Псалми 61

1 Для дириґента хору. На струннім інструменті. Псалом Давидів. Вислухай, Боже, блага́ння моє, почуй же молитву мою, —

[For the Chief Musician. For a stringed instrument. By David.] Hear my cry, God. Listen to my prayer.

2 я кли́чу до Тебе від краю землі, коли серце моє омліва́є! На ске́лю, що вища від мене, мене попрова́дь,

From the most remote place of the earth, I will call to you, when my heart is overwhelmed. Lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 бо для мене Ти став пристано́вищем, ба́штою сильною супроти ворога!

For you have been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy.

4 Хай я оселю́ся наві́ки в наме́ті Твоїм, в укритті́ Твоїх крил захова́юся, (Се́ла)

I will dwell in your tent forever. I will take refuge in the shelter of your wings. (Selah)

5 бо Ти, Боже, почув обітниці мої, Ти дав спа́дщину тим, хто Йме́ння Твого боїться!

For you, God, have heard my vows. You have given me the heritage of those who fear your name.

6 Царе́ві примно́ж дні до днів, продовж ро́ки йому — немов вічні віки́,

You will prolong the king's life; his years shall be for generations.

7 нехай він перед Божим лицем пробува́є навіки, хай милість та правда його стережу́ть!

He shall be enthroned in God's presence forever. Appoint your loving kindness and truth, that they may preserve him.

8 Отак буду співати я за́вжди про Ймення Твоє, виконувати буду щоде́нно обі́ти свої!

So I will sing praise to your name forever, that I may fulfill my vows day after day.
