Књига пророка Захарије 8
1 Опет дође реч Господа над војскама говорећи:
And the word of the Lord of oostis was maad to me,
2 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Ревнујем за Сион великом ревношћу, и великим гневом ревнујем за њ.
and seide, The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Y hatide Sion with greet feruour, and with greet indignacioun Y hatide it.
3 Овако вели Господ: Вратих се у Сион и населих се усред Јерусалима, и Јерусалим ће се звати град истинити, и гора Господа над војскама света гора.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Y am turned ayen to Sion, and Y schal dwelle in the myddil of Jerusalem; and Jerusalem schal be clepid a citee of treuthe, and hil of the Lord schal be clepid an hil halewid.
4 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Опет ће седети старци и старице по улицама јерусалимским, свако са штаком у руци од велике старости.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Yit elde men and elde wymmen schulen dwelle in the stretis of Jerusalem, and the staf of man in his hond, for the multitude of yeeris.
5 И улице ће градске бити пуне детића и девојака, које ће се играти по улицама.
And the stretis of the cite schulen be fillid with `yonge children and maidens, pleiynge in the stretis `of it.
6 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Ако је чудно у очима остатку тог народа у ово време, еда ли ће бити чудно и у мојим очима? Говори Господ над војскама.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Though it schal be seyn hard bifor the iyen of relifs of this puple in tho daies, whether bifor myn iyen it schal be hard, seith the Lord of oostis?
7 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Ево, ја ћу избавити свој народ из земље источне и земље западне.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Lo! Y schal saue my puple fro the lond of the eest, and fro lond of goynge doun of the sunne;
8 И довешћу их, и они ће наставати усред Јерусалима, и биће ми народ и ја ћу им бити Бог, истином и правдом.
and Y schal brynge hem, and thei schulen dwelle in the myddil of Jerusalem; and thei schulen be to me in to a puple, and Y schal be to hem in to God, and in treuthe, and in riytwisnesse.
9 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Нека вам се укрепе руке који слушате у ово време ове речи из уста пророчких од дана кад се основа дом Господа над војскама да се сазида црква.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Be youre hondis coumfortid, whiche heren in these daies these wordis bi the mouth of profetis, in the dai in which the hous of the Lord of oostis is foundid, that the temple schulde be bildid.
10 Јер пре тих дана не беше плате ни за човека ни за живинче, нити беше мира од непријатеља ни ономе који одлажаше ни ономе који долажаше и пустих све људе једног на другог.
Sotheli bifore tho daies hire of men was not, nether hire of werk beestis was, nether to man entrynge and goynge out was pees for tribulacioun; and Y lefte alle men, ech ayens his neiybore.
11 А сада нећу бити као пре остатку тог народа, говори Господ над војскама.
But now not after the formere daies Y schal do to relifs of this puple, seith the Lord of oostis,
12 Него ће усев бити миран, винова ће лоза носити плод свој, и земља ће рађати род свој, и небо ће давати росу своју; и све ћу то дати у наследство остатку тог народа.
but seed of pees schal be; vyneyerd schal yyue his fruyt, and erthe schal yyue his buriownyng, and heuenes schulen yyue her dew; and Y schal make the relifs of this puple for to welde alle these thingis.
13 И као што бејасте уклин међу народима, доме Јудин и доме Израиљев, тако ћу вас избавити те ћете бити благослов, не бојте се, нека вам се окрепе руке.
And it schal be, as the hous of Juda and hous of Israel weren cursyng in hethene men, so Y schal saue you, and ye schulen be blessyng. Nyle ye drede, be youre hondis coumfortid;
14 Јер овако вели Господ над војскама: Као што вам намислих зло учинити, кад ме разгневише оци ваши, Вели Господ над војскама, и не раскајах се,
for the Lord of oostis seith these thingis, As Y thouyte for to turmente you, whanne youre fadris hadden terrid me to wraththe,
15 Тако опет у ове дане намислих да добро чиним Јерусалиму и дому Јудином; не бојте се.
seith the Lord, and Y hadde not merci, so Y conuertid thouyte in these daies for to do wel to the hous of Juda and Jerusalem; nyle ye drede.
16 Ово је шта треба да чините: говорите истину један другом, судите право и мирно на вратима својим;
Therfor these ben the wordis whiche ye schulen do; speke ye treuthe, ech man with his neiybore; deme ye treuthe and dom of pees in youre yatis;
17 И не мислите један другом зло у срцу свом, и не љубите криве заклетве, јер на све то мрзим, говори Господ.
and thenke ye not in youre hertis, ony man yuel ayens his frend, and loue ye not a fals ooth; for alle thes thingis it ben, whiche Y hate, seith the Lord.
18 Потом, дође ми реч Господа над војскама говорећи;
And the word of the Lord of oostis was maad to me,
19 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Пост четвртог месеца, и пост петог и пост седмог и пост десетог обратиће се дому Јудином у радост и весеље и у празнике веселе; али љубите истину и мир.
and seide, The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Fastyng of the fourthe monethe, `and fastyng of the fyuethe, and fastyng of the seuenthe, and fasting of the tenthe, schal be to the hous of Juda in to ioie and gladnes, and in to solempnitees ful cleer; loue ye oneli treuthe and pees.
20 Овако вели Господ над војскама: Још ће долазити народи и становници многих градова;
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, Puplis schulen come on ech side, and dwelle in many citees;
21 Долазиће становници једног у други говорећи. Хајдемо да се молимо Господу и да тражимо Господа над војскама; идем и ја.
and the dwelleris schulen go, oon to an other, and seie, Go we, and biseche the face of the Lord, and seke we the Lord of oostis; also I shal go.
22 Тако ће доћи многи народи и силни народи да траже Господа над војскама у Јерусалиму и да се моле Господу.
And many puplis schulen come, and strong folkis, for to seke the Lord of oostis in Jerusalem, and for to biseche the face of the Lord.
23 Овако вели Господ над војскама: У то ће време десет људи од свих језика народних ухватити једног Јудејца за скут говорећи: Идемо с вама, јер чујемо да је Бог с вама.
The Lord of oostis seith these thingis, In tho daies, in whiche ten men of alle langagis of hethene men schulen catche, and thei schulen catche the hemme of a man Jew, and seye, We schulen go with you; for we han herd, that God is with you.
