৰি ফুৰিছে।
Ey atam, əlimdəkinə bax, bu sənin cübbənin ətəyidir. Cübbənin ətəyindən kəsib səni öldürmədiyimdən gör və anla ki, sənə qarşı pislik və qiyam etmək əlimdən gəlmir. Sən canımı almaq üçün məni ovladığın halda mən sənə qarşı günah etmədim.

Виж още, отче мой, виж и полата на мантията ти в ръката ми; и от това, че отрязах полата на мантията ти, но не те убих, познай и виж, че няма ни злоба, ни престъпление в ръката ми, и че не съм съгрешил против тебе, при все че ти гониш живота ми, за да го отнемеш.

Labut pa, amahan ko, tan-awa, oo, tan-awa ang sidsid sa imong saput sa akong kamot; kay nianang pagputol ko sa sidsid sa imong saput, ug wala ko ikaw patya, hibaloan mo ug tan-awa nga wala gayud ing dautan, ni paglapas sa akong kamot, ug wala ako makasala batok kanimo, bisan pa nagapangita ikaw sa akong kinabuhi sa pagkuha niini.
Tsono abambo anga, onanitu kansalu ka mkanjo wanu kali mʼdzanja langali! Ven kapa, kakhutna ipi kachoi em? na sangkholchol among kachelhah chu bou kachoi ahibouve, nathat pong kate. Nasugenthei pong kate ti vetsahna’a keiman nangma kasuhgenthei lou ding chule nangin thading in nei dal le le jong lechun nachunga kachonset lou ding ahi,” ati.
Hothloilah apa khenhaw! na hni pawi hai ka kut dawk ao hei. Na hni pawi ka a thai e hoi na thei hoeh e ni, ka kut dawk hawihoehnae hoi tarantuknae awm hoeh tie hoi ka hringnae thei hanelah pou na tawng ei nakunghai, nang taranlahoi yonnae ka sak hoeh tie hah khoeroe pahnim hanh.
我父啊，看看你外袍的衣襟在我手中。我割下你的衣襟，没有杀你；你由此可以知道我没有恶意叛逆你。你虽然猎取我的命，我却没有得罪你。

O, moj oče, pogledaj i vidi skut od svoga plašta u mojoj ruci: odsjekao sam skut od tvoga plašta, a tebe nisam ubio; spoznaj i vidi da u mojoj ruci nema ni zlobe ni opačine. Ja nisam zgriješio protiv tebe, a ti vrebaš na moj život da mi ga uzmeš!

And behold, the skirt of thy mantle [is] in my hand, I cut off the skirt, and did not slay thee: know then and see to-day, there is no evil in my hand, nor impiety, nor rebellion; and I have not sinned against thee, yet thou layest snares for my soul to take it.

And see, my father, yes, see the skirt of thy robe in my hand. For in that I cut off the skirt of thy robe, and killed thee not, know and see that there is neither evil nor transgression in my hand, and I have not sinned against thee; yet thou liest in wait for my life to take it.
Moreover see and know, O my father, the hem of thy robe in my hand, that when I cut, off the hem of thy robe, I would not put out my hand against thee. Reflect, and see, that there is no evil in my hand, nor iniquity, neither have I sinned against thee: but thou liest in wait for my life, to take it away.
Take a look, my father! You see this piece of your robe I'm holding. Yes, I did I cut it off, but I didn't kill you. Now you can see for yourself and you can be sure that I have done nothing evil or rebellious. I have not sinned against you, but you are hunting me down, trying to kill me.
Moreouer my father, behold: behold, I say, the lappe of thy garment in mine hand: for when I cut off the lappe of thy garment, I killed thee not. Vnderstad and see, that there is neither euil nor wickednesse in mee, neither haue I sinned against thee, yet thou huntest after my soule to take it.

Your majesty, look at this piece of your robe that is in my hand! I cut it from your robe, but I did not kill you. So now you should be able to understand that I am not planning to do anything evil to you. I have not done anything wrong to you, but you are searching for me to kill me.

'And, my father, see, yea see the skirt of thine upper robe in my hand; for by cutting off the skirt of thy upper robe, and I have not slain thee, know and see that there is not in my hand evil and transgression, and I have not sinned against thee, and thou art hunting my soul to take it!

D'ailleurs, mon père, voici, oui, voyez le pan de votre robe dans ma main; car en ce que j'ai coupé le pan de votre robe et ne vous ai pas tué, sachez et voyez qu'il n'y a ni mal ni désobéissance dans ma main. Je n'ai pas péché contre toi, bien que tu aies chassé ma vie pour la prendre.
Et regarde, mon père, regarde le pan de ta robe dans ma main; car en ce que j’ai coupé le pan de ta robe et ne t’ai point tué, sache et vois qu’il n’y a pas de mal en ma main, ni de transgression, et que je n’ai pas péché contre toi; et toi, tu fais la chasse à mon âme pour la prendre.

Vậy, cha ôi! hãy xem cái vạt áo tơi cha mà tôi cầm trong tay; bởi vì tôi có vạt ái tơi của cha, mà không giết cha, thì nhơn đó khá biết và nhận rằng nơi tôi chẳng có sự ác, hoặc sự phản nghịch, tôi chẳng có phạm tội gì với cha. Còn cha, lại săn mạng sống tôi để cất nó đi. Ðức Giê-hô-va sẽ đoán xét cha và tôi.
Cha thấy không, con có vạt áo của cha trong tay đây này. Con cắt vạt áo chứ không giết cha. Như thế đủ cho cha thấy rằng con không định hại vua, phản chủ. Con không có lỗi gì cả, trong khi cha lại tìm mọi cách giết con!
Pẹ̀lúpẹ̀lú, baba mi, wò ó, àní wo etí aṣọ rẹ lọ́wọ́ mi; nítorí èmi gé etí aṣọ rẹ, èmi kò sì pa ọ́, sì wò ó, kí o sì mọ̀ pé kò sí ibi tàbí ẹ̀ṣẹ̀ lọ́wọ́ mi, èmi kò sì ṣẹ̀ ọ̀, ṣùgbọ́n ìwọ ń dọdẹ ẹ̀mí mi láti gbà á.
