Ezequiel 12
1 E veio a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
2 Filho do homem, tu habitas no meio da casa rebelde, que tem olhos para ver e não vê, e tem ouvidos para ouvir e não ouve; porque casa rebelde é.
Son of man, you dwell in the midst of the iniquities of those, who have eyes to see, and see not; and have ears to hear, and hear not: because it is a provoking house.
3 Tu, pois, ó filho do homem, faze trastes de quem se muda de país, e de dia muda de lugar aos olhos deles; e do teu lugar mudarás a outro lugar aos olhos deles; bem pode ser que reparem nisso, ainda que eles são casa rebelde.
You therefore, son of man, prepare yourself baggage for going into captivity by day in their sight; and you shall be led into captivity from your place into another place in their sight; that they may see that it is a provoking house.
4 Aos olhos deles tirarás para fora pois, de dia, os teus trastes, como trastes de quem se muda de lugar; então tu sairás de tarde aos olhos deles, como quem sai mudando de lugar.
And you shall carry forth your baggage, baggage for captivity, by day before their eyes: and you shall go forth at even, as a captive goes forth, in their sight.
5 Escava para ti, à vista deles, a parede, e tira para fora por ela os trastes.
Dig for yourself into the wall [of the house], and you shall pass through it in their sight:
6 Aos olhos deles aos ombros os levarás, às escuras os tirarás, e cobrirás a tua cara, para que não vejas a terra: porque te dei por sinal maravilhoso à casa de Israel.
you shall be lifted up on [men's] shoulders, and shall go forth in secret: you shall cover your face, and shall not see the ground: because I have made you a sign to the house of Israel.
7 E fiz assim, como se me deu ordem: os meus trastes tirei para fora de dia, como trastes de quem se muda de lugar: então à tarde escavei na parede com a mão; às escuras os tirei para fora, e aos ombros os levei, aos olhos deles.
And I did thus according to all that he commanded me; and I carried forth my baggage for captivity by day, and in the evening I dug through the wall for myself, and went out secretly; I was taken up on [men's] shoulders before them.
8 E veio a mim a palavra do Senhor, pela manhã, dizendo:
And the word of the Lord came to me in the morning, saying,
9 Filho do homem, porventura não te disse a casa de Israel, aquela casa rebelde: Que fazes tu?
Son of man, have not the house of Israel, the provoking house, said to you, What do you?
10 Dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Esta carga é contra o príncipe em Jerusalém, e contra toda a casa de Israel, que está no meio dela.
Say to them, Thus says the Lord God, the Prince and the Ruler in Israel, even to all the house of Israel who are in the midst of them:
11 Dize: Eu sou o vosso maravilhoso sinal: assim como eu fiz, assim se lhes fará a eles; por transportação irão em cativeiro;
say, I am performing signs: as I have done, so shall it be to him: they shall go into banishment and captivity.
12 E o príncipe que está no meio deles aos ombros levará às escuras os trastes, e sairá: a parede escavarão para os tirarem por ela: o seu rosto cobrirá, para que ele com o olho não veja a terra.
And the prince in the midst of them shall be borne upon shoulders, and shall go forth in secret through the wall, and shall dig so that he may go forth thereby: he shall cover his face, that he may not be seen by [any] eye, and he himself shall not see the ground.
13 Também estenderei a minha rede sobre ele, e será apanhado no meu laço: e o levarei a Babilônia, à terra dos caldeus, e contudo não a verá, ainda que ali morrerá.
And I will spread out my net upon him, and he shall be caught in my toils: and I will bring him to Babylon to the land of the Chaldeans; but he shall not see it, though he shall die there.
14 E a todos os que estiverem ao redor dele em seu socorro, e a todas as suas tropas, espalharei a todos os ventos: e desembainharei a espada atráz deles.
And I will scatter to every wind all his assistants round about him, and all that help him; and I will draw out a sword after them;
15 Assim saberão que eu sou o Senhor, quando eu os derramar entre as nações e os espalhar pelas terras.
And they shall know that I am the Lord, when I have scattered them amongst the nations; and I will disperse them in the countries.
16 Porém deles deixarei ficar de resto alguns poucos da espada, da fome, e da peste, para que contém todas as suas abominações entre as nações para onde forem; e saberão que eu sou o Senhor.
And I will leave of them [a few] men in number [spared] from the sword, and from famine, and pestilence; that they may declare all their iniquities amongst the nations whither they have gone; and they shall know that I am the Lord.
17 Então veio a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
18 Filho do homem, o teu pão comerás com tremor, e a tua água beberás com estremecimento e com receio.
Son of man, eat your bread with sorrow, and drink [your] water with torment and affliction.
19 E dirás ao povo da terra: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah acerca dos habitantes de Jerusalém, na terra de Israel: O seu pão comerão com receio, e a sua água beberão com susto, porquanto a sua terra será despojada de sua abundância, por causa da violência de todos os que habitam nela.
And you shall say to the people of the land, Thus says the Lord to the inhabitants of Jerusalem, on the land of Israel; They shall eat their bread in scarcity, and shall drink their water in desolation, that the land may be desolate with all that it contains: for all that dwell in it are ungodly.
20 E as cidades habitadas serão desoladas, e a terra se tornará em assolação; e sabereis que eu sou o Senhor.
And their inhabited cities shall be laid utterly waste, and the land shall be desolate; and you shall know that I am the Lord.
21 E veio ainda a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
And the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
22 Filho do homem, que ditado é este que vós tendes na terra de Israel, dizendo: prolongar-se-ão os dias, e perecerá toda a visão?
Son of man, what is your parable on the land of Israel, that you say, The days are long, the vision has perished?
23 Portanto, dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Farei cessar este ditado, e não se servirão mais deste ditado em Israel; porém dize-lhes: Já se chegaram os dias e a palavra de toda a visão.
Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord; I will even set aside this parable, and the house of Israel shall no more at all use this parable: for you shall say to them, The days are at hand, and the import of every vision.
24 Porque não haverá mais alguma visão vã, nem adivinhação lisongeira, no meio da casa de Israel.
For there shall no more be any false vision, nor any one prophesying flatteries in the midst of the children of Israel.
25 Porque eu, o Senhor, falarei, e a palavra que eu falar se fará; não terá mais tardança; porque em vossos dias, ó casa rebelde, falarei uma palavra e a cumprirei, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
For I the Lord will speak my words; I will speak and perform [them], and will no more delay, for in your days, O provoking house, I will speak the word, and will perform [it], says the Lord.
26 Veio mais a mim a palavra do Senhor, dizendo:
Moreover the word of the Lord came to me, saying,
27 Filho do homem, eis que os da casa de Israel dizem: A visão que este vê é para muitos dias, e ele profetiza de tempos que estão longe.
Son of man, behold, the provoking house of Israel boldly say, The vision which this man sees is for many days, and he prophesies for times afar off.
28 Portanto dize-lhes: Assim diz o Senhor Jehovah: Não será diferida mais alguma das minhas palavras: e a palavra que falei se fará, diz o Senhor Jehovah.
Therefore say to them, Thus says the Lord; Henceforth none of my words shall linger, which I shall speak: I will speak and do, says the Lord.
