David was told, “Behold, the Philistines are fighting against Keilah, and are robbing the threshing floors.”

Pada suatu hari diberitahukan kepada Daud bahwa orang Filistin menyerang kota Kehila dan merampas gandum yang baru dipotong.

Kita berada dalam keadaan bahaya jika pergi ke Kehila dan menyerang pasukan Filistin itu?!” Maka Daud bertanya sekali lagi kepada TUHAN, dan TUHAN kembali menjawabnya, “Berangkatlah sekarang ke Kehila, karena Aku akan memberimu kemenangan atas orang Filistin.” Maka Daud dan pasukannya pergi ke kota Kehila dan berperang melawan bangsa Filistin. Daud mengalahkan mereka secara total dan merampas ternak mereka, serta menyelamatkan penduduk Kehila.
