| ئى ئىتىقاملار ئالغۇچى تەڭرى، پەرۋەردىگار! ئى ئىنتىقاملار ئالغۇچى تەڭرى، پارلىغايسەن! | 1 |
O LORD God, to whom vengeance belongeth; O God, to whom vengeance belongeth, shew thyself.
| كۆتۈرۈلگىن، ئۆزۈڭنى كۆتۈرگىن، ئى جاھاننى سوراق قىلغۇچى، مەغرۇرلارغا جازاسىنى بەرگىن! | 2 |
Lift up thyself, thou judge of the earth: render a reward to the proud.
| قاچانغىچە رەزىللەر، ئى پەرۋەردىگار، قاچانغىچە رەزىللەر تەنتەنە قىلىپ يۈرىۋېرىدۇ؟ | 3 |
LORD, how long shall the wicked, how long shall the wicked triumph?
| قاچانغىچە ھاكاۋۇرلارچە سۆزلەپ ۋالاقشىيدۇ، قەبىھلىك قىلغۇچىلارنىڭ ھەممىسى يوغان گەپ قىلىپ يۈرىدۇ؟ | 4 |
[How long] shall they utter [and] speak hard things? [and] all the workers of iniquity boast themselves?
| ئۇلار خەلقىڭنى ئېزىدۇ، ئى پەرۋەردىگار، سېنىڭ مىراسىڭغا جەبىر-جاپا سالماقتا. | 5 |
They break in pieces thy people, O LORD, and afflict thine heritage.
| تۇل ئايال ۋە غېرىپ-مۇساپىرلارنى قىرىپ، يېتىم-يېسىرلەرنى ئۆلتۈرۈپ: ــ | 6 |
They slay the widow and the stranger, and murder the fatherless.
| «ياھ كۆرمەيدۇ»، «ياقۇپنىڭ خۇداسى كۆڭۈل بۆلمەيدۇ»، ــ دەيدۇ. | 7 |
Yet they say, The LORD shall not see, neither shall the God of Jacob regard [it].
| سىلەر كۆڭۈل قويۇڭلار، ئى ئەلنىڭ ھاماقەتلىرى! ئەخمەقلەر، قاچان دانا بولىسىلەر؟ | 8 |
Understand, ye brutish among the people: and [ye] fools, when will ye be wise?
| قۇلاقنى تىكلىگۈچىنىڭ ئۆزى ئاڭلىمامدۇ؟ كۆزنى ياسىغۇچىنىڭ ئۆزى كۆرمەمدۇ؟ | 9 |
He that planted the ear, shall he not hear? he that formed the eye, shall he not see?
| ئەللەرنى تەربىيىلىگۈچى، ئىنسانغا ئەقىل-بىلىم ئۆگەتكۈچىنىڭ ئۆزى ئادەمنى ئەيىبلىمەمدۇ؟ | 10 |
He that chastiseth the heathen, shall not he correct? he that teacheth man knowledge, [shall not he know]?
| پەرۋەردىگار ئىنساننىڭ ئوي-خىياللىرىنىڭ تۇتامى يوقلۇقىنى بىلىدۇ. | 11 |
The LORD knoweth the thoughts of man, that they [are] vanity.
| سەن تەربىيىلىگەن ئادەم بەختلىكتۇر، ئى ياھ، يەنى سەن تەۋرات-قانۇنۇڭدىن ئەقىل ئۆگىتىدىغان كىشى بەختلىكتۇر! | 12 |
Blessed [is] the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law;
| شۇنداق قىلىپ، تاكى پاسىقلار ئۈچۈن ئورەك كولانغۇچە ــ سەن ئۇنى يامان كۈنلەردىن خاتىرجەم ساقلايسەن. | 13 |
That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity, until the pit be digged for the wicked.
| چۈنكى پەرۋەردىگار ئۆز خەلقىنى تەرك ئەتمەيدۇ، ياكى ئۆز مىراسىدىن ۋاز كەچمەيدۇ. | 14 |
For the LORD will not cast off his people, neither will he forsake his inheritance.
| چۈنكى ھۆكۈم-پەرمان ھوقۇقى ھامان ئادالەتكە قايتىدۇ، بارلىق دىلى دۇرۇسلار بولسا، ئۇنىڭ كەينىدىن ماڭىدۇ. | 15 |
But judgment shall return unto righteousness: and all the upright in heart shall follow it.
| مەن ئۈچۈن يامانلار بىلەن قارشىلىشىشقا كىم ئورنىدىن تۇرىدۇ؟ مەن ئۈچۈن قەبىھلىك قىلغۇچىلار بىلەن قارشىلىشىشىقا كىم مەيدانغا چىقىدۇ؟ | 16 |
Who will rise up for me against the evildoers? [or] who will stand up for me against the workers of iniquity?
| ئەگەر پەرۋەردىگار ماڭا ياردەمدە بولمىغان بولسا، جېنىم بالدۇر چىقىپ سۈكۈت دىيارىدا ياتار ئىدى. | 17 |
Unless the LORD [had been] my help, my soul had almost dwelt in silence.
| ئايىغىم پۇتلىشاي دېگىنىدە، ئۆزگەرمەس مۇھەببىتىڭ، ئى پەرۋەردىگار، مېنى يۆلىدى. | 18 |
When I said, My foot slippeth; thy mercy, O LORD, held me up.
| ئىچىمدىكى كۆپلىگەن غەم-ئەندىشىلەر ئارىسىدا، سېنىڭ تەسەللىلىرىڭ جېنىمنى سۆيۈندۈردى. | 19 |
In the multitude of my thoughts within me thy comforts delight my soul.
| ئىنساپسىزلىقنى قانۇنغا ئايلاندۇرىدىغان، ئاچ كۆز ئولتۇرغان بىر تەخت، سەن بىلەن ئالاقىدە بولامدۇ؟ | 20 |
Shall the throne of iniquity have fellowship with thee, which frameth mischief by a law?
| ئۇلار ھەققانىيلارنىڭ جېنىغا ھۇجۇم قىلىشقا يىغىلىدۇ، بىگۇناھ قاننى تۆكىدىغان ھۆكۈملەرنى چىقارماقتا. | 21 |
They gather themselves together against the soul of the righteous, and condemn the innocent blood.
| بىراق پەرۋەردىگار مېنىڭ ئېگىز قورغىنىم بولىدۇ؛ ھە، مېنىڭ خۇدايىم پاناھ قورام تېشىمدۇر. | 22 |
But the LORD is my defence; and my God [is] the rock of my refuge.
| ئۇ ئۇلارنىڭ قەبىھلىكىنى ئۆز بېشىغا سالىدۇ، ئۇلارنىڭ ئۆز ياۋۇزلۇقلىرى بىلەن ئۇلارنى ئۈزۈپ تاشلايدۇ، بەرھەق، پەرۋەردىگار خۇدايىمىز ئۇلارنى ئۈزۈپ تاشلار. | 23 |
And he shall bring upon them their own iniquity, and shall cut them off in their own wickedness; [yea], the LORD our God shall cut them off.
