Esdras 2
1 Estos son los hijos de la provincia que subieron del cautiverio de los deportados, que Nabucodonosor, rey de Babilonia, había llevado a Babilonia, y que volvieron a Jerusalén y a Judá, cada uno a su ciudad;
And these are the children of the province, that went up out of the captivity of those that had been carried away, whom Nebuchadnezzar the king of Babylon had carried away to Babylon, and who came again to Jerusalem and to Judah, every one to his city,
2 que vinieron con Zorobabel, Jesúa, Nehemías, Seraías, Reelaías, Mardoqueo, Bilsán, Mispar, Bigvai, Rehum y Baana. El número de los hombres del pueblo de Israel:

59 Estos fueron los que subieron de Tel Melá, Tel Harsa, Querubín, Addán e Immer; pero no pudieron mostrar las casas de sus padres ni su descendencia, si eran de Israel:
And these are they that went up from Tel-melah, Tel-harsha, Cherub-Addan, Immer; but they could not shew their fathers' house, nor their seed, whether they were of Israel.

61 De los hijos de los sacerdotes: los hijos de Habaía, los hijos de Hakkoz, y los hijos de Barzilai, que tomó mujer de las hijas de Barzilai Galaadita, y se llamó como ellas.
And of the children of the priests: the children of Habaiah, the children of Koz, the children of Barzillai; who took a wife of the daughters of Barzillai the Gileadite, and was called after their name.
62 Estos buscaron su lugar entre los que estaban registrados por genealogía, pero no fueron encontrados; por lo tanto, fueron considerados descalificados y apartados del sacerdocio.
These sought their genealogical register, but they were not found; therefore were they, as polluted, removed from the priesthood.
63 El gobernador les dijo que no debían comer de las cosas más santas hasta que se levantara un sacerdote para servir con Urim y con Tumim.
And the Tirshatha said to them that they should not eat of the most holy things, till there stood up a priest with Urim and with Thummim.

68 Algunos de los jefes de familia de los padres, cuando llegaron a la casa de Yahvé que está en Jerusalén, ofrecieron voluntariamente por la casa de Dios para levantarla en su lugar.
And some of the chief fathers, when they came to the house of Jehovah which is at Jerusalem, offered freely for the house of God to set it up in its place.
69 Dieron, según su capacidad, para el tesoro de la obra, sesenta y un mil dáricos de oro, cinco mil minas de plata, y cien vestidos sacerdotales.
They gave after their ability to the treasure of the work sixty-one thousand darics of gold, and five thousand pounds of silver, and one hundred priests' coats.
70 Así que los sacerdotes y los levitas, con parte del pueblo, los cantores, los porteros y los servidores del templo, vivían en sus ciudades, y todo Israel en sus ciudades.
And the priests, and the Levites, and [some] of the people, and the singers, and the doorkeepers, and the Nethinim dwelt in their cities, and all Israel in their cities.
