1 Crônicas 25

1 E David, juntamente com os capitães do exército, separou para o ministério os filhos de Asaph, e de Heman, e de Jeduthun, para profetizarem com harpas, com alaúdes, e com saltérios: e este foi o número dos homens aptos para a obra do seu ministério.

Moreover David and the captains of the host separated to the service of the sons of Asaph, and of Heman, and of Jeduthun, who should prophesy with harps, with psalteries, and with cymbals: and the number of the workmen according to their service was:

2 Dos filhos de Asaph foram Zaccur, e José, e Nethanias, e Asarela, filhos de Asaph: a cargo de Asaph, que profetizava debaixo da direção do rei David.

Of the sons of Asaph; Zaccur, and Joseph, and Nethaniah, and Asarelah, the sons of Asaph under the hands of Asaph, which prophesied according to the order of the king.

3 Quanto a Jeduthun, foram os filhos de Jeduthun: Gedalias, e Zeri, e Jesaias, e Hasabias, e Mattithias, seis, a cargo de seu pai Jeduthun, para tanger harpas, o qual profetizava, louvando e dando graças ao Senhor.

Of Jeduthun: the sons of Jeduthun; Gedaliah, and Zeri, and Jeshaiah, Hashabiah, and Mattithiah, six, under the hands of their father Jeduthun, who prophesied with a harp, to give thanks and to praise the LORD.

4 Quanto a Heman: os filhos de Heman: Bukkias, Matthanias, Uziel, Sebuel, e Jerimoth, Hananias, Hanani, Eliatha, Giddalti, e Romamthi-ezer, Josbekasa, Mallothi, Hothir, e Mahazioth.

Of Heman: the sons of Heman: Bukkiah, Mattaniah, Uzziel, Shebuel, and Jerimoth, Hananiah, Hanani, Eliathah, Giddalti, and Romamtiezer, Joshbekashah, Mallothi, Hothir, and Mahazioth:

5 Todos estes foram filhos de Heman, o vidente do rei nas palavras de Deus, para exaltar a corneta: porque Deus dera a Heman quatorze filhos e três filhas.

All these were the sons of Heman the king’s seer in the words of God, to lift up the horn. And God gave to Heman fourteen sons and three daughters.

6 Todos estes estavam ao lado de seu pai para o canto da casa do Senhor, com saltérios, alaúdes e harpas, para o ministério da casa de Deus; e, ao lado do rei, Asaph, Jeduthun, e Heman.

All these were under the hands of their father for song in the house of the LORD, with cymbals, psalteries, and harps, for the service of the house of God, according to the king’s order to Asaph, Jeduthun, and Heman.

7 E era o número deles, juntamente com seus irmãos instruídos no canto do Senhor, todos os mestres, duzentos e oitenta e oito.

So the number of them, with their brothers that were instructed in the songs of the LORD, even all that were cunning, was two hundred fourscore and eight.

8 E deitaram as sortes acerca da guarda igualmente, assim o pequeno como o grande, o mestre juntamente com o discípulo.

And they cast lots, ward against ward, as well the small as the great, the teacher as the scholar.

9 Saiu pois a primeira sorte a Asaph, a saber: a José; a segunda a Gedalias; e eram ele, e seus irmãos, e seus filhos, ao todo, doze.

Now the first lot came forth for Asaph to Joseph: the second to Gedaliah, who with his brothers and sons were twelve:

10 A terceira a Zaccur, seus filhos e seus irmãos; doze.

The third to Zaccur, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

11 A quarta a Isri, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The fourth to Izri, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

12 A quinta a Nethanias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The fifth to Nethaniah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

13 A sexta a Bukkias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The sixth to Bukkiah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

14 A sétima a Jesarela, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The seventh to Jesharelah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

15 A oitava a Jesaias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The eighth to Jeshaiah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

16 A nona a Matthanias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The ninth to Mattaniah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

17 A décima a Simei, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The tenth to Shimei, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

18 A undécima a Azareel, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The eleventh to Azareel, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

19 A duodécima a Hasabias, seus filhos e seus irmãos; doze.

The twelfth to Hashabiah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

20 A décima terceira a Subael, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The thirteenth to Shubael, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

21 A décima quarta a Mattithias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The fourteenth to Mattithiah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

22 A décima quinta a Jeremoth, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The fifteenth to Jeremoth, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

23 A décima sexta a Hananias, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The sixteenth to Hananiah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

24 A décima sétima a Josbekasa, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The seventeenth to Joshbekashah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

25 A décima oitava a Hanani, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The eighteenth to Hanani, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

26 A décima nona a Mallothi, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The nineteenth to Mallothi, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

27 A vigésima a Eliatha, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The twentieth to Eliathah, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

28 A vigésima primeira a Hothir, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The one and twentieth to Hothir, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

29 A vigésima segunda a Giddalthi, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The two and twentieth to Giddalti, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

30 A vigésima terceira a Mahazioth, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The three and twentieth to Mahazioth, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve:

31 A vigésima quarta a Romamthi-ezer, seus filhos, e seus irmãos; doze.

The four and twentieth to Romamtiezer, he, his sons, and his brothers, were twelve.
