A Song or Psalm for the sons of Korah, to the chief Musician upon Mahalath Leannoth, Maschil of Heman the Ezrahite. O LORD God of my salvation, I have cried day and night before thee:
| دعای من به حضور تو برسد، به ناله من گوش خود را فراگیر. | ۲ 2 |
Let my prayer come before thee: incline thy ear to my cry;
| زیرا که جان من از بلایا پر شده است وزندگانی‌ام به قبر نزدیک گردیده. (Sheol h7585) | ۳ 3 |
For my soul is full of troubles: and my life draweth near to the grave. (Sheol h7585)
| از فروروندگان به هاویه شمرده شده‌ام و مثل مرد بی‌قوت گشته‌ام. | ۴ 4 |
I am counted with them that go down into the pit: I am as a man that hath no strength:
| در میان مردگان منفرد شده، مثل کشتگان که در قبر خوابیده‌اند، که ایشان را دیگربه یاد نخواهی آورد و از دست تو منقطع شده‌اند. | ۵ 5 |
Free among the dead, like the slain that lie in the grave, whom thou rememberest no more: and they are cut off from thy hand.
| مرا در هاویه اسفل گذاشته‌ای، در ظلمت درژرفیها. | ۶ 6 |
Thou hast laid me in the lowest pit, in darkness, in the deeps.
| خشم تو بر من سنگین شده است و به همه امواج خود مرا مبتلا ساخته‌ای، سلاه. | ۷ 7 |
Thy wrath lieth heavy upon me, and thou hast afflicted me with all thy waves. (Selah)
| آشنایانم را از من دور کرده، و مرا مکروه ایشان گردانیده‌ای محبوس شده، بیرون نمی توانم آمد. | ۸ 8 |
Thou hast put away my acquaintance far from me; thou hast made me an abomination to them: I am shut up, and I cannot come forth.
| چشمانم از مذلت کاهیده شد. ای خداوند، نزدتو فریاد کرده‌ام تمامی روز. دستهای خود را به تودراز کرده‌ام. | ۹ 9 |
My eye mourneth by reason of affliction: LORD, I have called daily upon thee, I have stretched out my hands to thee.
| آیا برای مردگان کاری عجیب خواهی کرد؟ مگر مردگان برخاسته، تو را حمد خواهندگفت؟ سلاه. | ۱۰ 10 |
Wilt thou show wonders to the dead? shall the dead arise and praise thee? (Selah)
| آیا رحمت تو در قبر مذکورخواهد شد؟ و امانت تو در هلاکت؟ | ۱۱ 11 |
Shall thy lovingkindness be declared in the grave? or thy faithfulness in destruction?
| آیا کارعجیب تو در ظلمت اعلام می‌شود و عدالت تودر زمین فراموشی؟ | ۱۲ 12 |
Shall thy wonders be known in the dark? and thy righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
| و اما من نزد تو‌ای خداوندفریاد برآورده‌ام و بامدادان دعای من در‌پیش تومی آید. | ۱۳ 13 |
But to thee have I cried, O LORD; and in the morning shall my prayer come before thee.
| ای خداوند چرا جان مرا ترک کرده، وروی خود را از من پنهان نموده‌ای. | ۱۴ 14 |
LORD, why castest thou off my soul? why hidest thou thy face from me?
| من مستمندو از طفولیت مشرف بر موت شده‌ام. ترسهای تورا متحمل شده، متحیر گردیده‌ام. | ۱۵ 15 |
I am afflicted and ready to die from my youth up: while I suffer thy terrors I am distracted.
| حدت خشم تو بر من گذشته است و خوف های تو مراهلاک ساخته. | ۱۶ 16 |
Thy fierce wrath goeth over me; thy terrors have cut me off.
| مثل آب دور مرا گرفته است تمامی روز و مرا از هر سو احاطه نموده. | ۱۷ 17 |
They came around me daily like water; they surrounded me together.
| یاران و دوستان را از من دور کرده‌ای و آشنایانم را در تاریکی. | ۱۸ 18 |
Lover and friend hast thou put far from me, and my acquaintance into darkness.
