1 Wana wa Isakari walikuwa: Tola, Pua, Yashubu na Shimroni; wote ni wanne.
And of the sons of Issachar: Tola, and Puah, Jashub, and Shimron, four.
2 Wana wa Tola walikuwa: Uzi, Refaya, Yerieli, Yahmai, Ibsamu na Shemueli waliokuwa viongozi wa jamaa zao. Wakati wa utawala wa Mfalme Daudi, wazao wa Tola walioorodheshwa kama wapiganaji katika ukoo wao walikuwa watu 22,600.
And the sons of Tola: Uzzi and Rephaiah, and Jeriel, and Jahmai, and Ibsam, and Shemuel, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valour according to their generations, even of Tola; their number in the days of David was two and twenty thousand and six hundred.
3 Mwana wa Uzi alikuwa: Izrahia. Wana wa Izrahia walikuwa: Mikaeli, Obadia, Yoeli na Ishia. Wote hawa watano walikuwa wakuu wao.
And the sons of Uzzi: Izrahiah; and the sons of Izrahiah: Michael, and Obadiah, and Joel, Isshiah, five; all of them chief men.
4 Kulingana na ukoo wa jamaa zao, walikuwa na watu hodari wa vita wapatao 36,000, kwa sababu walikuwa na wanawake na watoto wengi.
And with them, by their generations, after their fathers' houses, were bands of the host for war, six and thirty thousand; for they had many wives and sons.

And their brethren among all the families of Issachar, mighty men of valour, reckoned in all by genealogy, were fourscore and seven thousand.

The sons of Benjamin: Bela, and Becher, and Jediael, three.
7 Wana wa Bela walikuwa: Esboni, Uzi, Uzieli, Yeremothi na Iri; walikuwa viongozi wa jamaa zao; wote ni watano. Watu wapiganaji walioorodheshwa katika ukoo wao walikuwa 22,034.
And the sons of Bela: Ezbon, and Uzzi, and Uzziel, and Jerimoth, and Iri, five; heads of fathers' houses, mighty men of valour; and they were reckoned by genealogy twenty and two thousand and thirty and four.
8 Wana wa Bekeri walikuwa: Zemira, Yoashi, Eliezeri, Elioenai, Omri, Yeremothi, Abiya, Anathothi na Alemethi. Hawa wote walikuwa wana wa Bekeri.
And the sons of Becher: Zemirah, and Joash, and Eliezer, and Elioenai, and Omri, and Jeremoth, and Abijah, and Anathoth, and Alemeth. All these were the sons of Becher.
9 Orodha ya ukoo wao iliyoandikwa viongozi wa jamaa zao walikuwa wapiganaji 20,200.
And they were reckoned by genealogy, after their generations, heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valour, twenty thousand and two hundred.
10 Mwana wa Yediaeli alikuwa: Bilhani. Wana wa Bilhani walikuwa: Yeushi, Benyamini, Ehudi, Kenaana, Zethani, Tarshishi na Ahishahari.
And the sons of Jediael: Bilhan; and the sons of Bilhan: Jeush, and Benjamin, and Ehud, and Chenaanah, and Zethan, and Tarshish, and Ahishahar.
11 Hawa wana wote wa Yediaeli walikuwa viongozi wa jamaa zao. Kulikuwako wanaume wapiganaji 17,200 waliokuwa tayari kwenda vitani.
All these were sons of Jediael, even heads of their fathers' houses, mighty men of valour, seventeen thousand and two hundred, that were able to go forth in the host for war.
12 Washupimu na Wahupimu walikuwa wazao wa Iri. Wahushimu walikuwa wazao wa Aheri.
Shuppim also, and Huppim, the sons of Ir, Hushim, the son of another.
13 Wana wa Naftali walikuwa: Yahzieli, Guni, Yeseri na Shalumu; hao walikuwa wazao wa Bilha.
The sons of Naphtali: Jahziel, and Guni, and Jezer, and Shallum, the sons of Bilhah.
14 Wana wa Manase walikuwa: Asirieli alikuwa mzao wake kutokana na suria wake wa Kiaramu. Huyu suria akamzaa Makiri baba wa Gileadi.
The sons of Manasseh: Asriel, whom his wife bore — his concubine the Aramitess bore Machir the father of Gilead;
15 Makiri akatwaa mke kutoka miongoni mwa Wahupimu na Washupimu. Jina la dada yake aliitwa Maaka. Mwana wa pili wa Makiri aliitwa Selofehadi, ambaye alikuwa na wasichana tu.
and Machir took a wife of Huppim and Shuppim, whose sister's name was Maacah — and the name of the second was Zelophehad; and Zelophehad had daughters.
16 Maaka mkewe Makiri akamzaa mwana aliyemwita Pereshi. Jina la nduguye lilikuwa Shereshi. Wana wa Pereshi walikuwa Ulamu na Rakemu.
And Maacah the wife of Machir bore a son, and she called his name Peresh; and the name of his brother was Sheresh; and his sons were Ulam and Rekem.
17 Mwana wa Ulamu alikuwa: Bedani. Hawa ndio waliokuwa wana wa Gileadi mwana wa Makiri, mwana wa Manase.
And the sons of Ulam: Bedan. These were the sons of Gilead the son of Machir, the son of Manasseh.
18 Dada yake aliyeitwa Hamolekethi aliwazaa Ish-Hodi, Abiezeri na Mahla.
And his sister Hammolecheth bore Ish-hod, and Abiezer, and Mahlah.
19 Wana wa Shemida walikuwa: Ahiani, Shekemu, Liki na Aniamu.
And the sons of Shemida were Ahian, and Shechem, and Likhi, and Aniam.
20 Wana wa Efraimu walikuwa: Shuthela, ambaye alimzaa Beredi, Beredi akamzaa Tahathi, Tahathi akazaa Eleada, Eleada akamzaa Tahathi,
And the sons of Ephraim: Shuthelah — and Bered was his son, and Tahath his son, and Eleadah his son, and Tahath his son,
21 Tahathi akamzaa Zabadi, na Zabadi akamzaa Shuthela. Ezeri na Eleadi waliuawa na wenyeji wa Gathi walipokuwa wamekwenda huko kuwanyangʼanya mifugo yao.
and Zabad his son, and Shuthelah his son — and Ezer, and Elead, whom the men of Gath that were born in the land slew, because they came down to take away their cattle.
22 Baba yao Efraimu akawaombolezea kwa siku nyingi, na jamaa zake wakaja kumfariji.
And Ephraim their father mourned many days, and his brethren came to comfort him.
23 Kisha akakutana kimwili na mke wake tena, naye akachukua mimba, akamzalia mwana. Akamwita Beria, kwa sababu ya misiba iliyoipata nyumba yake.
And he went in to his wife, and she conceived, and bore a son, and he called his name Beriah, because it went evil with his house.
24 Beria alikuwa na binti jina lake Sheera. Huyu ndiye aliijenga miji ya Beth-Horoni ya Juu na Beth-Horoni ya Chini, pamoja na Uzen-Sheera.
And his daughter was Sheerah, who built Beth-horon the nether and the upper, and Uzzen-sheerah.
25 Beria akamzaa pia Refa, naye Refa akamzaa Reshefu, Reshefu akamzaa Tela, Tela akamzaa Tahani,
And Rephah was his son, and Resheph, and Telah his son, and Tahan his son;
26 Tahani akamzaa Ladani, Ladani akamzaa Amihudi, Amihudi akamzaa Elishama,
Ladan his son, Ammihud his son, Elishama his son;
27 Elishama akamzaa Nuni, Nuni akamzaa Yoshua.
Nun his son, Joshua his son.
28 Nchi zao na makazi yao yalijumuisha Betheli na vijiji vilivyouzunguka, Naarani ilikuwa upande wa mashariki, Gezeri pamoja na vijiji vyake upande wa magharibi, pia Shekemu na vijiji vyake hadi kufikia Aya na vijiji vyake.
And their possessions and habitations were Beth-el and the towns thereof, and eastward Naaran, and westward Gezer, with the towns thereof; Shechem also and the towns thereof, unto Aiah and the towns thereof;
29 Katika mipaka ya Manase walikuwepo Beth-Shani, Taanaki, Megido na Dori pamoja na vijiji vyake. Wana wa Yosefu mwana wa Israeli waliishi katika miji hii.
and by the borders of the children of Manasseh, Beth-shean and the towns thereof, Taanach and the towns thereof, Megiddo and the towns thereof, Dor and the towns thereof. In these dwelt the children of Joseph the son of Israel.
30 Wana wa Asheri walikuwa: Imna, Ishva, Ishvi na Beria. Dada yao alikuwa Sera.
The sons of Asher: Imnah, and Ishvah, and Ishvi, and Beriah, and Serah their sister.
31 Wana wa Beria walikuwa: Heberi na Malkieli, aliyekuwa baba yake Birzaithi.
And the sons of Beriah: Heber, and Malchiel, who was the father of Birzaith.
32 Heberi akawazaa Yafleti, Shomeri na Hothamu, na Shua dada yao.
And Heber begot Japhlet, and Shomer, and Hotham, and Shua their sister.
33 Wana wa Yafleti walikuwa: Pasaki, Bimhali na Ashvathi. Hawa walikuwa wana wa Yafleti.
And the sons of Japhlet: Pasach, and Bimhal, and Asvath. These are the children of Japhlet.
34 Wana wa Shemeri walikuwa: Ahi, Roga, Yehuba na Aramu.
And the sons of Shemer: Ahi, and Rohgah, and Hubbah, and Aram.
35 Wana wa Helemu ndugu yake walikuwa: Sofa, Imna, Sheleshi na Amali.
And the sons of Helem his brother: Zophah, and Imna, and Shelesh, and Amal.
36 Wana wa Sofa walikuwa: Sua, Harneferi, Shuali, Beri, Imra,
The sons of Zophah: Suah, and Harnepher, and Shaul, and Beri, and Imrah;
37 Bezeri, Hodu, Shama, Shilsha, Ithrani na Beera.
Bezer, and Hod, and Shamma, and Shilsha, and Ithran, and Beera.
38 Wana wa Yetheri walikuwa: Yefune, Pispa na Ara.
And the sons of Jether: Jephunneh, and Pispa, and Ara.
39 Wana wa Ula walikuwa: Ara, Hanieli na Risia.
And the sons of Ulla: Arah, and Hanniel, and Rizia.
40 Hawa wote ndio waliokuwa wazao wa Asheri, viongozi wa jamaa zao, watu bora, mashujaa walio hodari na viongozi maarufu. Idadi ya watu waliokuwa tayari kwa vita, kama ilivyoorodheshwa katika ukoo wao, walikuwa 26,000.
All these were the children of Asher, heads of the fathers' houses, choice and mighty men of valour, chief of the princes. And the number of them reckoned by genealogy for service in war was twenty and six thousand men.
