I Kronik 2
1 Oto są synowie Izraela: Ruben, Symeon, Lewi i Juda, Issachar i Zebulon;
These were the sons of Israel: Reuben, Simeon, Levi, Judah, Issachar, Zebulun,
2 Dan, Józef, Beniamin, Neftali, Gad i Aszer.
Dan, Joseph, Benjamin, Naphtali, Gad, and Asher.
3 Synowie Judy: Er, Onan i Szela. Ci trzej urodzili mu się z córki Szui, Kananejki. Ale Er, pierworodny Judy, był zły w oczach PANA, dlatego go zabił.
The sons of Judah: Er, Onan, and Shelah—these three the daughter of Shua, a Canaanite woman, bore to him. Er, Judah's firstborn, was wicked in the sight of the Lord, so he put him to death.
4 Tamar zaś, jego synowa, urodziła mu Peresa i Zeracha. Wszystkich synów Judy było pięciu.
Tamar was Judah's daughter-in-law, and she bore him Perez and Zerah. Judah had a total of five sons.
5 Synowie Peresa: Chesron i Chamul.
The sons of Perez: Hezron and Hamul.
6 Synowie Zeracha: Zimri, Etan, Heman, Kalkol i Dara, wszystkich ich [było] pięciu.
The sons of Zerah: Zimri, Ethan, Heman, Calcol and Darda—a total of five.

The sons that were born to Hezron: Jerahmeel, Ram and Caleb.
10 Ram zaś spłodził Amminadaba, a Amminadab spłodził Nachszona, księcia synów Judy.
Ram was the father of Amminadab, and Amminadab was the father of Nahshon, a leader of Judah's descendants.
11 A Nachszon spłodził Salmę, a Salma spłodził Boaza.
Nahshon was the father of Salmon, Salmon was the father of Boaz,
12 A Boaz spłodził Obeda, a Obed spłodził Jessego.
Boaz was the father of Obed, and Obed was the father of Jesse.
13 A Jesse spłodził swego pierworodnego Eliaba, [jako] drugiego – Abinadaba, trzeciego – Szimeę;
Jesse was the father of his firstborn son Eliab; the second son was Abinadab, the third Shimea,
14 Czwartego – Netaneela, piątego – Raddaja;
the fourth Nethanel, the fifth Raddai,
15 Szóstego – Osema, siódmego – Dawida.
the sixth Ozem, and the seventh David.
16 A ich siostry to Seruja i Abigail. Synowie Serui: Abiszaj, Joab i Asahel – ci trzej.
Their sisters were Zeruiah and Abigail. The sons of Zeruiah's were Abishai, Joab, and Asahel, three in total.
17 Abigail zaś urodziła Amasę, ojcem Amasy [był] Jeter, Izmaelita.
Abigail gave birth to Amasa, and the father of Amasa was Jether the Ishmaelite.
18 Kaleb, syn Chesrona, spłodził [dzieci] z Azubą, [swoją] żoną, i z Jeriotą. A jej synami byli: Jeszer, Szobab i Ardon.
Caleb son of Hezron had children by his wife Azubah, and also by Jerioth. These were her sons: Jesher, Shobab, and Ardon.
19 A gdy Azuba umarła, Kaleb pojął sobie za żonę Efratę, która urodziła mu Chura.
When Azubah died, Caleb took Ephrath to be his wife, and she bore him Hur.
20 A Chur spłodził Uriego, a Uri spłodził Besaleela.
Hur was the father of Uri, and Uri the father of Bezalel.
21 Potem Chesron obcował z córką Makira, ojca Gileada, i wziął ją za żonę, mając sześćdziesiąt lat, a ta urodziła mu Seguba.
Later on Hezron slept with the daughter of Makir the father of Gilead, whom he married when he was sixty years old, and she bore him Segub.
22 A Segub spłodził Jaira, który miał dwadzieścia trzy miasta w ziemi Gilead.
Segub was the father of Jair, who had twenty-three towns in Gilead.
23 Zabrał bowiem Geszurze i Aramowi wsie Jaira oraz Kenat i przyległe do niego miasteczka: razem sześćdziesiąt miast. Wszystkie one [należały do] synów Makira, ojca Gileada.
But Geshur and Aram took from them Havvoth Jair, along with Kenath and its towns, a total of sixty towns. These were all descendants of Makir the father of Gilead.
24 Po śmierci Chesrona w Kaleb-Efrata, żona Chesrona, Abija, urodziła mu Aszura, ojca Tekoa.
After Hezron died in Caleb Ephrathah, his wife Abijah bore him Ashhur the father of Tekoa.
25 Synami Jerachmeela, pierworodnego Chesrona, byli: pierworodny Ram, następnie Buna, Oren, Ozem i Achiasz.
The sons of Jerahmeel the firstborn of Hezron: Ram (firstborn), Bunah, Oren, Ozem, and Ahijah.
26 Jerachmeel miał także drugą żonę imieniem Atara. [Była] ona matką Onama.
Jerahmeel had another wife called Atarah. She was the mother of Onam.
27 Synami Rama, pierworodnego Jerachmeela, [byli]: Maas, Jamin i Eker.
The sons of Ram the firstborn of Jerahmeel: Maaz, Jamin and Eker.
28 Synami Onama byli Szammaj i Jada. Synami Szammaja: Nadab i Abiszur.
The sons of Onam: Shammai and Jada. The sons of Shammai: Nadab and Abishur.
29 Żona Abiszura miała na imię Abihail i urodziła mu Achbana i Molida.
Abishur's wife was called Abihail, who bore him Ahban and Molid.
30 Synowie Nadaba: Seled i Appaim. Lecz Seled umarł bez potomstwa.
The sons of Nadab: Seled and Appaim. Seled died without having children.
31 Synowie Appaima: Jiszi. Synowie Jisziego: Szeszan, a córka Szeszana: Achlaj.
The son of Appaim: Ishi, the father of Sheshan. Sheshan was the father of Ahlai.
32 Synowie Jady, brata Szammaja: Jeter i Jonatan. A Jeter umarł bez potomstwa.
The sons of Jada, the brother of Shammai: Jether and Jonathan. Jether died without having children.
33 Synowie Jonatana: Pelet i Zaza. Byli oni synami Jerachmeela.
The sons of Jonathan: Peleth and Zaza. These are all the descendants of Jerahmeel.
34 Lecz Szeszan nie miał synów, tylko córki. Miał też Szeszan sługę Egipcjanina imieniem Jarcha.
Sheshan had no sons, he only had daughters, but he did have an Egyptian servant named Jarha.
35 Dał więc Szeszan swemu słudze Jarsze swoją córkę za żonę, a ona urodziła mu Attaja.
So Sheshan gave his daughter in marriage to his servant Jarha, and she bore him Attai.
36 Attaj spłodził Natana, a Natan spłodził Zabada.
Attai was the father of Nathan. Nathan was the father of Zabad,
37 Zabad spłodził Eflala, a Eflal spłodził Obeda.
Zabad was the father of Ephlal, Ephlal was the father of Obed,
38 Obed spłodził Jehu, a Jehu spłodził Azariasza.
Obed was the father of Jehu, Jehu was the father of Azariah,
39 Azariasz spłodził Chelesa, a Cheles spłodził Eleasę.
Azariah was the father of Helez, Helez was the father of Eleasah,
40 Eleasa spłodził Sismaja, a Sismaj spłodził Szalluma.
Eleasah was the father of Sismai, Sismai was the father of Shallum,
41 A Szallum spłodził Jekamiasza, a Jekamiasz spłodził Eliszamę.

The sons of Hebron: Korah, Tappuah, Rekem, and Shema.
44 Szema spłodził Rachama, syna Jorkoama, a Rekem spłodził Szammaja.
Shema was the father of Raham, and Raham the father of Jorkeam. Rekem was the father of Shammai.
45 Synem Szammaja [był] Maon, a Maon [był] ojcem Bet-Sura.
Shammai's son was Maon, and Maon was the father of Beth Zur.
46 Efa, nałożnica Kaleba, urodziła Charana, Mosę i Gazeza, a Charan spłodził Gazeza.

Maacah, Caleb's concubine, was the mother of Sheber and Tirhanah.
49 Urodziła również Szaafa, ojca Madmanny, i Szewę, ojca Makbeny i Gibea. A córką Kaleba [była] Aksa.
She was also the mother of Shaaph, the father of Madmannah, and of Sheva, the father of Macbenah and Gibea. Caleb's daughter was Acsah.
50 Ci byli synami Kaleba, syna Chura, pierworodnego Efraty: Szobal, ojciec Kiriat-Jearima;
These are all the descendants of Caleb. The sons of Hur the firstborn of Ephrathah: Shobal, the father of Kiriath Jearim,
51 Salma, ojciec Betlejema, i Charef, ojciec Bet-Gadera.
Salma, the father of Bethlehem, and Hareph, the father of Beth Gader.
52 Szobal, ojciec Kiriat-Jearima, miał synów: Haroego i połowę Manachytów.
The descendants of Shobal the father of Kiriath Jearim were: Haroeh, half the Manahathites,
53 A rodziny Kiriat-Jearima [to]: Jitryci, Putyci, Szumatyci i Mirzaici, od których wywodzą się Soreatyci i Esztaolici.
and the families of Kiriath Jearim: the Ithrites, Puthites, Shumathites, and Mishraites. From these descended the Zorathites and Eshtaolites.
54 Synowie Salmy: Betlejem, Netofatyci, Atrot, rodzina Joaba i połowa Manachytów, Soreici;
The descendants of Salma: Bethlehem, the Netophathites, Atroth Beth Joab, half the Manahathites, the Zorites,
55 Rodziny pisarzy mieszkających w Jabes: Tyratyci, Szimeatyci i Sukatyci. Ci są Kenitami, którzy wywodzili się od Chamata, ojca domu Rechaba.
and the families of scribes who lived at Jabez: the Tirathites, Shimeathites, and Sucathites. These are the Kenites who descended from Hammath, the father of the house of Recab.
