| كَذَلِكَ كَانَ خَادِمُ الْكَاهِنِ يَأْتِي إِلَى ذَابِحِ الْقُرْبَانِ وَيَقُولُ لَهُ قَبْلَ إِحْرَاقِ الشَّحْمِ: «أَعْطِ لَحْماً لِلْكَاهِنِ حَتَّى يُشْوَى، فَإِنَّهُ لاَ يَقْبَلُ مِنْكَ لَحْماً مَطْبُوخاً بَلْ نِيئاً». |

Bien mieux: avant qu’on fît fumer la graisse des victimes, le serviteur du prêtre venait dire à l’offrant: "Donne de la viande à rôtir pour le prêtre, car il n’accepte de toi que de la viande crue et non cuite."

So auch ehe sie das Fett anzündeten, da kam der Junge des Priesters und sprach zu dem Manne, der opferte: Gib Fleisch zum Braten für den Priester; denn er wird kein gekochtes Fleisch von dir nehmen, sondern rohes.

વળી તેઓ ચરબીનું દહન કરે તે અગાઉ, યાજકનો ચાકર ત્યાં આવતો અને જે માણસ યજ્ઞ કરતો હોય તેને કહેતો, “યાજકને માટે શેકવાનું માંસ આપ; કેમ કે તે તારી પાસેથી બાફેલું નહિ, પણ ફક્ત કાચું માંસ સ્વીકારશે.”
