Псалми 96
1 Співайте Господеві нову пісню; співай Господеві, уся земле!
Sing to YHWH a new song. Sing to YHWH, all the earth.
2 Співайте Господеві, благословляйте ім’я Його, звіщайте день у день Його спасіння!
Sing to YHWH. Bless his name. Proclaim his salvation from day to day.
3 Розповідайте серед народів про славу Його, серед усіх племен – про чудеса Його.
Declare his glory among the nations, his marvelous works among all the peoples.
4 Господь великий і вельми прославлений; Він грізніший за усіх богів.
For great is YHWH, and greatly to be praised. He is to be feared above all gods.
5 Адже всі боги народів – [лише] ідоли, а Господь створив небеса.
For all the gods of the peoples are idols, but YHWH made the heavens.
6 Слава й велич перед обличчям Його, сила й краса у Його святилищі.
Honor and majesty are before him. Strength and beauty are in his sanctuary.
7 Віддайте Господеві, сім’ї народів, віддайте Господеві славу й силу.
Ascribe to YHWH, you families of nations, ascribe to YHWH glory and strength.
8 Віддайте Господеві славу, [належну] Його імені. Несіть дар і йдіть у двори Його.
Ascribe to YHWH the glory due to his name. Bring an offering, and come into his courts.
9 Вклоніться Господеві у величі святині. Тремти перед обличчям Його, уся земле!
Worship YHWH in holy array. Tremble before him, all the earth.
10 Скажіть серед народів: «Господь царює!» Тому всесвіт утверджений непохитно; Він судитиме народи справедливо.
Say among the nations, "YHWH reigns." The world is also established. It can't be moved. He will judge the peoples with equity.
11 Нехай радіють небеса й веселиться земля; нехай гуркотить море і [все], що наповнює його.
Let the heavens be glad, and let the earth rejoice. Let the sea roar, and its fullness.
12 Нехай радіє поле і все, що в ньому; нехай вигукують піднесено усі дерева лісові
Let the field and all that is in it exult. Then all the trees of the woods shall sing for joy
13 перед обличчям Господа, бо Він іде, іде судити землю. Він судитиме всесвіт справедливо і народи – за Своєю істиною.
before YHWH; for he comes, for he comes to judge the earth. He will judge the world with righteousness, the peoples with his truth.
