< Markuj 16 >

1 JAPAT lao daulul, Maria men Magdala o Maria in en Iakopujo Jalome netiada men kei pomau kai, pwe re en kodon keieki i.
And when the sabbath was past, Mary Magdalene, and Mary the [mother] of James, and Salome, had bought sweet spices, that they might come and anoint him.
2 Nin joran nin tapin wik, re ap ko don nin joujou o, ni katipin a pwarada,
And very early in the morning, the first [day] of the week, they came to the sepulcher at the rising of the sun:
3 Irail ap indinda nan pun arail: Ij me pan kadapure jan au en joujou o takai o re atail?
And they said among themselves, Who shall roll away for us the stone from the door of the sepulcher?
4 Ari, ni ar kilan, re ap kilanada, me takai o tapure janer, pwe me kalaimun kaualap.
(And when they looked, they saw that the stone was rolled away) for it was very great.
5 Ni ar pedelon on joujou o, re ap kilan manakap amen momod pali maun, likauki likau puetepuet. Re ap majakada.
And entering into the sepulcher, they saw a young man sitting on the right side, clothed in a long white garment; and they were frightened.
6 A ap indan irail: Komail der majak! Iejuj, men Najaret me komail roporop, me kalopular, u iajadar. A jolar kot met. Kilan waja, re nekidedi ia.
And he saith to them, Be not frightened: ye seek Jesus of Nazareth, who was crucified: he is risen; he is not here: behold the place where they laid him:
7 Komail kowei, kaireki a toun padak kan o Petruj, me a pan tion mo omail koti won Kalilaa. I waja, komail ap pan kilani, duen a kotin majani on komail.
But go, tell his disciples and Peter, that he goeth before you into Galilee: there shall ye see him, as he said to you.
8 Re ap madaniei jan o tan jan nin joujou o, pwe re majapwe kada rerer, re pil jota indai on meakot meamen, pwe re majupwekada.
And they went out quickly, and fled from the sepulcher; for they trembled, and were amazed: neither said they any thing to any [man]; for they were afraid.
9 (note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Ari, murin a iajada jankonai nin tapin wik a ap kotin pwar on maj Maria men Magdala, me a kotin kauje jan tewil ijimen.
(note: The most reliable and earliest manuscripts do not include Mark 16:9-20.) Now when [Jesus] was risen early, the first [day] of the week, he appeared first to Mary Magdalene, out of whom he had cast seven demons.
10 A ap kola indai on irail me ian i ko maj, ni ar mamaiei o janejan.
[And] she went and told them that had been with him, as they mourned and wept.
11 Ni arail roner, me a iajadar, o me a kotin pwar oner i, ro jota kamelele.
And they, when they had heard that he was alive, and had been seen by her, believed not.
12 Muri a kotin pwar on riamen irail ni eu mom, ni ara kokolan nan jap.
After that, he appeared in another form to two of them, as they were walking and going into the country.
13 Re ap kola indai on me tei kan. A re jota pil kamelele ira.
And they went and told [it] to the residue: neither believed they them.
14 Mur a pil kotin pwar on ir ekamen oko ni ar momod tunotunol, ap kotin kapun on irail ar jopojon o kapitakai, pweki ar jota kamelele ir me kilan i murin a iajadar.
Afterward he appeared to the eleven, as they sat at table, and upbraided them with their unbelief, and hardness of heart, because they believed not them who had seen him after he was risen.
15 A ap kotin majani on irail: Komail ko on jappa u, padaki on aramaj karoj ronamau!
And he said to them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.
16 Meamen me pojon o paptaijola, pan dorela. A me jo pojon pan kariala.
He that believeth and is baptized, shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.
17 A kilel pukat pan idauen ir, mo pojon: Ni ad ai re pan kau jaki jan tewil akan, re pan lokaia toror.
And these signs shall follow them that believe: In my name shall they cast out demons; they shall speak in new languages;
18 Re pan kawela jerpent; ma re nimala men kamela kot, a jota pan kawe ir ala; irail pan pwil pa ar pon me jomau, re ap pan kelailada.
They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
19 Ari, Kaun o lao kotin majani on irail mepukat, a ap peukadala nanlan o kotido on pali maun en Kot.
So then after the Lord had spoken to them, he was received up into heaven, and sat on the right hand of God.
20 Irail ap kola, padapadak jili waja karoj. A Kaun o kotin ian dodok, kameleleki majan manaman me ian.
And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with [them], and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.
