2 Crônicas 30

1 Enviou também Ezequias por todo Israel e Judá, e escreveu cartas a Efraim e Manassés, que viessem a Jerusalém à casa do SENHOR, para celebrar a páscoa ao SENHOR Deus de Israel.

And Ezechie sente to al Israel and to Juda, and he wroot pistlis to Effraym and to Manasses, that thei schulden come in to the hous of the Lord in Jerusalem, and make paske to the Lord God of Israel.

2 E havia o rei tomado conselho com seus príncipes, e com toda a congregação em Jerusalém, para celebrar a páscoa no mês segundo:

Therfor whanne counseil was takun of the kyng, and of princes, and of al the cumpeny of Jerusalem, thei demyden to make paske in the secounde moneth.

3 Porque então não a podiam celebrar, porquanto não havia suficientes sacerdotes santificados, nem o povo estava junto em Jerusalém.

For thei demyden not to do in his tyme; for the preestis that myyten suffice weren not halewid, and the puple was not yit gaderid in to Jerusalem.

4 Isto agradou ao rei e a toda a multidão.

And the word pleside the king, and al the multitude.

5 E determinaram fazer apregoar por todo Israel, desde Berseba até Dã, para que viessem a celebrar a páscoa ao SENHOR Deus de Israel, em Jerusalém: porque em muito tempo não a haviam celebrado ao modo que está escrito.

And thei demyden to sende messangeris in to al Israel, fro Bersabee `til to Dan, that thei schulden come, and make pask to the Lord God of Israel in Jerusalem; for many men hadden not do, as it is bifor writun in the lawe.

6 Foram, pois, mensageiros com cartas da mão do rei e de seus príncipes por todo Israel e Judá, como o rei o havia mandado, e diziam: Filhos de Israel, voltai-vos ao SENHOR o Deus de Abraão, de Isaque, e de Israel, e ele se voltará aos restantes que vos escaparam das mãos dos reis da Assíria.

And corouris yeden forth with pistlis, bi comaundement of the kyng and of hise princis, in to al Israel and Juda, and prechiden bi that, that the kyng hadde comaundid, Sones of Israel, turne ye ayen to the Lord God of Abraham, and of Isaac, and of Israel; and he schal turne ayen to the residue men, that ascapiden the hondis of the kyng of Assiriens.

7 Não sejais como vossos pais e como vossos irmãos, que se rebelaram contra o SENHOR o Deus de seus pais, e ele os entregou a desolação, como vós vedes.

Nyle ye be maad as youre fadris and britheren, that yeden awei fro the Lord God of her fadris; and he yaue hem in to perischyng, as ye seen.

8 Não endureçais, pois, agora vossa cerviz como vossos pais: dai a mão ao SENHOR, e vinde a seu santuário, o qual ele santificou para sempre; e servi ao SENHOR vosso Deus, e a ira de seu furor se apartará de vós.

Nyle ye make hard youre nollis, as youre fadris diden; yyue ye hondis to the Lord, and come ye to his seyntuarie, which he halewide withouten ende; serue ye the Lord God of youre fadris, and the ire of his strong veniaunce schal `be turned awey fro you.

9 Porque se vos virardes ao SENHOR, vossos irmãos e vossos filhos acharão misericórdia diante dos que os têm cativos, e voltarão a esta terra: porque o SENHOR vosso Deus é clemente e misericordioso, e não desviará de vós seu rosto, se vós vos converterdes a ele.

For if ye turnen ayen to the Lord, youre britheren and youre sones schulen haue mercy, bifor her lordis that ledden hem prisoneris; and thei schulen turne ayen in to this lond. For `oure Lord God is pitouse, `ethir benygne, and merciful; and he schal not turne awey his face fro you, if ye turne ayen to hym.

10 Passaram, pois, os mensageiros de cidade em cidade pela terra de Efraim e Manassés, até Zebulom: mas se riam e ridicularizavam deles.

Therfor the corours yeden swiftli fro cytee in to citee thorou the lond of Effraym and of Manasses `til to Zabulon, while thei scorniden and bimowiden hem.

11 Com tudo isso, alguns homens de Aser, de Manassés, e de Zebulom, se humilharam, e vieram a Jerusalém.

Netheles sum men of Aser, and of Manasses, and of Zabulon, assentiden to the counsel, and camen in to Jerusalem.

12 Em Judá também foi a mão de Deus para dar-lhes um coração para cumprir a mensagem do rei e dos príncipes, conforme à palavra do SENHOR.

Forsothe the hond of the Lord was maad in Juda, that he yaf to hem oon herte, and that thei diden the word of the Lord, bi the comaundement of the kyng and of the princes.

13 E juntou-se em Jerusalém muito gente para celebrar a solenidade dos pães ázimos no mês segundo; uma vasta reunião.

And many puplis weren gaderid in to Jerusalem, for to make the solempnyte of therf looues in the secounde monethe.

14 E levantando-se, tiraram os altares que havia em Jerusalém; tiraram também todos os altares de incenso, e lançaram-nos no ribeiro de Cedrom.

And thei risiden, and destrieden the auteris, that weren in Jerusalem; and `thei destriynge alle thingis in whiche encense was brent to idols, castiden forth in to the stronde of Cedron.

15 Então sacrificaram a páscoa, aos catorze do mês segundo; e os sacerdotes e os levitas se santificaram com vergonha, e trouxeram os holocaustos à casa do SENHOR.

Forsothe thei offriden pask in the fourtenthe dai of the secounde monethe; also the preestis and the dekenes weren halewid at the laste, and offriden brent sacrifices in the hows of the Lord.

16 E puseram-se em sua ordem conforme a seu costume, conforme à lei de Moisés homem de Deus; os sacerdotes espargiam o sangue que recebiam de mãos dos levitas:

And thei stoden in her ordre, bi the ordynaunce and lawe of Moises, the man of God. Sothely the preestis token of the hondis of dekenes the blood to be sched out,

17 Porque havia muitos na congregação que não estavam santificados, e por isso os levitas sacrificavam a páscoa por todos os que não se haviam limpado, para santificá-los ao SENHOR.

for myche cumpeny was not halewid; and therfor the dekenes offriden pask for hem, that myyten not be halewid to the Lord.

18 Porque uma grande multidão do povo de Efraim e Manassés, e de Issacar e Zebulom, não se haviam purificado, e comeram a páscoa não conforme a o que está escrito. Mas Ezequias orou por eles, dizendo: SENHOR, que é bom, seja propício a todo aquele que preparou seu coração para buscar a Deus,

Also a greet part of the puple of Effraym, and Manasses, and of Ysachar, and of Zabulon, that was not halewid, eet pask not bi that that is writun. And Ezechie preyde for hem, and seide, The good Lord schal do mercy to alle men,

19 Ao SENHOR, o Deus de seus pais, ainda que não esteja purificado segundo a purificação do santuário.

that seken in al the herte the Lord God of her fadris; and it schal not be arettid to hem, that thei ben not halewid.

20 E ouviu o SENHOR a Ezequias, e sarou o povo.

And the Lord herde hym, and was plesid to the puple.

21 Assim celebraram os filhos de Israel que se acharam em Jerusalém, a solenidade dos pães sem levedura por sete dias com grande alegria: e louvavam ao SENHOR todos os dias os levitas e os sacerdotes, cantando com instrumentos de força ao SENHOR.

And the sones of Israel, that weren founden in Jerusalem, maden solempnyte of therf looues seuene daies in greet gladnesse, and herieden the Lord bi ech dai; and dekenes and preestis `preisiden the Lord bi orguns, that acordiden to her offices.

22 E falou Ezequias ao coração de todos os levitas que tinham boa inteligência no serviço do SENHOR. E comeram do sacrificado na solenidade por sete dias, oferecendo sacrifícios pacíficos, e dando graças ao SENHOR o Deus de seus pais.

And Ezechie spak to the herte of alle the dekenes, that hadden good vndurstondyng of the Lord; and thei eeten bi seuene daies of the solempnyte, offrynge sacrifices of pesible thingis, and heriynge the Lord God of her fadris.

23 E toda aquela multidão determinou que celebrassem outros sete dias; e celebraram outros sete dias com alegria.

And it pleside al the multitude to halewe also othere seuene daies; which thing also thei diden with greet ioye.

24 Porque Ezequias rei de Judá havia dado à multidão mil novilhos e sete mil ovelhas; e também os príncipes deram ao povo mil novilhos e dez mil ovelhas: e muitos sacerdotes se santificaram.

Forsothe Ezechie, kyng of Juda, yaf to the multitude a thousynde bolis, and seuene thousynde of scheep; sotheli the princes yauen to the puple a thousynde bolis, and ten thousynde scheep. Therfor ful greet multitude of preestis was halewid;

25 Alegrou-se, pois, toda a congregação de Judá, como também os sacerdotes e levitas, e toda a multidão que havia vindo de Israel; assim os estrangeiros que haviam vindo da terra de Israel, e os que habitavam em Judá.

and al the cumpany of Juda was fillid with gladnesse, as wel of preestis and dekenes, as of al the multitude, that camen fro Israel, and `of conuersis of the lond of Israel, and of dwelleris in Juda.

26 E fizeram-se grandes alegrias em Jerusalém: porque desde os dias de Salomão filho de Davi rei de Israel, não havia havido coisa tal em Jerusalém.

And greet solempnytee was maad in Jerusalem, which maner solempnyte was not in that citee fro the daies of Salomon, sone of Dauid, kyng of Israel.

27 Levantando-se depois os sacerdotes e levitas, bendisseram ao povo: e a voz deles foi ouvida, e sua oração chegou à habitação de seu santuário, ao céu.

Sotheli preestis and dekenes rysyden, and blessiden the puple; and the vois of hem was herd, and the preier cam in to the hooli dwelling place of heuene.
