ગાલાતિનઃ 5

1 ખ્રીષ્ટોઽસ્મભ્યં યત્ સ્વાતન્ત્ર્યં દત્તવાન્ યૂયં તત્ર સ્થિરાસ્તિષ્ઠત દાસત્વયુગેન પુન ર્ન નિબધ્યધ્વં|

Stand firm therefore in the liberty by which Messiah has made us free, and don’t be entangled again with a yoke of bondage.

2 પશ્યતાહં પૌલો યુષ્માન્ વદામિ યદિ છિન્નત્વચો ભવથ તર્હિ ખ્રીષ્ટેન કિમપિ નોપકારિષ્યધ્વે|

Behold, I, Paul, tell you that if you receive circumcision, Messiah will profit you nothing.

3 અપરં યઃ કશ્ચિત્ છિન્નત્વગ્ ભવતિ સ કૃત્સ્નવ્યવસ્થાયાઃ પાલનમ્ ઈશ્વરાય ધારયતીતિ પ્રમાણં દદામિ|

Yes, I testify again to every man who receives circumcision that he is a debtor to do the whole law.

4 યુષ્માકં યાવન્તો લોકા વ્યવસ્થયા સપુણ્યીભવિતું ચેષ્ટન્તે તે સર્વ્વે ખ્રીષ્ટાદ્ ભ્રષ્ટા અનુગ્રહાત્ પતિતાશ્ચ|

You are alienated from Messiah, you who desire to be justified by the law. You have fallen away from grace.

5 યતો વયમ્ આત્મના વિશ્વાસાત્ પુણ્યલાભાશાસિદ્ધં પ્રતીક્ષામહે|

For we through the Spirit, by faith wait for the hope of righteousness.

6 ખ્રીષ્ટે યીશૌ ત્વક્છેદાત્વક્છેદયોઃ કિમપિ ગુણં નાસ્તિ કિન્તુ પ્રેમ્ના સફલો વિશ્વાસ એવ ગુણયુક્તઃ|

For in Messiah Yeshua neither circumcision nor uncircumcision amounts to anything, but faith working through love.

7 પૂર્વ્વં યૂયં સુન્દરમ્ અધાવત કિન્ત્વિદાનીં કેન બાધાં પ્રાપ્ય સત્યતાં ન ગૃહ્લીથ?

You were running well! Who interfered with you that you should not obey the truth?

8 યુષ્માકં સા મતિ ર્યુષ્મદાહ્વાનકારિણ ઈશ્વરાન્ન જાતા|

This persuasion is not from him who calls you.

9 વિકારઃ કૃત્સ્નશક્તૂનાં સ્વલ્પકિણ્વેન જસયતે|

A little yeast grows through the whole lump.

10 યુષ્માકં મતિ ર્વિકારં ન ગમિષ્યતીત્યહં યુષ્માનધિ પ્રભુનાશંસે; કિન્તુ યો યુષ્માન્ વિચારલયતિ સ યઃ કશ્ચિદ્ ભવેત્ સમુચિતં દણ્ડં પ્રાપ્સ્યતિ|

I have confidence toward you in the Lord that you will think no other way. But he who troubles you will bear his judgment, whoever he is.

11 પરન્તુ હે ભ્રાતરઃ, યદ્યહમ્ ઇદાનીમ્ અપિ ત્વક્છેદં પ્રચારયેયં તર્હિ કુત ઉપદ્રવં ભુઞ્જિય? તત્કૃતે ક્રુશં નિર્બ્બાધમ્ અભવિષ્યત્|

But I, brothers, if I still proclaim circumcision, why am I still persecuted? Then the stumbling block of the cross has been removed.

12 યે જના યુષ્માકં ચાઞ્ચલ્યં જનયન્તિ તેષાં છેદનમેવ મયાભિલષ્યતે|

I wish that those who disturb you would cut themselves off.

13 હે ભ્રાતરઃ, યૂયં સ્વાતન્ત્ર્યાર્થમ્ આહૂતા આધ્વે કિન્તુ તત્સ્વાતન્ત્ર્યદ્વારેણ શારીરિકભાવો યુષ્માન્ ન પ્રવિશતુ| યૂયં પ્રેમ્ના પરસ્પરં પરિચર્ય્યાં કુરુધ્વં|

For you, brothers, were called for freedom. Only don’t use your freedom as an opportunity for the flesh, but through love be servants to one another.

14 યસ્માત્ ત્વં સમીપવાસિનિ સ્વવત્ પ્રેમ કુર્ય્યા ઇત્યેકાજ્ઞા કૃત્સ્નાયા વ્યવસ્થાયાઃ સારસંગ્રહઃ|

For the whole law is fulfilled in one word, in this: “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

15 કિન્તુ યૂયં યદિ પરસ્પરં દંદશ્યધ્વે ઽશાશ્યધ્વે ચ તર્હિ યુષ્માકમ્ એકોઽન્યેન યન્ન ગ્રસ્યતે તત્ર યુષ્માભિઃ સાવધાનૈ ર્ભવિતવ્યં|

But if you bite and devour one another, be careful that you don’t consume one another.

16 અહં બ્રવીમિ યૂયમ્ આત્મિકાચારં કુરુત શારીરિકાભિલાષં મા પૂરયત|

But I say, walk by the Spirit, and you won’t fulfill the lust of the flesh.

17 યતઃ શારીરિકાભિલાષ આત્મનો વિપરીતઃ, આત્મિકાભિલાષશ્ચ શરીરસ્ય વિપરીતઃ, અનયોરુભયોઃ પરસ્પરં વિરોધો વિદ્યતે તેન યુષ્માભિ ર્યદ્ અભિલષ્યતે તન્ન કર્ત્તવ્યં|

For the flesh lusts against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh; and these are contrary to one another, that you may not do the things that you desire.

18 યૂયં યદ્યાત્મના વિનીયધ્વે તર્હિ વ્યવસ્થાયા અધીના ન ભવથ|

But if you are led by the Spirit, you are not under the law.

19 અપરં પરદારગમનં વેશ્યાગમનમ્ અશુચિતા કામુકતા પ્રતિમાપૂજનમ્

Now the deeds of the flesh are obvious, which are: adultery, sexual immorality, uncleanness, lustfulness,

20 ઇન્દ્રજાલં શત્રુત્વં વિવાદોઽન્તર્જ્વલનં ક્રોધઃ કલહોઽનૈક્યં

idolatry, sorcery, hatred, strife, jealousies, outbursts of anger, rivalries, divisions, heresies,

21 પાર્થક્યમ્ ઈર્ષ્યા વધો મત્તત્વં લમ્પટત્વમિત્યાદીનિ સ્પષ્ટત્વેન શારીરિકભાવસ્ય કર્મ્માણિ સન્તિ| પૂર્વ્વં યદ્વત્ મયા કથિતં તદ્વત્ પુનરપિ કથ્યતે યે જના એતાદૃશાનિ કર્મ્માણ્યાચરન્તિ તૈરીશ્વરસ્ય રાજ્યેઽધિકારઃ કદાચ ન લપ્સ્યતે|

envy, murders, drunkenness, orgies, and things like these; of which I forewarn you, even as I also forewarned you, that those who practice such things will not inherit God’s Kingdom.

22 કિઞ્ચ પ્રેમાનન્દઃ શાન્તિશ્ચિરસહિષ્ણુતા હિતૈષિતા ભદ્રત્વં વિશ્વાસ્યતા તિતિક્ષા

But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faith,

23 પરિમિતભોજિત્વમિત્યાદીન્યાત્મનઃ ફલાનિ સન્તિ તેષાં વિરુદ્ધા કાપિ વ્યવસ્થા નહિ|

gentleness, and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

24 યે તુ ખ્રીષ્ટસ્ય લોકાસ્તે રિપુભિરભિલાષૈશ્ચ સહિતં શારીરિકભાવં ક્રુશે નિહતવન્તઃ|

Those who belong to Messiah have crucified the flesh with its passions and lusts.

25 યદિ વયમ્ આત્મના જીવામસ્તર્હ્યાત્મિકાચારોઽસ્માભિઃ કર્ત્તવ્યઃ,

If we live by the Spirit, let’s also walk by the Spirit.

26 દર્પઃ પરસ્પરં નિર્ભર્ત્સનં દ્વેષશ્ચાસ્માભિ ર્ન કર્ત્તવ્યાનિ|

Let’s not become conceited, provoking one another, and envying one another.
