కీర్తనల~ గ్రంథము 61

1 ౧ ప్రధాన సంగీతకారుని కోసం. తీగె వాయిద్యాలతో పాడేది. దావీదు కీర్తన దేవా, నా మొర ఆలకించు, నా ప్రార్థన శ్రద్ధగా విను.

For the Chief Musician; on a stringed instrument. [A Psalm] of David. Hear my cry, O God; attend unto my prayer.

2 ౨ నా ప్రాణం తల్లడిల్లినప్పుడు భూదిగంతాల నుండి నీకు మొరపెడతాను. నేను ఎక్కలేనంత ఎత్తయిన కొండ పైకి నన్ను ఎక్కించు.

From the end of the earth will I call unto thee, when my heart is overwhelmed: lead me to the rock that is higher than I.

3 ౩ నువ్వు నాకు ఆశ్రయదుర్గంగా ఉన్నావు. నా శత్రువుల ఎదుట బలమైన కోటగా ఉన్నావు.

For thou hast been a refuge for me, a strong tower from the enemy.

4 ౪ యుగయుగాలు నేను నీ గుడారంలో నివసిస్తాను, నీ రెక్కల కింద దాక్కుంటాను. (సెలా)

I will dwell in thy tabernacle for ever: I will take refuge in the covert of thy wings. (Selah)

5 ౫ దేవా, నువ్వు నా మొక్కుబడులు అంగీకరించావు. నీ నామాన్ని గౌరవించే వారికిచ్చే వారసత్వాన్ని నాకు అనుగ్రహించావు.

For thou, O God, hast heard my vows: thou hast given [me] the heritage of those that fear thy name.

6 ౬ రాజుకు దీర్ఘాయువు కలుగజేస్తావు గాక, అతని సంవత్సరాలు తరతరాలు నడుస్తాయి గాక.

Thou wilt prolong the king’s life: his years shall be as many generations.

7 ౭ అతడు నిత్యం దేవుని సన్నిధిలో నివసిస్తాడు గాక. అతని కాపుదల కోసం నీ కృపాసత్యాలను నియమించు.

He shall abide before God for ever: O prepare lovingkindness and truth, that they may preserve him.

8 ౮ ప్రతి రోజూ నా మొక్కుబడులు నేను చెల్లించేలా నీ నామాన్ని నిత్యం కీర్తిస్తాను.

So will I sing praise unto thy name for ever, that I may daily perform my vows.
