యెషయా~ గ్రంథము 27
1 ౧ ఆ రోజున యెహోవా చేతితో తన కత్తి పట్టుకుంటాడు. ఆ కత్తి గొప్పది, తీక్షణమైనది, గట్టిది. భీకరమైన సర్పాన్ని, మొసలి రూపాన్ని పోలిన “లేవియాతాన్” ను ఆయన శిక్షిస్తాడు. వంకరలు తిరుగుతూ, జారిపోతున్న సర్పాన్ని శిక్షిస్తాడు. ఆ సముద్ర జీవిని ఆయన సంహరిస్తాడు.
In that day, YHWH with his fierce and great and mighty sword will punish leviathan, the fleeing serpent, and leviathan the twisted serpent; and he will kill the serpent that is in the sea.
In that day, sing to her, "A pleasant vineyard.
3 ౩ యెహోవా అనే నేనే దాన్ని సంరక్షిస్తున్నాను. ప్రతీ నిత్యం దానికి నీళ్ళు పోస్తున్నాను. దానికి ఎవడూ హాని తలపెట్టకుండా పగలూ రాత్రీ కాపలా కాస్తున్నాను.
I, YHWH, am its keeper. I will water it every moment. Lest anyone damage it, I will keep it night and day.
4 ౪ నాకిప్పుడు కోపం ఏమీ లేదు. ఒకవేళ గచ్చ పొదలూ ముళ్ళ చెట్లూ మొలిస్తే యుద్ధంలో చేసినట్టుగా వాటికి విరోధంగా ముందుకు సాగుతాను. వాటన్నిటినీ కలిపి తగలబెట్టేస్తాను.
Wrath is not in me, but if I should find briers and thorns, I would do battle. I would march on them and I would burn them together.
5 ౫ ఇలా జరగకుండా ఉండాలంటే వాళ్ళు నా సంరక్షణలోకి రావాలి. నాతో సంధి చేసుకోవాలి. వాళ్ళు నాతో సంధి చేసుకోవాలి.
Or else let him take hold of my strength, that he may make peace with me. Let him make peace with me."
6 ౬ రాబోయే ఆ రోజున యాకోబు వేరు వ్యాపిస్తుంది. ఇశ్రాయేలు జాతి మొగ్గ వేసి పుష్పిస్తుంది. వాళ్ళు భూమినంతా ఫలభరితం చేస్తారు.
In days to come, Jacob will take root. Israel will blossom and bud. They will fill the surface of the world with fruit.
7 ౭ యాకోబు, ఇశ్రాయేలును వాళ్ళు కొట్టారు. వాళ్ళను యెహోవా కొట్టాడు. వాళ్ళను కొట్టినట్టు యెహోవా యాకోబు, ఇశ్రాయేలును కొట్టాడా? యాకోబు, ఇశ్రాయేలును చంపిన వాళ్ళని ఆయన చంపినట్టు ఆయన యాకోబు, ఇశ్రాయేలులను చంపాడా?

8 ౮ నువ్వు అలా చేయలేదు. స్వల్పమైన శిక్షనే విధించావు. ఇతర దేశాల్లోకి ఇశ్రాయేలును బహిష్కరించావు. తూర్పు నుండి తీవ్రమైన గాలి రప్పించి వాళ్ళని తరిమావు.

10 ౧౦ అలాగే ప్రాకారాలున్న పట్టణం నిర్మానుష్యంగా మారుతుంది. నివాస స్థలాలు మనుషులు లేని అరణ్యాల్లా మారతాయి. అక్కడ దూడలు మేస్తాయి. అవి అక్కడే పడుకుని చెట్ల కొమ్మలను తింటాయి.
For the fortified city is solitary, a habitation deserted and forsaken, like the wilderness. The calf will feed there, and there he will lie down, and consume its branches.
11 ౧౧ ఆ కొమ్మలు ఎండిపోయినప్పుడు విరిగిపడతాయి. స్త్రీలు వచ్చి వాటితో మంట పెట్టుకుంటారు. ఎందుకంటే ఈ ప్రజలు జ్ఞానం ఉన్న వాళ్ళు కాదు. కాబట్టి వాళ్ళ సృష్టికర్త వాళ్ళపై కనికరపడడు. వాళ్ళని చేసిన వాడు వాళ్ళపై దయ చూపించడు.
When its boughs are withered, they will be broken off. The women will come and set them on fire, for they are a people of no understanding. Therefore he who made them will not have compassion on them, and he who formed them will show them no favor.
12 ౧౨ ఆ రోజున యెహోవా ప్రవహిస్తున్న యూఫ్రటీసు నది నుండి ఐగుప్తు వాగు వరకూ వాళ్ళను ధాన్యాన్ని నూర్చినట్టు నూరుస్తాడు. ఇశ్రాయేలు ప్రజలైన మిమ్మల్ని ఒక్కొక్కరిగా సమకూరుస్తాడు.
It will happen in that day, that YHWH will thresh from the flowing stream of the Perath to the Wadi of Egypt; and you will be gathered one by one, children of Israel.
13 ౧౩ ఆ రోజున పెద్ద బాకా ధ్వని వినిపిస్తుంది. అష్షూరు దేశంలో అంతరిస్తున్న వాళ్ళూ, ఐగుప్తులో బహిష్కరణకి గురైన వాళ్ళూ తిరిగి వస్తారు. యెరూషలేములో ఉన్న పవిత్ర పర్వతంపై ఉన్న యెహోవాను ఆరాధిస్తారు.
It will happen in that day that a great trumpet will be blown; and those who were ready to perish in the land of Assyria, and those who were outcasts in the land of Egypt, shall come; and they will worship YHWH in the holy mountain at Jerusalem.
