Salmos 119
1 Bemaventurados os rectos em seus caminhos, que andam na lei do Senhor.
ALEPH Blessed are those whose ways are blameless, who walk according to the LORD’s law.
2 Bemaventurados os que guardam os seus testemunhos, e que o buscam com todo o coração,
Blessed are those who keep his statutes, who seek him with their whole heart.
3 E não obram iniquidade: andam nos seus caminhos.
Yes, they do nothing wrong. They walk in his ways.
4 Tu ordenaste os teus mandamentos, para que diligentemente os observassemos.
You have commanded your precepts, that we should fully obey them.
5 Oxalá que os meus caminhos fossem dirigidos a observar os teus estatutos.
Oh that my ways were steadfast to obey your statutes!
6 Então não serei envergonhado, quando tiver respeito a todos os teus mandamentos.
Then I wouldn’t be disappointed, when I consider all of your commandments.
7 Louvar-te-hei com rectidão de coração, quando tiver aprendido os teus justos juizos.
I will give thanks to you with uprightness of heart, when I learn your righteous judgments.
8 Observarei os teus estatutos: não me desampares totalmente.
I will observe your statutes. Don’t utterly forsake me.
9 Com que purificará o mancebo o seu caminho? observando-o conforme a tua palavra.
BETH How can a young man keep his way pure? By living according to your word.
10 Com todo o meu coração te busquei: não me deixes desviar dos meus mandamentos.
With my whole heart I have sought you. Don’t let me wander from your commandments.
11 A tua palavra tenho eu escondido no meu coração, para não peccar contra ti
I have hidden your word in my heart, that I might not sin against you.
12 Bemdito és tu, ó Senhor; ensina-me os teus estatutos.
Blessed are you, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
13 Com os meus labios declarei todos os juizos da tua bocca.
With my lips, I have declared all the ordinances of your mouth.
14 Folguei tanto no caminho dos teus testemunhos, como em todas as riquezas.
I have rejoiced in the way of your testimonies, as much as in all riches.
15 Meditarei nos teus preceitos, e terei respeito aos teus caminhos.
I will meditate on your precepts, and consider your ways.
16 Recrear-me-hei nos teus estatutos: não me esquecerei da tua palavra.
I will delight myself in your statutes. I will not forget your word.
17 Faze bem ao teu servo, para que viva e observe a tua palavra.
GIMEL Do good to your servant. I will live and I will obey your word.
18 Abre tu os meus olhos, para que veja as maravilhas da tua lei.
Open my eyes, that I may see wondrous things out of your Torah.
19 Sou peregrino na terra: não escondas de mim os teus mandamentos.
I am a stranger on the earth. Don’t hide your commandments from me.
20 A minha alma está quebrantada de desejar os teus juizos em todo o tempo.
My soul is consumed with longing for your ordinances at all times.
21 Tu reprehendeste asperamente os soberbos que são amaldiçoados, que se desviam dos teus mandamentos.
You have rebuked the proud who are cursed, who wander from your commandments.
22 Tira de sobre mim o opprobrio e o desprezo, pois guardei os teus testemunhos.
Take reproach and contempt away from me, for I have kept your statutes.
23 Principes tambem se assentaram, e fallaram contra mim, mas o teu servo meditou nos teus estatutos.
Though princes sit and slander me, your servant will meditate on your statutes.
24 Tambem os teus testemunhos são o meu prazer e os meus conselheiros.
Indeed your statutes are my delight, and my counselors.
25 A minha alma está pegada ao pó: vivifica-me segundo a tua palavra.
DALETH My soul is laid low in the dust. Revive me according to your word!
26 Eu te contei os meus caminhos, e tu me ouviste: ensina-me os teus estatutos.
I declared my ways, and you answered me. Teach me your statutes.
27 Faze-me entender os caminhos dos teus preceitos: assim fallarei das tuas maravilhas.
Let me understand the teaching of your precepts! Then I will meditate on your wondrous works.
28 A minha alma se derrete de tristeza: fortalece-me segundo a tua palavra.
My soul is weary with sorrow; strengthen me according to your word.
29 Desvia de mim o caminho da falsidade, e concede-me piedosamente a tua lei.
Keep me from the way of deceit. Grant me your Torah graciously!
30 Tenho escolhido o caminho da verdade: os teus juizos tenho posto diante de mim.
I have chosen the way of truth. I have set your ordinances before me.
31 Tenho-me apegado aos teus testemunhos: ó Senhor, não me confundas.
I cling to your statutes, LORD. Don’t let me be disappointed.
32 Percorrerei o caminho dos teus mandamentos, quando dilatares o meu coração.
I run in the path of your commandments, for you have set my heart free.
33 Ensina-me, ó Senhor, o caminho dos teus estatutos, e guardal-o-hei até ao fim.
HE Teach me, LORD, the way of your statutes. I will keep them to the end.
34 Dá-me entendimento, e guardarei a tua lei, e observal-a-hei de todo o meu coração.
Give me understanding, and I will keep your Torah. Yes, I will obey it with my whole heart.
35 Faze-me andar na vereda dos teus mandamentos, porque n'ella tenho prazer.
Direct me in the path of your commandments, for I delight in them.
36 Inclina o meu coração aos teus testemunhos, e não á cubiça.
Turn my heart toward your statutes, not toward selfish gain.
37 Desvia os meus olhos de contemplarem a vaidade, e vivifica-me no teu caminho.
Turn my eyes away from looking at worthless things. Revive me in your ways.
38 Confirma a tua palavra ao teu servo, que é dedicado ao teu temor.
Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
39 Desvia de mim o opprobrio que temo, pois os teus juizos são bons.
Take away my disgrace that I dread, for your ordinances are good.
40 Eis que tenho desejado os teus preceitos; vivifica-me na tua justiça.
Behold, I long for your precepts! Revive me in your righteousness.
41 Venham sobre mim tambem as tuas misericordias, ó Senhor, e a tua salvação segundo a tua palavra.
VAV Let your loving kindness also come to me, LORD, your salvation, according to your word.
42 Assim terei que responder ao que me affronta, pois confio na tua palavra.
So I will have an answer for him who reproaches me, for I trust in your word.
43 E não tires totalmente a palavra de verdade da minha bocca, pois tenho esperado nos teus juizos.
Don’t snatch the word of truth out of my mouth, for I put my hope in your ordinances.
44 Assim observarei de continuo a tua lei para sempre e eternamente.
So I will obey your Torah continually, forever and ever.
45 E andarei em liberdade; pois busco os teus preceitos.
I will walk in liberty, for I have sought your precepts.
46 Tambem fallarei dos teus testemunhos perante os reis, e não me envergonharei.
I will also speak of your statutes before kings, and will not be disappointed.
47 E recrear-me-hei em teus mandamentos, que tenho amado.
I will delight myself in your commandments, because I love them.
48 Tambem levantarei as minhas mãos para os teus mandamentos, que amei, e meditarei nos teus estatutos.
I reach out my hands for your commandments, which I love. I will meditate on your statutes.
49 Lembra-te da palavra dada ao teu servo, na qual me fizeste esperar.
ZAYIN Remember your word to your servant, because you gave me hope.
50 Isto é a minha consolação na minha afflicção, porque a tua palavra me vivificou.
This is my comfort in my affliction, for your word has revived me.
51 Os soberbos zombaram grandemente de mim; comtudo não me desviei da tua lei.
The arrogant mock me excessively, but I don’t swerve from your Torah.
52 Lembrei-me dos teus juizos antiquissimos, ó Senhor, e assim me consolei.
I remember your ordinances of old, LORD, and have comforted myself.
53 Grande indignação se apoderou de mim por causa dos impios que desamparam a tua lei.
Indignation has taken hold on me, because of the wicked who forsake your Torah.
54 Os teus estatutos teem sido os meus canticos, na casa da minha peregrinação.
Your statutes have been my songs in the house where I live.
55 Lembrei-me do teu nome, ó Senhor, de noite, e observei a tua lei.
I have remembered your name, LORD, in the night, and I obey your Torah.
56 Isto fiz eu, porque guardei os teus mandamentos.
This is my way, that I keep your precepts.
57 O Senhor é a minha porção: eu disse que observaria as tuas palavras.
HETH The LORD is my portion. I promised to obey your words.
58 Roguei devéras o teu favor com todo o meu coração: tem piedade de mim, segundo a tua palavra.
I sought your favor with my whole heart. Be merciful to me according to your word.
59 Considerei os meus caminhos, e voltei os meus pés para os teus testemunhos.
I considered my ways, and turned my steps to your statutes.
60 Apressei-me, e não me detive, a observar os teus mandamentos.
I will hurry, and not delay, to obey your commandments.
61 Bandos de impios me despojaram, mas eu não me esqueci da tua lei.
The ropes of the wicked bind me, but I won’t forget your Torah.
62 Á meia noite me levantarei para te louvar, pelos teus justos juizos.
At midnight I will rise to give thanks to you, because of your righteous ordinances.
63 Companheiro sou de todos os que te temem e dos que guardam os teus preceitos.
I am a friend of all those who fear you, of those who observe your precepts.
64 A terra, ó Senhor, está cheia da tua benignidade: ensina-me os teus estatutos.
The earth is full of your loving kindness, LORD. Teach me your statutes.
65 Fizeste bem ao teu servo, Senhor, segundo a tua palavra.
TETH You have treated your servant well, according to your word, LORD.
66 Ensina-me bom juizo e sciencia, pois cri nos teus mandamentos.
Teach me good judgment and knowledge, for I believe in your commandments.
67 Antes de ser afflicto andava errado; mas agora tenho guardado a tua palavra.
Before I was afflicted, I went astray; but now I observe your word.
68 Tu és bom e fazes bem: ensina-me os teus estatutos.
You are good, and do good. Teach me your statutes.
69 Os soberbos forjaram mentiras contra mim; mas eu com todo o meu coração guardarei os teus preceitos.
The proud have smeared a lie upon me. With my whole heart, I will keep your precepts.
70 Engrossa-se-lhes o coração como gordura, mas eu me recreio na tua lei.
Their heart is as callous as the fat, but I delight in your Torah.
71 Foi-me bom ter sido afflicto, para que aprendesse os teus estatutos.
It is good for me that I have been afflicted, that I may learn your statutes.
72 Melhor é para mim a lei da tua bocca do que milhares de oiro ou prata.
The Torah you have spoken is better to me than thousands of pieces of gold and silver.
73 As tuas mãos me fizeram e me formaram; dá-me intelligencia para entender os teus mandamentos.
YODH Your hands have made me and formed me. Give me understanding, that I may learn your commandments.
74 Os que te temem alegraram-se quando me viram, porque tenho esperado na tua palavra.
Those who fear you will see me and be glad, because I have put my hope in your word.
75 Bem sei eu, ó Senhor, que os teus juizos são justos, e que segundo a tua fidelidade me affligiste.
LORD, I know that your judgments are righteous, that in faithfulness you have afflicted me.
76 Sirva pois a tua benignidade para me consolar, segundo a palavra que déste ao teu servo.
Please let your loving kindness be for my comfort, according to your word to your servant.
77 Venham sobre mim as tuas misericordias, para que viva, pois a tua lei é as minhas delicias.
Let your tender mercies come to me, that I may live; for your Torah is my delight.
78 Confundam-se os soberbos, pois me trataram d'uma maneira perversa, sem causa; mas eu meditarei nos teus preceitos.
Let the proud be disappointed, for they have overthrown me wrongfully. I will meditate on your precepts.
79 Voltem-se para mim os que te temem, e aquelles que teem conhecido os teus testemunhos.
Let those who fear you turn to me. They will know your statutes.
80 Seja recto o meu coração nos teus estatutos, para que não seja confundido.
Let my heart be blameless toward your decrees, that I may not be disappointed.
81 Desfallece a minha alma pela tua salvação, mas espero na tua palavra.
KAPF My soul faints for your salvation. I hope in your word.
82 Os meus olhos desfallecem pela tua palavra; entretanto dizia: Quando me consolarás tu?
My eyes fail for your word. I say, “When will you comfort me?”
83 Pois estou como odre no fumo; comtudo não me esqueço dos teus estatutos.
For I have become like a wineskin in the smoke. I don’t forget your statutes.
84 Quantos serão os dias do teu servo? Quando me farás justiça contra os que me perseguem?
How many are the days of your servant? When will you execute judgment on those who persecute me?
85 Os soberbos me cavaram covas, o que não é conforme á tua lei.
The proud have dug pits for me, contrary to your Torah.
86 Todos os teus mandamentos são verdade: com mentiras me perseguem; ajuda-me.
All of your commandments are faithful. They persecute me wrongfully. Help me!
87 Quasi que me teem consumido sobre a terra, mas eu não deixei os teus preceitos.
They had almost wiped me from the earth, but I didn’t forsake your precepts.
88 Vivifica-me segundo a tua benignidade; assim guardarei o testemunho da tua bocca.
Preserve my life according to your loving kindness, so I will obey the statutes of your mouth.
89 Para sempre, ó Senhor, a tua palavra permanece no céu.
LAMEDH LORD, your word is settled in heaven forever.
90 A tua fidelidade dura de geração em geração: tu firmaste a terra, e ella permanece firme.
Your faithfulness is to all generations. You have established the earth, and it remains.
91 Elles continuam até ao dia d'hoje, segundo as tuas ordenações; porque todos são teus servos.
Your laws remain to this day, for all things serve you.
92 Se a tua lei não fôra toda a minha recreação, ha muito que pereceria na minha afflicção.
Unless your Torah had been my delight, I would have perished in my affliction.
93 Nunca me esquecerei dos teus preceitos; pois por elles me tens vivificado.
I will never forget your precepts, for with them, you have revived me.
94 Sou teu, salva-me; pois tenho buscado os teus preceitos.
I am yours. Save me, for I have sought your precepts.
95 Os impios me esperam para me destruirem, mas eu considerarei os teus testemunhos.
The wicked have waited for me, to destroy me. I will consider your statutes.
96 Tenho visto fim a toda a perfeição, mas o teu mandamento é amplicissimo.
I have seen a limit to all perfection, but your commands are boundless.
97 Oh! quanto amo a tua lei! é a minha meditação em todo o dia.
MEM How I love your Torah! It is my meditation all day.
98 Tu pelos teus mandamentos me fazes mais sabio do que os meus inimigos, pois estão sempre comigo.
Your commandments make me wiser than my enemies, for your commandments are always with me.
99 Tenho mais entendimento do que todos os meus mestres, porque os teus testemunhos são a minha meditação.
I have more understanding than all my teachers, for your testimonies are my (meditation)
100 Entendo mais do que os antigos; porque guardo os teus preceitos.
I understand more than the aged, because I have kept your precepts.
101 Desviei os meus pés de todo o caminho mau, para guardar a tua palavra.
I have kept my feet from every evil way, that I might observe your word.
102 Não me apartei dos teus juizos, pois tu me ensinaste.
I have not turned away from your ordinances, for you have taught me.
103 Oh! quão doces são as tuas palavras ao meu paladar, mais doces do que o mel á minha bocca.
How sweet are your promises to my taste, more than honey to my mouth!
104 Pelos teus mandamentos alcancei entendimento; pelo que aborreço todo o falso caminho.
Through your precepts, I get understanding; therefore I hate every false way.
105 A tua palavra é uma lampada para os meus pés e uma luz para o meu caminho.
NUN Your word is a lamp to my feet, and a light for my path.
106 Jurei, e o cumprirei, que guardarei os teus justos juizos.
I have sworn, and have confirmed it, that I will obey your righteous ordinances.
107 Estou afflictissimo; vivifica-me, ó Senhor, segundo a tua palavra.
I am afflicted very much. Revive me, LORD, according to your word.
108 Acceita, eu te rogo, as offerendas voluntarias da minha bocca, ó Senhor; ensina-me os teus juizos.
Accept, I beg you, the willing offerings of my mouth. LORD, teach me your ordinances.
109 A minha alma está de continuo nas minhas mãos; todavia não me esqueço da tua lei
My soul is continually in my hand, yet I won’t forget your Torah.
110 Os impios me armaram laço; comtudo não me desviei dos teus preceitos.
The wicked have laid a snare for me, yet I haven’t gone astray from your precepts.
111 Os teus testemunhos tenho eu tomado por herança para sempre, pois são o gozo do meu coração.
I have taken your testimonies as a heritage forever, for they are the joy of my heart.
112 Inclinei o meu coração a guardar os teus estatutos, para sempre, até ao fim.
I have set my heart to perform your statutes forever, even to the end.
113 Aborreço a duplicidade, mas amo a tua lei.
SAMEKH I hate double-minded men, but I love your Torah.
114 Tu és o meu refugio e o meu escudo; espero na tua palavra.
You are my hiding place and my shield. I hope in your word.
115 Apartae-vos de mim, malfeitores, pois guardarei os mandamentos do meu Deus.
Depart from me, you evildoers, that I may keep the commandments of my God.
116 Sustenta-me conforme a tua palavra, para que viva, e não me deixes envergonhado da minha esperança.
Uphold me according to your word, that I may live. Let me not be ashamed of my hope.
117 Sustenta-me, e serei salvo, e de continuo terei respeito aos teus estatutos.
Hold me up, and I will be safe, and will have respect for your statutes continually.
118 Tu tens pisado aos pés todos os que se desviam dos teus estatutos, pois o engano d'elles é falsidade.
You reject all those who stray from your statutes, for their deceit is in vain.
119 Tu tiraste da terra todos os impios, como a escoria, pelo que amo os teus testemunhos.
You put away all the wicked of the earth like dross. Therefore I love your testimonies.
120 O meu corpo se arrepiou com temor de ti, e temi os teus juizos.
My flesh trembles for fear of you. I am afraid of your judgments.
121 Fiz juizo e justiça: não me entregues aos meus oppressores.
AYIN I have done what is just and righteous. Don’t leave me to my oppressors.
122 Fica por fiador do teu servo para o bem; não deixes que os soberbos me opprimam.
Ensure your servant’s well-being. Don’t let the proud oppress me.
123 Os meus olhos desfalleceram pela tua salvação e pela promessa da tua justiça.
My eyes fail looking for your salvation, for your righteous word.
124 Usa com o teu servo segundo a tua benignidade, e ensina-me os teus estatutos.
Deal with your servant according to your loving kindness. Teach me your statutes.
125 Sou teu servo: dá-me intelligencia, para entender os teus testemunhos.
I am your servant. Give me understanding, that I may know your testimonies.
126 Já é tempo de operares ó Senhor, pois elles teem quebrantado a tua lei.
It is time to act, LORD, for they break your Torah.
127 Pelo que amo os teus mandamentos mais do que o oiro, e ainda mais do que o oiro fino.
Therefore I love your commandments more than gold, yes, more than pure gold.
128 Por isso estimo todos os teus preceitos ácerca de tudo, como rectos, e aborreço toda a falsa vereda.
Therefore I consider all of your precepts to be right. I hate every false way.
129 Maravilhosos são os teus testemunhos; portanto a minha alma os guarda.
PE Your testimonies are wonderful, therefore my soul keeps them.
130 A entrada das tuas palavras dá luz, dá entendimento aos simplices.
The entrance of your words gives light. It gives understanding to the simple.
131 Abri a minha bocca, e respirei, pois que desejei os teus mandamentos.
I opened my mouth wide and panted, for I longed for your commandments.
132 Olha para mim, e tem piedade de mim, conforme usas com os que amam o teu nome.
Turn to me, and have mercy on me, as you always do to those who love your name.
133 Ordena os meus passos na tua palavra, e não se apodere de mim iniquidade alguma.
Establish my footsteps in your word. Don’t let any iniquity have dominion over me.
134 Livra-me da oppressão do homem; assim guardarei os teus preceitos.
Redeem me from the oppression of man, so I will observe your precepts.
135 Faze resplandecer o teu rosto sobre o teu servo, e ensina-me os teus estatutos.
Make your face shine on your servant. Teach me your statutes.
136 Rios d'aguas correm dos meus olhos, porque não guardam a tua lei.
Streams of tears run down my eyes, because they don’t observe your Torah.
137 Justo és, ó Senhor, e rectos são os teus juizos.
TZADHE You are righteous, LORD. Your judgments are upright.
138 Os teus testemunhos que ordenaste são rectos e muito fieis.
You have commanded your statutes in righteousness. They are fully trustworthy.
139 O meu zelo me consumiu, porque os meus inimigos se esqueceram da tua palavra.
My zeal wears me out, because my enemies ignore your words.
140 A tua palavra é muito pura; portanto o teu servo a ama.
Your promises have been thoroughly tested, and your servant loves them.
141 Pequeno sou e desprezado, porém não me esqueço dos teus mandamentos.
I am small and despised. I don’t forget your precepts.
142 A tua justiça é uma justiça eterna, e a tua lei é a verdade.
Your righteousness is an everlasting righteousness. Your Torah is truth.
143 Aperto e angustia se apoderam de mim; comtudo os teus mandamentos são o meu prazer.
Trouble and anguish have taken hold of me. Your commandments are my delight.
144 A justiça dos teus testemunhos é eterna; dá-me intelligencia, e viverei.
Your testimonies are righteous forever. Give me understanding, that I may live.
145 Clamei de todo o meu coração; escuta-me, Senhor, e guardarei os teus estatutos.
QOPH I have called with my whole heart. Answer me, LORD! I will keep your statutes.
146 A ti te invoquei; salva-me, e guardarei os teus testemunhos.
I have called to you. Save me! I will obey your statutes.
147 Preveni a alva da manhã, e clamei: esperei na tua palavra.
I rise before dawn and cry for help. I put my hope in your words.
148 Os meus olhos preveniram as vigilias da noite, para meditar na tua palavra.
My eyes stay open through the night watches, that I might meditate on your word.
149 Ouve a minha voz, segundo a tua benignidade: vivifica-me, ó Senhor, segundo o teu juizo.
Hear my voice according to your loving kindness. Revive me, LORD, according to your ordinances.
150 Approximam-se os que se dão a maus tratos: affastam-se da tua lei.
They draw near who follow after wickedness. They are far from your Torah.
151 Tu estás perto ó Senhor, e todos os teus mandamentos são a verdade.
You are near, LORD. All your commandments are truth.
152 Ácerca dos teus testemunhos soube, desde a antiguidade, que tu os fundaste para sempre.
Of old I have known from your testimonies, that you have founded them forever.
153 Olha para a minha afflicção, e livra-me, pois não me esqueci da tua lei.
RESH Consider my affliction, and deliver me, for I don’t forget your Torah.
154 Pleiteia a minha causa, e livra-me: vivifica-me segundo a tua palavra.
Plead my cause, and redeem me! Revive me according to your promise.
155 A salvação está longe dos impios, pois não buscam os teus estatutos.
Salvation is far from the wicked, for they don’t seek your statutes.
156 Muitas são, ó Senhor, as tuas misericordias: vivifica-me segundo os teus juizos.
Great are your tender mercies, LORD. Revive me according to your ordinances.
157 Muitos são os meus perseguidores e os meus inimigos; porém não me desvio dos teus testemunhos.
Many are my persecutors and my adversaries. I haven’t swerved from your testimonies.
158 Vi os transgressores, e me affligi, porque não observam a tua palavra.
I look at the faithless with loathing, because they don’t observe your word.
159 Considera como amo os teus preceitos: vivifica-me, ó Senhor, segundo a tua benignidade.
Consider how I love your precepts. Revive me, LORD, according to your loving kindness.
160 A tua palavra é a verdade desde o principio, e cada um dos teus juizos dura para sempre.
All of your words are truth. Every one of your righteous ordinances endures forever.
161 Principes me perseguiram sem causa, mas o meu coração temeu a tua palavra.
SIN AND SHIN Princes have persecuted me without a cause, but my heart stands in awe of your words.
162 Folgo com a tua palavra, como aquelle que acha um grande despojo.
I rejoice at your word, as one who finds great plunder.
163 Abomino e aborreço a falsidade, porém amo a tua lei.
I hate and abhor falsehood. I love your Torah.
164 Sete vezes no dia te louvo pelos juizos da tua justiça.
Seven times a day, I praise you, because of your righteous ordinances.
165 Muita paz teem os que amam a tua lei, e para elles não ha tropeço.
Those who love your Torah have great peace. Nothing causes them to stumble.
166 Senhor, tenho esperado na tua salvação, e tenho cumprido os teus mandamentos.
I have hoped for your salvation, LORD. I have done your commandments.
167 A minha alma tem observado os teus testemunhos; amo-os excessivamente.
My soul has observed your testimonies. I love them exceedingly.
168 Tenho observado os teus preceitos e os teus testemunhos, porque todos os meus caminhos estão diante de ti.
I have obeyed your precepts and your testimonies, for all my ways are before you.
169 Chegue a ti o meu clamor, ó Senhor: dá-me entendimento conforme a tua palavra.
TAV Let my cry come before you, LORD. Give me understanding according to your word.

Let my supplication come before you. Deliver me according to your word.
171 Os meus labios proferiram o louvor, quando me ensinaste os teus estatutos.
Let my lips utter praise, for you teach me your statutes.
172 A minha lingua fallará da tua palavra, pois todos os teus mandamentos são justiça.
Let my tongue sing of your word, for all your commandments are righteousness.
173 Venha a tua mão soccorrer-me, pois elegi os teus preceitos.
Let your hand be ready to help me, for I have chosen your precepts.
174 Tenho desejado a tua salvação, ó Senhor, a tua lei é todo o meu prazer.
I have longed for your salvation [yeshuat], LORD. Your Torah is my delight.
175 Viva a minha alma, e louvar-te-ha: ajudem-me os teus juizos.
Let my soul live, that I may praise you. Let your ordinances help me.
176 Desgarrei-me como a ovelha perdida; busca o teu servo, pois não me esqueci dos teus mandamentos.
I have gone astray like a lost sheep. Seek your servant, for I don’t forget your commandments.
