Nehemías 3

1 Y LEVANTÓSE Eliasib el gran sacerdote con sus hermanos los sacerdotes, y edificaron la puerta de las Ovejas. Ellos aparejaron y levantaron sus puertas hasta la torre de Meah, aparejáronla hasta la torre de Hananeel.

Then Eliasub the high priest, and his brethren the priests, rose up, and built the sheep-gate; they sanctified it, and set up the doors of it; even to the tower of the hundred they sanctified [it], to the tower of Anameel.

2 Y junto á ella edificaron los varones de Jericó: y luego edificó Zachûr hijo de Imri.

And [they builded] by the side of the men of Jericho, and by the side of the sons of Zacchur, the son of Amari.

3 Y los hijos de Senaa edificaron la puerta del Pescado: ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.

And the sons of Asana built the fish-gate; they roofed it, and covered in its doors, and bolts, and bars.

4 Y junto á ellos restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías, hijo de Cos: y al lado de ellos, restauró Mesullam hijo de Berechîas, hijo de Mesezabeel. Junto á ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Baana.

And next to them [the order] reached to Ramoth the son of Uria, the son of Accos, and next to them Mosollam son of Barachias the son of Mazebel took [his] place: and next to them Sadoc the son of Baana took [his] place.

5 E inmediato á ellos restauraron los Tecoitas; mas sus grandes no prestaron su cerviz á la obra de su Señor.

And next to them the Thecoim took [their] place; but the Adorim applied not their neck to their service.

6 Y la puerta Vieja restauraron Joiada hijo de Pasea, y Mesullam hijo de Besodías: ellos la enmaderaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.

And Joida the son of Phasec, and Mesulam son of Basodia, repaired the old gate; they covered it in, and set up its doors, and its bolts, and its bars.

7 Junto á ellos restauró Melatías Gabaonita, y Jadón Meronothita, varones de Gabaón y de Mizpa, por la silla del gobernador de la otra parte del río.

And next to them repaired Maltias the Gabaonite, and Evaron the Meronothite, the men of Gabaon and Maspha, to the throne of the governor on this side the river.

8 Y junto á ellos restauró Uzziel hijo de Harhaía, de los plateros; junto al cual restauró también Hananías, hijo de [un] perfumero. Así dejaron [reparado] á Jerusalem hasta el muro ancho.

And next to him Oziel the son of Arachias of the smiths, carried on the repairs: and next to them Ananias the son of one of the apothecaries repaired, and they finished Jerusalem to the broad wall.

9 Junto á ellos restauró también Repaías hijo de Hur, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalem.

And next to them repaired Raphaea the son of Sur, the ruler of half the district round about Jerusalem.

10 Asimismo restauró junto á ellos, y frente á su casa, Jedaías hijo de Harumaph; y junto á él restauró Hattus hijo de Hasbanías.

And next to them repaired Jedaia the son of Eromaph, and [that] in front of his house: and next to him repaired Attuth son of Asabania.

11 Malchîas hijo de Harim y Hasub hijo de Pahath-moab, restauraron la otra medida, y la torre de los Hornos.

And next [to him] repaired Melchias son of Heram, and Asub son of Phaat Moab, even to the tower of the furnaces.

12 Junto á ellos restauró Sallum hijo de Lohes, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Jerusalem, él con sus hijas.

And next to him repaired Sallum the son of Alloes, the ruler of half the district round about Jerusalem, he and his daughters.

13 La puerta del Valle la restauró Hanún con los moradores de Zanoa: ellos la reedificaron, y levantaron sus puertas, con sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y mil codos en el muro hasta la puerta del Muladar.

Anun and the inhabitants of Zano repaired the gate of the valley: they built it, and set up its doors, and its bolts, and its bars, and a thousand cubits of the wall as far as the dung-gate.

14 Y reedificó la puerta del Muladar, Malchîas hijo de Rechâb, príncipe de la provincia de Beth-haccerem: él la reedificó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos.

And Melchia the son of Rechab, the ruler of the district round about Beth-accharim, repaired the dung-gate, he and his sons; and they covered it, and set up its doors, and its bolts, and its bars.

15 Y Sallum hijo de Chôl-hoce, príncipe de la región de Mizpa, restauró la puerta de la Fuente: él la reedificó, y la enmaderó, y levantó sus puertas, sus cerraduras y sus cerrojos, y el muro del estanque de Selah hacia la huerta del rey, y hasta las gradas que descienden de la ciudad de David.

But Solomon the son of Choleze repaired the gate of the fountain, the ruler of part of Maspha; he built it, and covered it, and set up its doors and its bars, and the wall of the pool of the skins by the meadow of the king, and as far as the steps that lead down from the city of David.

16 Después de él restauró Nehemías hijo de Azbuc, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Beth-sur, hasta delante de los sepulcros de David, y hasta el estanque labrado, y hasta la casa de los Valientes.

After him repaired Neemias son of Azabuch, ruler of half the district round about Bethsur, as far as the garden of David's sepulchre, and as far as the artificial pool, and as far as the house of the mighty men.

17 Tras él restauraron los Levitas, Rehum hijo de Bani; junto á él restauró Asabías, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Ceila en su región.

After him repaired the Levites, [even] Raum the son of Bani: next to him repaired Asabia, ruler of half the district round about Keila, in his district.

18 Después de él restauraron sus hermanos, Bavvai hijo de Henadad, príncipe de la mitad de la región de Ceila.

And after him repaired his brethren, Benei son of Enadad, ruler of half the district round about Keila.

19 Y junto á él restauró Ezer hijo de Jesuá, príncipe de Mizpa, la otra medida frente á la subida de la armería de la esquina.

And next to him repaired Azur the son of Joshua, ruler of Masphai, another portion of the tower of ascent, where it meets the corner.

20 Después de él se enfervorizó á restaurar Baruch hijo de Zachâi la otra medida, desde la esquina hasta la puerta de la casa de Eliasib gran sacerdote.

After him repaired Baruch the son of Zabu, a second portion, from the corner as far as the door of the house of Eliasub the high priest.

21 Tras él restauró Meremoth hijo de Urías hijo de Cos la otra medida, desde la entrada de la casa de Eliasib, hasta el cabo de la casa de Eliasib.

After him repaired Meramoth the son of Uria the son of Accos, a second part from the door of the house of Eliasub, to the end of the house of Eliasub.

22 Después de él restauraron los sacerdotes, los varones de la campiña.

And after him repaired the priests, the men of Ecchechar.

23 Después de ellos restauraron Benjamín y Hasub, frente á su casa: y después de estos restauró Azarías, hijo de Maasías hijo de Ananías, cerca de su casa.

And after him repaired Benjamin and Asub over against their house: and after him repaired Azarias son of Maasias the son of Ananias, [the parts] near to his house.

24 Después de él restauró Binnui hijo de Henadad la otra medida, desde la casa de Azarías hasta la revuelta, y hasta la esquina.

After him repaired Bani the son of Adad, another portion from the house of Azaria as far as the corner and to the turning,

25 Paal hijo de Uzai, enfrente de la esquina y la torre alta que sale de la casa del rey, que está en el patio de la cárcel. Después de él, Pedaía hijo de Pharos.

of Phalach the son of Uzai, opposite the corner, and [where is] also the tower that projects from the king's house, even the upper one of the prison-house: and after him [repaired] Phadaea the son of Phoros.

26 (Y los Nethineos estuvieron en Ophel hasta enfrente de la puerta de las Aguas al oriente, y la torre que sobresalía.)

And the Nathinim lived in Ophal, as far as the garden of the water-gate eastward, and [there is] the projecting tower.

27 Después de él restauraron los Tecoitas la otra medida, enfrente de la grande torre que sobresale, hasta el muro de Ophel.

And after them the Thecoim repaired, another portion opposite the great projecting tower, even as far as the wall of Ophla.

28 Desde la puerta de los Caballos restauraron los sacerdotes, cada uno enfrente de su casa.

The priests repaired above the horse-gate, [every] man over against his own house.

29 Después de ellos restauró Sadoc hijo de Immer, enfrente de su casa: y después de él restauró Semaías hijo de Sechânías, guarda de la puerta oriental.

And after him Sadduc the son of Emmer repaired opposite his own house: and after him repaired Samaea son of Sechenia, guard of the east-gate.

30 Tras él restauró Hananías hijo de Selemías, y Anún hijo sexto de Salaph, la otra medida. Después de él restauró Mesullam, hijo de Berechîas, enfrente de su cámara.

After him repaired Anania son of Selemia, and Anom, the sixth son of Seleph, another portion: after him Mesulam the son of Barachia repaired over against his treasury.

31 Después de él restauró Malchîas hijo del platero, hasta la casa de los Nethineos y de los tratantes, enfrente de la puerta del Juicio, y hasta la sala de la esquina.

After him repaired Melchia the son of Sarephi as far as the house of the Nathinim, and the chapmen over against the gate of Maphecad, and as far as the steps of the corner.

32 Y entre la sala de la esquina hasta la puerta de las Ovejas, restauraron los plateros y los tratantes.

And between [that and] the sheep-gate the smiths and chapmen repaired.
