A man that hardeneth his necke when he is rebuked, shall suddenly be destroyed and can not be cured.
2 Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylar güllǝnsǝ, puⱪraliri xadlinar, Ⱪǝbiⱨlǝr ⱨoⱪuⱪ tutsa puⱪra nalǝ-pǝryad kɵtürǝr.
When the righteous are in authoritie, the people reioyce: but when the wicked beareth rule, the people sigh.
3 Danaliⱪni sɵygǝn oƣul atisini hux ⱪilar; Biraⱪ paⱨixilǝrgǝ ⱨǝmraⱨ bolƣan uning mal-mülkini buzup-qaqar.
A man that loueth wisdome, reioyceth his father: but he that feedeth harlots, wasteth his substance.
4 Padixaⱨ adalǝt bilǝn yurtini tinq ⱪilar; Biraⱪ baj-seliⱪ salƣan bolsa, uni wǝyran ⱪilar.
A King by iudgement mainteineth ye countrey: but a man receiuing giftes, destroyeth it.
5 Ɵz yeⱪiniƣa huxamǝt ⱪilƣan kixi, Uning putliriƣa tor tǝyyarlap ⱪoyƣandur.
A man that flattereth his neighbour, spreadeth a net for his steps.
6 Rǝzil adǝmning gunaⱨi ɵzigǝ ⱪapⱪan yasap ⱪurar; Biraⱪ ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy kixi nahxilar bilǝn xadlinar.
In the transgression of an euill man is his snare: but the righteous doeth sing and reioyce.
7 Ⱨǝⱪⱪaniy kixi miskinning dǝwasiƣa kɵngül bɵlür; Biraⱪ yamanlar bolsa bu ixni qüxǝnmǝs.
The righteous knoweth the cause of the poore: but the wicked regardeth not knowledge.
8 Ⱨakawur kixilǝr xǝⱨǝrni ⱪutritip dawalƣutar; Biraⱪ aⱪilanilǝr aqqiⱪ ƣǝzǝplǝrni yandurar.
Scornefull men bring a citie into a snare: but wise men turne away wrath.
9 Dana kixi ǝhmǝⱪ bilǝn dǝwalaxsa, Əhmǝⱪ ⱨürpiyidu yaki külidu, nǝtijisi ⱨaman tinqliⱪ bolmas.
If a wise man contend with a foolish man, whether he be angry or laugh, there is no rest.
10 Ⱪanhorlar pak-diyanǝtliklǝrgǝ nǝprǝtlinǝr; Duruslarning jenini bolsa, ular ⱪǝstlǝr.
Bloodie men hate him that is vpright: but the iust haue care of his soule.
11 Əhmǝⱪ ⱨǝrdaim iqidiki ⱨǝmmini axkara ⱪilar; Biraⱪ dana ɵzini besiwalar.
A foole powreth out all his minde: but a wise man keepeth it in till afterward.
12 Ⱨɵkümdar yalƣan sɵzlǝrgǝ ⱪulaⱪ salsa, Uning barliⱪ hizmǝtkarliri yaman ɵgǝnmǝy ⱪalmas.
Of a prince that hearkeneth to lyes, all his seruants are wicked.
13 Gaday bilǝn uni ǝzgüqi kixi bir zeminda yaxar; Ⱨǝr ikkisining kɵzini nurlandurƣuqi Pǝrwǝrdigardur.
The poore and the vsurer meete together, and the Lord lighteneth both their eyes.
14 Yoⱪsullarni diyanǝt bilǝn soriƣan padixaⱨning bolsa, Tǝhti mǝnggügǝ mǝⱨkǝm turar.
A King that iudgeth the poore in trueth, his throne shalbe established for euer.
15 Tayaⱪ bilǝn tǝnbiⱨ-nǝsiⱨǝt balilarƣa danaliⱪ yǝtküzǝr; Biraⱪ ɵz mǝyligǝ ⱪoyup berilgǝn bala anisini hijalǝtkǝ ⱪaldurar.
The rodde and correction giue wisdome: but a childe set a libertie, maketh his mother ashamed.
16 Yamanlar güllinip kǝtsǝ, naⱨǝⱪlik kɵpiyǝr; Lekin ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylar ularning yiⱪilƣinini kɵrǝr.
When the wicked are increased, transgression increaseth: but ye righteous shall see their fall.
17 Oƣlungni tǝrbiyǝlisǝng, u seni aram tapⱪuzar; U kɵnglüngni sɵyündürǝr.
Correct thy sonne and he will giue thee rest, and will giue pleasures to thy soule.
18 [Pǝrwǝrdigarning] wǝⱨiysi bolmiƣan ǝlning puⱪraliri yoldin qiⱪip baxpanaⱨsiz ⱪalar; Lekin Tǝwrat-ⱪanuniƣa ǝmǝl ⱪilidiƣan kixi bǝhtliktur.
Where there is no vision, the people decay: but he that keepeth the Lawe, is blessed.
19 Ⱪulni sɵz bilǝnla tüzǝtkili bolmas; U sɵzüngni qüxǝngǝn bolsimu, etibar ⱪilmas.
A seruant will not be chastised with words: though he vnderstand, yet he will not answere.
20 Aƣzini basalmaydiƣan kixini kɵrgǝnmu? Uningdin ümid kütkǝndin, ǝhmǝⱪtin ümid kütüx ǝwzǝldur.
Seest thou a man hastie in his matters? there is more hope of a foole, then of him.
21 Kimki ɵz ⱪulini kiqikidin tartip ɵz mǝyligǝ ⱪoyup bǝrsǝ, Künlǝrning biridǝ uning bexiƣa qiⱪar.
He that delicately bringeth vp his seruant from youth, at length he will be euen as his sone.

An angrie man stirreth vp strife, and a furious man aboundeth in transgression.
23 Mǝƣrurluⱪ kixini pǝs ⱪilar, Biraⱪ kǝmtǝrlik kixini ⱨɵrmǝtkǝ erixtürǝr.
The pride of a man shall bring him lowe: but the humble in spirit shall enioy glory.
24 Oƣri bilǝn xerik bolƣan kixi ɵz jeniƣa düxmǝndur; U soraⱪqining [guwaⱨ berixkǝ] agaⱨlanduruxini anglisimu, lekin rast gǝp ⱪilixⱪa petinalmas.
He that is partner with a thiefe, hateth his owne soule: he heareth cursing, and declareth it not.
25 Insan balisidin ⱪorⱪux adǝmni tuzaⱪⱪa qüxüridu; Biraⱪ kimki Pǝrwǝrdigarƣa tayanƣan bolsa, u bihǝtǝr kɵtürülǝr.
The feare of man bringeth a snare: but he that trusteth in the Lord, shalbe exalted.
26 Kɵp kixilǝr ⱨɵkümdardin iltipat izdǝp yürǝr; Biraⱪ adǝmning ⱨǝⱪ-rizⱪi pǝⱪǝt Pǝrwǝrdigarningla ⱪolididur.
Many doe seeke the face of the ruler: but euery mans iudgement commeth from the Lord.
27 Naⱨǝⱪlǝr ⱨǝⱪⱪaniylarƣa yirginqliktur; Durus yolda mangƣan kixilǝr yamanlarƣa yirginqliktur.
A wicked man is abomination to the iust, and he that is vpright in his way, is abomination to the wicked.
