1-Chronicles 13:6
David went up with all Israel to Baalah, that is, to Kiriath Jearim, which belonged to Judah, to bring up from there God the LORD’s ark that sits above the cherubim, that is called by the Name.

যিহূদা দেশের বালা, অর্থাৎ কিরিয়ৎ যিয়ারীম থেকে ঈশ্বর সদাপ্রভুর সিন্দুকটি নিয়ে আসবার জন্য দায়ূদ ও তাঁর সঙ্গে সমস্ত ইস্রায়েলীয়েরা সেখানে গেলেন। এই সিন্দুকটি সদাপ্রভুর নামে পরিচিত, কারণ তিনি সেখানে করূবদের মাঝখানে থাকেন।
দাউদ ও ইস্রায়েলীরা সবাই যিহূদা দেশের বালা (কিরিয়ৎ-যিয়ারীম) থেকে দুই করূবের মাঝে বিরাজমান সদাপ্রভু ঈশ্বরের সেই নিয়ম-সিন্দুকটি নিয়ে আসার জন্য সেখানে গেলেন—যে সিন্দুকটি তাঁরই নামে পরিচিত।

કરુબો પર બિરાજમાન ઈશ્વર, જે યહોવાહના નામથી ઓળખાય છે, તેમનો કોશ ત્યાંથી લાવવા માટે દાઉદ અને બધા ઇઝરાયલીઓ, બાલાહમાં એટલે યહૂદાના કિર્યાથ-યારીમમાં ભેગા થયા.

तब दाऊद सब इस्राएलियों को संग लेकर बाला को गया, जो किर्यत्यारीम भी कहलाता था और यहूदा के भाग में था, कि परमेश्वर यहोवा का सन्दूक वहाँ से ले आए; वह तो करूबों पर विराजनेवाला है, और उसका नाम भी यही लिया जाता है।
सो दावीद और सारा इस्राएल परमेश्वर के संदूक को, जो याहवेह की प्रतिष्ठा है, जिस पर याहवेह करूबों से ऊपर आसीन हैं, यहूदिया प्रदेश के बालाह यानी किरयथ-यआरीम से लाने को गए.
