David inquired again of God; and God said to him, “You shall not go up after them. Turn away from them, and come on them opposite the mulberry trees.

| فَاسْتَشَارَ دَاوُدُ اللهَ، فَقَالَ لَهُ اللهُ: «لاَ تُهَاجِمْهُمْ مُبَاشَرَةً، وَلَكِنْ دُرْ حَوْلَهُمْ وَهَاجِمْهُمْ مِنْ عِنْدِ أَشْجَارِ الْبَلْسَمِ. |
সেয়ে দায়ূদে পুনৰ সহায়ৰ বাবে ঈশ্ৱৰক সুধিলে, ঈশ্বৰে তেওঁক ক’লে, “তুমি তেওঁলোকক সন্মুখৰ পৰা আক্রমণ নকৰিবা, কিন্তু তাৰ পৰিবৰ্তে তেওঁলোকৰ পাছফালে আগুৰি ধৰিবা আৰু বালছম কাঠনিৰ মাজেদি তেওঁলোকৰ ওচৰলৈ আহিবা।

તેથી દાઉદે ફરીથી ઈશ્વરની સલાહ માગી. ઈશ્વરે તેને કહ્યું, “તું તેઓના ઉપર સામેથી હુમલો કરીશ નહિ, પણ ફરીને તેમની પાછળ જઈ શેતૂરના વૃક્ષોની સામેથી તેઓ પર હુમલો કરજે.

तब दाऊद ने परमेश्वर से फिर पूछा, और परमेश्वर ने उससे कहा, “उनका पीछा मत कर; उनसे मुड़कर तूत के वृक्षों के सामने से उन पर छापा मार।
दावीद ने दोबारा परमेश्वर से पूछा और परमेश्वर ने उन्हें उत्तर दिया, “तुम उनका पीछा करते हुए हमला न करना, बल्कि घूमकर उनके पीछे जाओ और मोखा पेड़ों के सामने से उन पर हमला करो.
