Psalmów 95

1 Chodźcie, śpiewajmy PANU, wykrzykujmy [radośnie] skale naszego zbawienia.

O COME, let us sing unto the LORD: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation.

2 Przyjdźmy przed jego oblicze z chwałą, [radośnie] śpiewajmy mu psalmy.

Let us come before his presence with thanksgiving, let us make a joyful noise unto him with psalms.

3 PAN bowiem [jest] wielkim Bogiem i wielkim Królem nad wszystkimi bogami.

For the LORD is a great God, and a great King above all gods.

4 W jego rękach [są] głębiny ziemi i jego [są] szczyty gór.

In his hand are the deep places of the earth; the heights of the mountains are his also.

5 Jego jest morze, bo on je uczynił, i jego ręce ukształtowały suchy ląd.

The sea is his, and he made it; and his hands formed the dry land.

6 Chodźcie, oddajmy pokłon i padajmy przed nim; klęknijmy przed PANEM, naszym Stwórcą.

O come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before the LORD our Maker:

7 On bowiem jest naszym Bogiem, a my ludem jego pastwiska i owcami jego rąk. Dzisiaj, jeśli jego głos usłyszycie;

For he is our God, and we are the people of his pasture, and the sheep of his hand. Today, Oh that ye would hear his voice!

8 Nie zatwardzajcie waszych serc jak w Meriba, jak w czasie kuszenia na pustyni;

Harden not your heart, as at Meribah, as in the day of Massah in the wilderness:

9 Kiedy mnie wystawiali na próbę wasi ojcowie, doświadczali mnie i widzieli moje dzieła.

When your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my work.

10 Przez czterdzieści lat czułem odrazę do [tego] pokolenia i powiedziałem: Ten lud błądzi sercem i nie poznał moich dróg;

Forty years long was I grieved with [that] generation, and said, It is a people that do err in their heart, and they have not known my ways:

11 Przysiągłem im w gniewie, że nie wejdą do mego odpoczynku.

Wherefore I sware in my wrath, that they should not enter into my rest.
