Filiboy 2
1 Haddaba haddii ay Masiixa ku jiraan dhiirrigelin iyo qalbiqabowjis jacayl ah iyo haddii ay ku jirto walaalnimo xagga Ruuxa iyo haddii ay ku jiraan jixinjix iyo naxariis,
If, then, any encouragement comes through union with Christ, if there is any persuasive power in love, if there is any communion with the Spirit, if there is any tenderness or pity,
2 farxaddayda buuxiya, inaad isku maan ahaataan oo aad isku jacayl lahaataan, idinkoo isku niyo ah oo isku maan ah.
I entreat you to make my happiness complete – live together animated by the same spirit and in mutual love, one in heart, animated by one Spirit.
3 Idinku waxba ha ku samaynina iskala-qaybqaybin iyo faan bilaash ah, laakiinse wax walba ku sameeya is-hoosaysiin, idinkoo midkiinba midka kale ku tirinayo inuu ka kale isaga ka wanaagsan yahay.
Nothing should be done out of selfish ambition or vain conceit. Rather, in humility lift others up above yourselves,
4 Midkiin waluba yuusan fiiro u lahaan waxyaalihiisa, laakiinse midkiin waluba fiiro ha u lahaado waxyaalaha kuwa kale.
considering not only your own interests but also the interests of others.
5 Fikirkaas oo Ciise Masiix ku jiray, idinkana ha idinku jiro.
Let the spirit of Christ Jesus be yours also.
6 Isagu wuxuu lahaa suuradda Ilaah, oo inuu Ilaah la mid ahaado kuma uu tirin in taasu tahay boobis,
Though the divine nature was his from the beginning, yet he did not look on equality with God as above all things to be clung to,
7 laakiinse wuu ismadhiyey, oo wuxuu qaatay addoon suuraddiis, oo wuxuu noqday mid dad u eg,
but impoverished himself by taking the nature of a servant and becoming like one of us;

he appeared among us as a man, and still further humbled himself by submitting even to death – to death on a cross!
9 Haddaba sidaas daraaddeed Ilaah isaga aad buu u sarraysiiyey, oo wuxuu isaga siiyey magaca magac kasta ka sarreeya;
And that is why God raised him to the very highest place, and gave him the name which stands above all other names,
10 in jilib kastoo ah waxyaalaha samada ku jira iyo waxyaalaha dhulka jooga iyo waxyaalaha dhulka ka hooseeyaaba, ay magaca Ciise u wada sujuudaan,
so that in adoration of the name of Jesus every knee should bend, in heaven, on earth, and under the earth,
11 iyo in carrab kastaaba qirto in Ciise Masiix yahay Rabbiga in Ilaaha Aabbaha ah lagu ammaano.
and that every tongue should acknowledge JESUS CHRIST as LORD – to the glory of God the Father.
12 Haddaba, gacaliyayaalow, xataa sidii aad weligiin u addeeci jirteen, iyadoo aan ahayn intii aan idinla joogay oo keliya, laakiinse haatan intaan idinka maqnahay si sidii hore aad uga sii badan badbaadadiinna ku shaqaysta cabsi iyo gariir,
Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always been obedient in the past, so now work out your own salvation with anxious care, not only when I am with you, but all the more now that I am absent.
13 waayo, waa Ilaah kan idinkaga dhex shaqeeya xagga doonista iyo xagga shuqulkaba farxaddiisa wanaagsan aawadeed.
Remember it is God who, in his kindness, is at work within you, enabling you both to will and to work.
14 Haddaba wax walba ku sameeya gunuunac iyo muran la'aantood,
In all that you do, avoid murmuring and dissension,
15 inaad ceeb iyo eed la'aataan, idinkoo ah carruurtii Ilaah oo aan iin lahayn, oo ku dhex jira qarni qalloocan oo qallafsan, kuwaas oo aad uga dhex muuqataan sida nuurar dunida ku dhex jira,
so as to prove yourselves blameless and innocent – faultless children of God, in the midst of an evil-disposed and perverse generation, in which you are seen shining like stars in a dark world,
16 idinkoo hore u soo fidinaya ereyga nolosha, si aan anigu u helo wax aan ku faano maalinta Masiixa, taas oo ah inaanan micnela'aan u ordin oo aanan micnela'aan u hawshoon.
offering to them the message of life; and then I will be able at the day of Christ to boast that I did not run my course for nothing, or toil for nothing.
17 Oo weliba haddii laygu dul sadqeeyo allabariga iyo hawsha rumaysadkiinna, waan farxayaa, oo kulligiin waan idinla farxayaa,
And yet, even if, when your faith is offered as a sacrifice to God, my lifeblood must be poured out in addition, still I will rejoice and share the joy of you all;
18 oo weliba sidaas oo kale idinkuna waad farxaysaan oo waad ila rayraysaan.
and you must also rejoice and share my joy.
19 Laakiinse waxaan Rabbi Ciise ka rajaynayaa inaan dhowaan idiin soo diro Timoteyos si aan aniguna ugu farxo markii aan xaaladdiinna ogaado.
I hope, however, as one who trusts in the Lord Jesus, to send Timothy to you before long, so that I may myself be cheered by receiving news of you.
20 Waayo, ma aan hayo nin isaga la mid ah oo xaaladdiinna si dhab ah uga welwelaya.
For I have no one but him to send – no one of kindred spirit who would take the same genuine interest in your welfare.
21 Waayo, iyagu waxay kulligood doonayaan waxyaalahooda, mana aha waxyaalaha Ciise Masiix.
They are all pursuing their own aims and not those of Christ Jesus.
22 Laakiinse idinku waad taqaaniin xaqiiqadiisa in sida ilmo aabbihiis ugu adeego uu isagu iigula adeegay xagga injiilka.
But you know what Timothy has proved himself to be, and how, like a child working for his father, he worked hard with me in spreading the good news.
23 Sidaas daraaddeed waxaan rajaynayaa inaan haddiiba isaga idiin soo diro markii aan arko sida ay xaaladdaydu u socoto.
It is Timothy, then, whom I hope to send, just as soon as I find out what is going to happen to me here.
24 Laakiinse Rabbigaan ku kalsoonahay inaan aniga qudhayduna dhowaan idiin iman doono.
And I am confident, as one who trusts in the Lord Jesus, that before long I myself will follow.
25 Laakiinse waxaan lagamamaarmaan ku tiriyey inaan idiin soo diro Ebafroditos oo ah walaalkay iyo mid ila shaqeeya oo aan isku askar nahay, oo ah kii aad soo dirteen iyo midiidinkiinna xagga baahidayda,
Still I think it necessary to send Epaphroditus to you now, for he is my dear friend, fellow worker, and fellow soldier, and he was also your messenger to help me in my need.
26 maxaa yeelay, isagu wuu idiin xiisooday kulligiin, oo aad buu u tiiraanyooday, waayo, idinku waad maqasheen inuu bukay,
For he has been longing to see you all, and has been distressed because you heard of his illness.
27 oo xaqiiqa isagu wuu bukay oo dhimashuu ku dhowaaday, laakiinse Ilaah baa u naxariistay isaga, mana aha isaga oo keliya, laakiinse anigana wuu ii naxariistay, inaanan lahaan caloolxumo caloolxumo dul saaran.
And I can assure you that his illness very nearly proved fatal. But God had pity on him, and not on him only but also on me, so that I might not have sorrow on sorrow.
28 Sidaas daraaddeed anigoo aad u dadaalaya ayaan isagii soo diray, inaad faraxdaan markii aad mar kale aragtaan, oo ay anigana caloolxumadu iga yaraato.
I am all the more ready, therefore, to send him, so that the sight of him may revive your spirits and my own sorrow be lightened.
29 Sidaas daraaddeed idinkoo aad u faraxsan isaga Rabbiga ku qaabbila, oo kuwa isaga la mid ahna maamuusa,
Give him, then, the heartiest of Christian welcomes, and hold such people in great honour.
30 maxaa yeelay, shuqulka Masiixa aawadiis ayuu dhimasho ugu dhowaaday, markuu nafsaddiisa khatar u geliyey inuu dhammaystiro wixii ka dhinnaa hawshii aad ii qabateen.
For it was owing to his devotion to the Master’s work that he was at the point of death, having risked his own life in the effort to supply what was wanting in the help that you sent me.
