Judas 1
1 JUDAS, siervo de Jesu-Cristo, y hermano de Jacobo, á los llamados santificados en Dios Padre, y conservados en Jesu-Cristo:
Judas, of Jesus Christ a servant, and brother of James, to those sanctified in God the Father, and in Jesus Christ kept — called,
2 Misericordia, y paz, y amor os sean multiplicados.
kindness to you, and peace, and love, be multiplied!
3 Amados, por la gran solicitud que tenia de escribiros de la comun salud, me ha sido necesario escribiros amonestándoos que contendais eficazmente por la fé que ha sido una vez dada á los santos.
Beloved, all diligence using to write to you concerning the common salvation, I had necessity to write to you, exhorting to agonize for the faith once delivered to the saints,
4 Porque algunos hombres han entrado encubiertamente, los cuales desde ántes habian estado ordenados para esta condenacion, [hombres] impíos, convirtiendo la gracia de nuestro Dios en disolucion, y negando á Dios que solo es el que tiene dominio, y á nuest
for there did come in unobserved certain men, long ago having been written beforehand to this judgment, impious, the grace of our God perverting to lasciviousness, and our only Master, God, and Lord — Jesus Christ — denying,
5 Os quiero pues amonestar [ya] que alguna vez habeis sabido esto, que el Señor habiendo salvado al pueblo de Egipto, despues destruyó á los que no creian:
and to remind you I intend, you knowing once this, that the Lord, a people out of the land of Egypt having saved, again those who did not believe did destroy;
6 Y á los ángeles que no guardaron su dignidad, mas dejaron su habitacion, los ha reservado debajo de oscuridad en prisiones eternas hasta el juicio del gran dia: (aïdios g126)
messengers also, those who did not keep their own principality, but did leave their proper dwelling, to a judgment of a great day, in bonds everlasting, under darkness He hath kept, (aïdios g126)
7 Como Sodoma y Gomorra, y las ciudades comarcanas las cuales de la misma manera que ellos habian fornicado, y habian seguido la carne extraña, fueron puestas por ejemplo, sufriendo el juicio del fuego eterno. (aiōnios g166)
as Sodom and Gomorrah, and the cities around them, in like manner to these, having given themselves to whoredom, and gone after other flesh, have been set before — an example, of fire age-during, justice suffering. (aiōnios g166)
8 De la misma manera tambien estos soñadores amancillan la carne, y menosprecian la potestad, y vituperan las potestades superiores.
In like manner, nevertheless, those dreaming also the flesh indeed do defile, and lordship they put away, and dignities they speak evil of,
9 Pues cuando el arcángel Miguel contendia con el diablo, disputando sobre el cuerpo de Moisés, no se atrevió á usar de juicio de maldicion contra él, sino que dijo: El Señor te reprenda.
yet Michael, the chief messenger, when, with the devil contending, he was disputing about the body of Moses, did not dare to bring up an evil-speaking judgment, but said, 'The Lord rebuke thee!'
10 Pero estos maldicen las cosas que no conocen; y las cosas que naturalmente conocen, se corrompen en ellas como bestias brutas.
and these, as many things indeed as they have not known, they speak evil of; and as many things as naturally (as the irrational beasts) they understand, in these they are corrupted;
11 ¡Ay de ellos! porque han seguido el camino de Cain, y se lanzaron en el error de Balaam por recompensa, y perecieron en la contradiccion de Coré.
woe to them! because in the way of Cain they did go on, and to the deceit of Balaam for reward they did rush, and in the gainsaying of Korah they did perish.
12 Estos son manchas en vuestros convites, que banquetean juntamente, apacentándose á sí mismos sin temor alguno: nubes sin agua, las cuales son llevadas de acá para allá de los vientos; árboles marchitos como en otoñ o, sin fruto, dos veces muertos y desarr
These are in your love-feasts craggy rocks; feasting together with you, without fear shepherding themselves; clouds without water, by winds carried about; trees autumnal, without fruit, twice dead, rooted up;
13 Fieras ondas de la mar, que espuman sus mismas abominaciones; estrellas erráticas. á los cuales es reservada eternalmente la oscuridad de las tinieblas. (aiōn g165)
wild waves of a sea, foaming out their own shames; stars going astray, to whom the gloom of the darkness to the age hath been kept. (aiōn g165)
14 De los cuales tambien profetizo Enoc, séptimo desde Adam, diciendo: Hé aquí el Señor es venido con sus santos millares,
And prophesy also to these did the seventh from Adam — Enoch — saying, 'Lo, the Lord did come in His saintly myriads,
15 A hacer juicio contra todos, y á convencer á todos los impíos de entre ellos tocante á todas sus obras de impiedad que han hecho impiamente, y á todas las cosas duras que los pecadores impíos han hablado contra él.
to do judgment against all, and to convict all their impious ones, concerning all their works of impiety that they did impiously, and concerning all the stiff things that speak against Him did impious sinners.'
16 Estos son murmuradores querellosos, andando segun sus deseos; y su boca habla cosas soberbias, teniendo en admiracion las personas por causa del provecho.
These are murmurers, repiners; according to their desires walking, and their mouth doth speak great swellings, giving admiration to persons for the sake of profit;
17 Mas vosotros, amados, tened memoria de las palabras que ántes han sido dichas por los apóstoles de nuestro Señor Jesu-Cristo;
and ye, beloved, remember ye the sayings spoken before by the apostles of our Lord Jesus Christ:
18 Como os decian: Que en el postrer tiempo habria burladores, que andarian segun sus malvados deseos.
that they said to you, that in the last time there shall be scoffers, after their own desires of impieties going on,
19 Estos son los que hacen divisiones, sensuales, no teniendo el Espíritu.
these are those setting themselves apart, natural men, the Spirit not having.
20 Mas vosotros, oh amados, edificándoos sobre vuestra santísima fé, orando por el Espíritu Santo,
And ye, beloved, on your most holy faith building yourselves up, in the Holy Spirit praying,
21 Conserváos en el amor de Dios, esperando la misericordia de nuestro Señor Jesu-Cristo, para vida eterna. (aiōnios g166)
yourselves in the love of God keep ye, waiting for the kindness of our Lord Jesus Christ — to life age-during; (aiōnios g166)
22 Y recibid á los unos en piedad, discerniendo:
and to some be kind, judging thoroughly,
23 Mas haced salvos á los otros por temor, arrebatándolos del fuego; aborreciendo aun la ropa que es contaminada de la carne.
and some in fear save ye, out of the fire snatching, hating even the coat from the flesh spotted.
24 A aquel, pues, que es poderoso para guardaros sin caida, y presentar[os]^ delante de su gloria irreprensibles, con grande alegría,
And to Him who is able to guard you not stumbling, and to set [you] in the presence of His glory unblemished, in gladness,
