Why do you kick at my sacrifice and at my offering, which I have commanded in my habitation, and honor your sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the best of all the offerings of Israel my people?’

| فَلِمَاذَا تَدُوسُونَ ذَبِيحَتِي وَتَقْدِمَتِي ٱلَّتِي أَمَرْتُ بِهَا فِي ٱلْمَسْكَنِ، وَتُكْرِمُ بَنِيكَ عَلَيَّ لِكَيْ تُسَمِّنُوا أَنْفُسَكُمْ بِأَوَائِلِ كُلِّ تَقْدِمَاتِ إِسْرَائِيلَ شَعْبِي؟ |
| فَلِمَاذَا تَحْتَقِرُونَ ذَبِيحَتِي وَتَقْدِمَتِي الَّتِي أَمَرْتُ بِهَا لِلْمَسْكَنِ، وَتُفَضِّلُ ابْنَيْكَ عَنِّي لِتُكَدِّسُوا الشَّحْمَ عَلَى أَبْدَانِكُمْ، مِمَّا تَخَيَّرْتُمُوهُ مِنْ قَرَابِينِ شَعْبِي؟ |
সেয়েহে মই মোৰ নিবাসৰ ঠাইত আজ্ঞা কৰা মোৰ বলি আৰু নৈবেদ্যৰ ওপৰত তোমালোকে কিয় অৱজ্ঞা কৰিছা? আৰু মোৰ প্ৰজা ইস্ৰায়েলৰ লোকসকলৰ সকলো উপহাৰৰ আগ ভাগৰ দ্বাৰাই তোমালোক হৃষ্টপুষ্ট হোৱা, সেই বাবে তুমি মোতকৈ, নিজ সন্তান সকলক কিয় অধিক আদৰ কৰিছা?
Bəs nə üçün məskənimə buyurduğum qurban və təqdimlərə hörmətsizlik edirsiniz? Nə üçün oğullarını Məndən üstün tutursan? Xalqım İsrailin bütün təqdimlərinin ən əlası ilə özünüzü kökəltdiyinizə görəmi?”

অতএব আমি [আমার] ঘরে যা উৎসর্গ করতে আদেশ দিয়েছি, আমার সেই বলি ও নৈবেদ্যকে কেন তোমরা পদাঘাত (তুচ্ছ) করছ? এবং আমার প্রজা ইস্রায়েলীয়দের নৈবেদ্যের প্রথম অংশ, যা দিয়ে তোমরা নিজেদের মোটাসোটা কর, এই বিষয়ে তুমি কেন আমার থেকে তোমার ছেলেদের বেশি সম্মান করছ?’
তোমরা কেন তবে আমার সেই নৈবেদ্য ও উপহার অশ্রদ্ধেয় জ্ঞান করছ, যা আমি আমার বাসস্থানের জন্য নির্দিষ্ট করে রেখেছি? আমার প্রজা ইস্রায়েলের দেওয়া প্রত্যেকটি উপহারের বাছাই করা অংশগুলি দিয়ে নিজেদের পুষ্ট করার দ্বারা কেন তুমি আমার তুলনায় তোমার ছেলেদের বেশি সম্মান জানাচ্ছ?’

Why do ye kick at my sacrifice and at my offering, which I have commanded in my habitation, and honor thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the chief of all the offerings of Israel my people?

Why then are you looking with envy on my offerings of meat and of meal which were ordered by my word, honouring your sons before me, and making yourselves fat with all the best of the offerings of Israel, my people?
And wherefore hast thou looked upon my incense-offering and my meat-offering with a shameless eye, and hast honoured thy sons above me, so that they should bless themselves with the first-fruits of every sacrifice of Israel before me?

Why have you kicked away my victims and my gifts, which I instructed to be offered in the temple? And why have you given more honor to your sons than to me, so that you eat the first-fruits of every sacrifice of my people Israel?
Wherefore do ye trample upon my sacrifice and upon mine oblation which I have commanded [in my] habitation? And thou honourest thy sons above me, to make yourselves fat with the primest of all the oblations of Israel my people.
Why have you kicked away my victims, and my gifts which I commanded to be offered in the temple: and thou hast rather honoured thy sons than me, to eat the firstfruits of every sacrifice of my people Israel?
So why have you treated with contempt my sacrifices and offerings that I have ordered for my place of worship? You honor your sons more than me by fattening yourselves with the best parts of all the offerings from my people Israel.
Wherefore haue you kicked against my sacrifice and mine offering, which I commanded in my Tabernacle, and honourest thy children aboue mee, to make your selues fatte of the first fruites of all the offerings of Israel my people?

Miksi siis te potkitte minun uhriani vastaan ja ruokauhriani, jonka minä olen käskenyt uhrata seurakunnan majassa, ja enemmän kunnioitit poikias kuin minua, lihoittaaksenne teitänne kaikista minun kansani Israelin ruokauhrein uutisista?

et maintenant vous foulez aux pieds mes sacrifices et mes offrandes, que j’avais ordonnés pour le sanctuaire! Et tu honores tes fils plus que moi! Et vous vous engraissez du meilleur des offrandes d’Israël, des dons de mon peuple!

Warum tretet ihr denn mit Füßen meine Schlachtopfer und Speisopfer, die ich geboten habe in der Wohnung? Und du ehrst deine Söhne mehr denn mich, daß ihr euch mästet von dem Besten aller Speisopfer meines Volkes Israel.

Warum tretet ihr denn aus lauter Bosheit meine Schlachtopfer und Speisopfer, die ich verordnet habe, mit Füßen? Und du ehrst deine Söhne mehr als mich, und ihr mästet euch von den Erstlingen aller Speisopfer meines Volkes Israel!
Warum habt ihr ausgeschlagen wider Mein Schlachtopfer und wider Mein Speiseopfer, die Ich geboten habe in Meiner Wohnstätte, und hast deine Söhne mehr denn Mich verherrlicht, indem ihr euch mästet von dem Erstlinge alles Speiseopfers Meines Volkes Israel?

Διά τι λακτίζετε εις την θυσίαν μου και εις την προσφοράν μου, την οποίαν προσέταξα να κάμνωσιν εν τω κατοικητηρίω μου, και δοξάζεις τους υιούς σου υπέρ εμέ, ώστε να παχύνησθε με το καλήτερον πασών των προσφορών του Ισραήλ του λαού μου;
καὶ ἵνα τί ἐπέβλεψας ἐπὶ τὸ θυμίαμά μου καὶ εἰς τὴν θυσίαν μου ἀναιδεῖ ὀφθαλμῷ καὶ ἐδόξασας τοὺς υἱούς σου ὑπὲρ ἐμὲ ἐνευλογεῖσθαι ἀπαρχῆς πάσης θυσίας Ισραηλ ἔμπροσθέν μου
