David took the crown of their king from off his head, and found it to weigh a talent of gold, and there were precious stones in it. It was set on David’s head, and he brought very much plunder out of the city.

| فَتَوَجَّهَ دَاوُدُ نَحْوَ رَبَّةَ وَاسْتَوْلَى عَلَى تَاجِ مَلِكِهَا فَوَجَدَ وَزْنَهُ يُعَادِلُ وَزْنَةً (نَحْوَ سِتَّةٍ وَثَلاَثِينَ كِيلُوجْرَاماً) مِنَ الذَّهَبِ وَفِيهِ حَجَرٌ كَرِيمٌ، فَتَوَّجَ بِهِ رَأْسَهُ، وَسَلَبَ أَيْضاً غَنَائِمَ الْمَدِينَةِ الْوَفِيرَةَ، |

И Давид взе от главата на царя им короната му, и намери, че тежеше един златен талант, и по нея имаше скъпоценни камъни; и положиха я на главата на Давида; и той изнесе из града твърде много користи.
