۱ 1 یهوه را سرود تازه بسرایید! ای تمامی زمین خداوند را بسرایید!

O sing unto the LORD a new song: sing unto the LORD, all the earth.

۲ 2 خداوند رابسرایید و نام او را متبارک خوانید! روز به روزنجات او را اعلام نمایید.

Sing unto the LORD, bless his name; shew forth his salvation from day to day.

۳ 3 در میان امت‌ها جلال او را ذکر کنید و کارهای عجیب او را در جمیع قومها.

Declare his glory among the heathen, his wonders among all people.

۴ 4 زیرا خداوند، عظیم است و بی‌نهایت حمید. و او مهیب است بر جمیع خدایان.

For the LORD [is] great, and greatly to be praised: he [is] to be feared above all gods.

۵ 5 زیراجمیع خدایان امت‌ها بتهایند، لیکن یهوه آسمانهارا آفرید.

For all the gods of the nations [are] idols: but the LORD made the heavens.

۶ 6 مجد و جلال به حضور وی است وقوت و جمال در قدس وی.

Honour and majesty [are] before him: strength and beauty [are] in his sanctuary.

۷ 7 ‌ای قبایل قوم‌ها خداوند را توصیف نمایید! خداوند را به جلال و قوت توصیف نمایید!

Give unto the LORD, O ye kindreds of the people, give unto the LORD glory and strength.

۸ 8 خداوند را به جلال اسم او توصیف نمایید! هدیه بیاورید و به صحنهای او بیایید!

Give unto the LORD the glory [due unto] his name: bring an offering, and come into his courts.

۹ 9 خداوندرا در زینت قدوسیت بپرستید! ای تمامی زمین ازحضور وی بلرزید!

O worship the LORD in the beauty of holiness: fear before him, all the earth.

۱۰ 10 در میان امت‌ها گوییدخداوند سلطنت گرفته است. ربع مسکون نیزپایدار شد و جنبش نخواهد خورد. قومها را به انصاف داوری خواهد نمود.

Say among the heathen [that] the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

۱۱ 11 آسمان شادی کند و زمین مسرور گردد. دریا و پری آن غرش نماید.

Let the heavens rejoice, and let the earth be glad; let the sea roar, and the fulness thereof.

۱۲ 12 صحرا و هر‌چه در آن است، به وجد آید. آنگاه تمام درختان جنگل ترنم خواهند نمود

Let the field be joyful, and all that [is] therein: then shall all the trees of the wood rejoice

۱۳ 13 به حضور خداوند زیرا که می‌آید. زیرا که برای داوری جهان می‌آید. ربع مسکون را به انصاف داوری خواهد کرد و قوم هارا به امانت خود.

Before the LORD: for he cometh, for he cometh to judge the earth: he shall judge the world with righteousness, and the people with his truth.
