1 Nkunga Davidi wuyimbudulu mu nzila yikuendila ku nzo Yave. Khini ndimona bu bakhamba ti: “Bika tuendanu ku nzo Yave”.

2 Malu meto matelimini mu mielo miaku, a Yelusalemi.

Our feet are standing within your gates, Jerusalem;

Pray for the peace of Jerusalem. Those who love you will prosper.

7 Bika ndembama yiba mu bibaka biaku ayi luvovomo mu zinzo ziaku zinneni.

Peace be within your walls, and prosperity within your palaces.

8 Mu diambu di bakhomba ziama ayi bakundi bama ndiela tuba “bika ndembama yiba yaku”.

For my brothers' and companions' sakes, I will now say, "Peace be within you."

9 Mu diambu di nzo Yave, Nzambi eto, ndiela tomba mamboti maku.

For the sake of the house of YHWH our God, I will seek your good.
