< Luka 17 >

Then He said to the disciples: “Things that cause people to fall are bound to come, but woe to him through whom they do come!
2 Pošukar ka avol lese te phanden baro bar tari vodenica ke lesi kor thaj te čhuden le ano more, nego te inđarol ano greh jekhe tare kala cikne.
It would be better for him if a millstone were hung around his neck and he were thrown into the sea, than that he should cause one of these little ones to fall.
3 Aračhen tumen! Te grešisada ćiro pačavno phral il phen, vaćar lenđe kaj gova naj šukar. A te pokajisajlo, oprosti lese!
Watch out for yourselves: if your brother sins against you, rebuke him; and if he repents, forgive him.
4 Thaj te efta droma ko đive grešisada premal tute thaj efta droma avilo tute vaćarindoj: ‘Kajiv man,’ oprosti lese.”
Even if he sins against you seven times in a day, and seven times in that day returns, saying, ‘I repent,’ you must forgive him.”
5 E apostolura vaćarde e Gospodese: “De amen po but pačajipe.”
The apostles said to the Lord, “Increase our faith.”
6 O Gospod vaćarda: “Kana bi avola tumen pačajipe gaći cikno sar e gorušicako seme thaj bi vaćarena kale dudinkaće: ‘Ikal tut taro koreno thaj sadi tut ano more!’, bi šunola tumen.
So the Lord said: “If you had faith like a mustard seed has, you could say to this mulberry tree, ‘Be uprooted, and be planted in the sea,’ and it would obey you.
7 Savo tumendar ka phenol pe kandinese, savo hunol i phuv il aračhol e bakren, kana iril pe andaro polje: ‘Av akari, beš te xa mangro’? Nijekh tumendar.
“And which of you, having a slave plowing or tending sheep, will say to him when he comes in from the field, ‘Come at once and recline to eat’?
8 Mesto gova ka vaćaren: ‘Ćer manđe te xav! Čhuv tuće i kecelja thaj kande man dok xav thaj pijav! A pale gova šaj i tu te xa thaj te pije.’
Will he not rather say to him, ‘Prepare something for me to eat, and gird yourself and serve me until I eat and drink, and afterward you will eat and drink’?
9 E kandinese ni zahvalil pe o gospodari, golese so si gova lesi bući.
Does he thank that slave because he did the things commanded? I guess not!
10 Gija i tumen, kana ćeren gova so tumenđe phenda o Dol, vaćaren: ‘Naj sam vredna hvalaće. Samo sam kandine save ćera amari bući.’”
So likewise you, whenever you have done everything you were told to do, say, ‘We are unworthy slaves, because we have only done what we were supposed to.’”
11 Kana o Isus đelo ano Jerusalim, nakhlo maškari granica ki phuv i Samarija thaj i phuv i Galileja.
Now as He was traveling toward Jerusalem, He went along between Samaria and Galilee.
12 Thaj kana dija ane jekh foro, arakhlje le deš gubavcura, save ačhena dur.
And as He entered a certain village, ten men met Him—being lepers they stood at a distance.
13 Von zurale dije vika vaćarindoj: “Isuse, Gospode! Smilui tut pe amende!”
They called out, saying, “Jesus, Master, have mercy on us!”
14 Kana len dikhlja, vaćarda: “Džan thaj sikaven tumen e sveštenikurenđe.” I gija phirindoj sastile.
And paying attention He said to them, “Go and show yourselves to the priests.” It happened that as they went they were cleansed!
15 Jekh lendar dikhlja kaj sastilo, irisajlo thaj hvalisada e Devle andare sa o glaso.
Well one of them, when he saw that he was healed, returned, glorifying God with a loud voice;
16 Pelo angle Isusese pingre thaj zahvalisajlo. Gova sasa Samarijanco.
then he fell on his face at His feet, thanking Him—and he was a Samaritan!
17 Tegani o Isus pučlja le: “Na li sastiljen deš džene? Kaj si kola enja?
So Jesus reacted by saying: “Were not all ten cleansed? So where are the nine?
18 Sar maškar lende ni arakhlja pe nijekh te iril pe te zahvalil e Devlese, nego samo kava manuš andari aver phuv?”
None were found to return and give glory to God except this foreigner!”
19 Tegani vaćarda lese: “Ušti thaj dža! Ćiro pačajipe spasisada tut.”
Then He said to him, “Get up and go; your faith has made you well.”
20 Jekh đive pučlje e fariseja e Isuse: “Kana ka avol o Carstvo e Devleso?” O Isus phenda lenđe: “O Carstvo e Devleso ni ka avol te dičhol pe jakhencar.
Now when He was asked by the Pharisees when the Kingdom of God would come, He answered them and said: “The Kingdom of God does not come with observation;
nor will they say, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘Look, there!’ because indeed the Kingdom of God is within you.”
Then He said to the disciples: “Days are coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of the Man, and you will not see it.
And they will say to you, ‘Look, here!’ or ‘Look, there!’ Do not go along or follow.
24 Golese so me, o Čhavo e manušeso, kana ka avav sar i munja so strefil andaro nebo thaj ka svetliv sa so si talo nebo.
Because just like the lightning that lights the whole sky when it flashes, so also will the Son of the Man be in His day.
25 Al angleder trubul but te avav mučimo thaj kala kuštika mora čhuden man pestar.
But first He must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.
26 Thaj sar sasa ano vreme e Nojaso, gija i ka avol ane đivesa kana me, o Čhavo e manušeso, ka avav.
Also, just as it was in the days of Noah, so will it also be in the days of the Son of the Man.
27 Xalje, pilje, lije pe, dije pe dži kova đive dži kana o Noja đelo ano brodo. Tegani avilo o baro paj thaj tasile sa kola save ni sesa ano brodo.
They were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage, until the day that Noah entered the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all.
28 Gija sasa i ano vreme kana živisada o Lot. E manuša ano foro i Sodoma xalje, pilje, ćinde, bićinde, sadisade thaj vazdije čhera.
Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they were eating, drinking, buying, selling, planting, building—
29 Al ano đive kana iklilo o Lot andari Sodoma, čalada i jag thaj taro nebo pele žuta bara save phabon thaj mudarde sa kolen so ačhile ano foro.
but on the day Lot went out from Sodom, fire and brimstone rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.
30 Gija ka avol i ane gova đive, kana ka avav me, o Čhavo e manušeso.
Even so will it be in the day when the Son of the Man is revealed.
“In that day, he who is on the housetop, and his goods in the house, let him not go down to get them; and likewise he who is in the field, let him not turn back.
32 Den tumen gođi so sasa e Lotese romnjasa!
Remember Lot's wife!
Whoever seeks to save his life will lose it, and whoever ‘wastes’ it will preserve it.
34 Vaćarav tumenđe, ane goja rat kana ka avav, duj manuša ka pašljon ko than e pašljimaso: jekh ka lol pe, a dujto ka avol ačhado.
I tell you: on that night there will be two men in one bed; one will be taken and the other left.
35 Thaj duj džuvlja ka meljin ano mlin: jekh ka lol pe, a i dujto ka avol ačhadi.
Two women will be grinding together; one will be taken and the other left.”
36 [Duj murša ka aven ki njiva: jekh ka lol pe, a dujto ka avol ačhado.]”
37 Tegani e sikade pučlje e Isuse: “Kaj, Gospode?” Vov phenda lenđe: “Kaj si o mulo telo, odori ćiden pe i e lešinara.”
They reacted by saying to Him, “Where, Lord?” He said to them, “Where there is a carcass, there will the vultures also be gathered.”
