David was told that, so he gathered all Israel together, passed over the Jordan, came to them, and set the battle in array against them. So when David had put the battle in array against the Syrians, they fought with him.

આ સમાચાર મળતાં જ દાઉદે ઇઝરાયલનું આખું સૈન્ય ભેગું કર્યું અને યર્દન નદીને પાર કરી તેઓની સામે યુદ્ધની વ્યુહરચના કરી. ઇઝરાયલીઓએ અરામીઓને યુદ્ધમાં હરાવી દીધા.

और इसकी ख़बर दाऊद को मिली तब वह सारे इस्राईल को जमा' करके यरदन के पार गया, और उनके क़रीब पहुँचा और उनके मुक़ाबिल सफ़ बाँधी, फ़िर जब दाऊद ने अरामियों के मुक़ाबिले में जंग के लिए सफ़ बाँधी तो वह उससे लड़े।
