Ezequiel 28
1 A palavra de Yahweh veio novamente para mim, dizendo:
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
2 “Filho do homem, diga ao príncipe de Tiro, 'O Senhor Yahweh diz: “Porque seu coração está erguido, e você disse: “Eu sou um deus”, Eu me sento na sede de Deus, no meio dos mares;' no entanto, você é homem, e nenhum deus, embora você coloque seu coração como o coração de um deus...
Son of man, say unto the prince of Tyre, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thy heart is lifted up, and thou hast said, I am a god, I sit [in] the seat of God, in the heart of the seas, (and thou art a man, and not God, ) and thou settest thy heart as the heart of God:
3 eis que você é mais sábio que Daniel. Não há nenhum segredo que esteja escondido de você.
behold, thou art wiser than Daniel! nothing secret is obscure for thee;
4 Por sua sabedoria e por sua compreensão, você se enriqueceu, e conseguiram ouro e prata em seus tesouros.
by thy wisdom and by thine understanding thou hast gotten thee riches, and hast gotten gold and silver into thy treasures;
5 Por sua grande sabedoria e por sua negociação você aumentou suas riquezas, e seu coração é levantado por causa de suas riquezas...”
by thy great wisdom thou hast by thy traffic increased thy riches, and thy heart is lifted up because of thy riches.
6 “'portanto o Senhor Yahweh diz: “Porque você colocou seu coração como o coração de Deus”,
Therefore thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Because thou hast set thy heart as the heart of God,
7 portanto, eis que trarei estranhos sobre vocês, o terrível das nações. Eles desembainharão suas espadas contra a beleza de sua sabedoria. Eles sujarão sua luminosidade.
therefore behold, I will bring strangers upon thee, the terrible of the nations; and they shall draw their swords against the beauty of thy wisdom, and they shall tarnish thy brightness.
8 Eles o levarão para o poço. Você morrerá a morte daqueles que são mortos no coração dos mares.
They shall bring thee down to the pit, and thou shalt die the deaths of those that are slain in the heart of the seas.
9 Você ainda vai dizer diante daquele que te mata: 'Eu sou Deus'? Mas você é homem, e não Deus, na mão daquele que o feriu.
Wilt thou then say before him that slayeth thee, I am God? but thou shalt be a man, and not God, in the hand of him that pierceth thee.
10 Você morrerá a morte dos incircuncisos pela mão de estranhos; pois eu o disse”, diz o Senhor Javé”.
Thou shalt die the deaths of the uncircumcised, by the hand of strangers: for I have spoken [it], saith the Lord Jehovah.
11 Além disso, a palavra de Javé veio a mim, dizendo:
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
12 “Filho do homem, pegue uma lamentação sobre o rei de Tiro, e diga a ele: 'O Senhor Javé diz: “Você foi o selo da medida completa, cheio de sabedoria, e perfeito em beleza.
Son of man, take up a lamentation upon the king of Tyre, and say unto him, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Thou, who sealest up the measure of perfection, full of wisdom and perfect in beauty,
13 Você estava no Éden, o jardim de Deus. Cada pedra preciosa o enfeitou: rubi, topázio, esmeralda, crisólito, ônix, jaspe, safira, turquesa e berilo. Trabalho em ouro dos tamborins e de tubos estava em você. Eles foram preparados no dia em que você foi criado.
thou wast in Eden, the garden of God. Every precious stone was thy covering: the sardius, the topaz, and the diamond, the chrysolite, the onyx, and the jasper, the sapphire, the carbuncle, and the emerald, and gold. The workmanship of thy tambours and of thy pipes was in thee: in the day that thou wast created were they prepared.
14 Você foi o querubim ungido que cobre. Então eu vos montei na montanha sagrada de Deus. Você andou para cima e para baixo no meio das pedras de fogo.
Thou wast the anointed covering cherub, and I had set thee [so]: thou wast upon the holy mountain of God; thou didst walk up and down in the midst of stones of fire.
15 Você foi perfeito em seus caminhos desde o dia em que foi criado, até que a iniqüidade seja encontrada em você.
Thou wast perfect in thy ways, from the day that thou wast created, till unrighteousness was found in thee.
16 Pela abundância de seu comércio, suas entranhas estavam cheias de violência, e você pecou. Portanto, eu os expulsei como profanos da montanha de Deus. Eu o destruí, cobrindo o querubim, a partir do meio das pedras de fogo.
By the abundance of thy traffic they filled the midst of thee with violence, and thou hast sinned; therefore have I cast thee as profane from the mountain of God, and have destroyed thee, O covering cherub, from the midst of the stones of fire.
17 Seu coração foi levantado por causa de sua beleza. Você corrompeu sua sabedoria por causa de seu esplendor. Eu os joguei no chão. Eu os coloquei diante dos reis, que eles possam vê-lo.
Thy heart was lifted up because of thy beauty; thou hast corrupted thy wisdom by reason of thy brightness: I have cast thee to the ground, I have laid thee before kings, that they may behold thee.
18 Pela multiplicidade de suas iniqüidades, na iniqüidade de seu comércio, você profanou seus santuários. Portanto, eu trouxe um incêndio do meio de vocês. Ele o devorou. Eu os transformei em cinzas sobre a terra na vista de todos aqueles que o vêem.
By the multitude of thine iniquities, by the unrighteousness of thy traffic, thou hast profaned thy sanctuaries: and I have brought forth a fire out of the midst of thee — it hath consumed thee; and I have brought thee to ashes upon the earth, in the sight of all them that behold thee.
19 Todos aqueles que o conhecem entre os povos ficarão espantados com você. Você se tornou um terror, e você não existirá mais”'”.
All they that know thee among the peoples shall be amazed at thee: thou art become a terror, and thou shalt never be any more.
20 A palavra de Javé veio até mim, dizendo:
And the word of Jehovah came unto me, saying,
21 “Filho do homem, ponha seu rosto em direção a Sidon, e profetize contra ela,
Son of man, set thy face towards Zidon, and prophesy against it,
22 e diga: 'O Senhor Javé diz: 'O Senhor Javé diz “Eis que eu estou contra você, Sidon. Eu serei glorificado entre vocês. Então eles saberão que eu sou Yahweh, quando eu tiver executado julgamentos nela, e sou santificado nela.
and say, Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: Behold, I am against thee, Zidon, and I will be glorified in the midst of thee; and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah, when I shall have executed judgments in her, and shall be hallowed in her.
23 Pois eu enviarei a peste para ela, e sangue em suas ruas. Os feridos cairão dentro dela, com a espada sobre ela de todos os lados. Então eles saberão que eu sou Yahweh.
And I will send into her the pestilence, and blood in her streets; and the wounded shall fall in the midst of her, by the sword upon her on every side: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah.
24 “““Não haverá mais um espinho de picar para a casa de Israel, nem um espinho ferido de quem os desprezava. Então eles saberão que eu sou o Senhor Javé”.
And there shall be no more a wounding sting for the house of Israel, nor any grieving thorn, among all that were round about them, that despised them: and they shall know that I [am] the Lord Jehovah.
25 “'O Senhor Javé diz: “Quando eu tiver reunido a casa de Israel dos povos entre os quais estão espalhados, e me mostrar como santo entre eles aos olhos das nações, então eles morarão em sua própria terra que eu dei ao meu servo Jacó.
Thus saith the Lord Jehovah: When I shall have gathered the house of Israel from the peoples among whom they are scattered, and shall be hallowed in them in the sight of the nations, then shall they dwell in their land which I have given to my servant Jacob.
26 Eles habitarão nela com segurança. Sim, construirão casas, plantarão vinhedos e habitarão em segurança quando eu tiver executado julgamentos sobre todos aqueles que os trataram com desprezo. Então eles saberão que eu sou Yahweh, seu Deus””.
They shall dwell in it in safety, and shall build houses and plant vineyards; and they shall dwell in safety, when I have executed judgments upon all those that despised them round about them: and they shall know that I [am] Jehovah their God.
