مزمور آساف هرآینه خدا برای اسرائیل نیکوست، یعنی برای آنانی که پاک دل هستند. | ۱ 1 |
A Psalm by Asaph. Surely God is good to Israel, to those who are pure in heart.
واما من نزدیک بود که پایهایم از راه در رود ونزدیک بود که قدمهایم بلغزد. | ۲ 2 |
But as for me, my feet were almost gone. My steps had nearly slipped.
زیرا بر متکبران حسد بردم چون سلامتی شریران را دیدم. | ۳ 3 |
For I was envious of the arrogant, when I saw the prosperity of the wicked.
زیراکه در موت ایشان قیدها نیست و قوت ایشان مستحکم است. | ۴ 4 |
For there are no struggles in their death, but their strength is firm.
مثل مردم در زحمت نیستند ومثل آدمیان مبتلا نمی باشند. | ۵ 5 |
They are free from burdens of men, neither are they plagued like other men.
بنابراین گردن ایشان به تکبر آراسته است وظلم مثل لباس ایشان را میپوشاند. | ۶ 6 |
Therefore pride is like a chain around their neck. Violence covers them like a garment.
چشمان ایشان از فربهی بدرآمده است و از خیالات دل خود تجاوز میکنند. | ۷ 7 |
Their eyes bulge with fat. Their minds pass the limits of conceit.
استهزا میکنند و حرفهای بد میزنند و سخنان ظلم آمیز را از جای بلندمی گویند. | ۸ 8 |
They scoff and speak with malice. In arrogance, they threaten oppression.
دهان خود را بر آسمانها گذاردهاند وزبان ایشان در جهان گردش میکند. | ۹ 9 |
They have set their mouth in the heavens. Their tongue walks through the earth.
پس قوم او بدینجا برمی گردند و آبهای فراوان، بدیشان نوشانیده میشود. | ۱۰ 10 |
Therefore their people return to them, and they drink up waters of abundance.
و ایشان میگویند: «خدا چگونه بداند و آیا حضرت اعلی علم دارد؟» | ۱۱ 11 |
They say, “How does God know? Is there knowledge in the Most High?”
اینک اینان شریر هستند که همیشه مطمئن بوده، در دولتمندی افزوده میشوند. | ۱۲ 12 |
Behold, these are the wicked. Being always at ease, they increase in riches.
یقین من دل خود را عبث طاهر ساخته و دستهای خود رابه پاکی شستهام. | ۱۳ 13 |
Surely I have cleansed my heart in vain, and washed my hands in innocence,
و من تمامی روز مبتلامی شوم و تادیب من هر بامداد حاضر است. | ۱۴ 14 |
For all day long I have been plagued, and punished every morning.
اگر میگفتم که چنین سخن گویم، هر آینه برطبقه فرزندان تو خیانت میکردم. | ۱۵ 15 |
If I had said, “I will speak thus”, behold, I would have betrayed the generation of your children.
چون تفکرکردم که این را بفهمم، در نظر من دشوار آمد. | ۱۶ 16 |
When I tried to understand this, it was too painful for me—
تابه قدسهای خدا داخل شدم. آنگاه در آخرت ایشان تامل کردم. | ۱۷ 17 |
until I entered God’s sanctuary, and considered their latter end.
هر آینه ایشان را در جایهای لغزنده گذاردهای. ایشان را به خرابیها خواهی انداخت. | ۱۸ 18 |
Surely you set them in slippery places. You throw them down to destruction.
چگونه بغته به هلاکت رسیدهاند! تباه شده، از ترسهای هولناک نیست گردیدهاند. | ۱۹ 19 |
How they are suddenly destroyed! They are completely swept away with terrors.
مثل خواب کسی چون بیدار شد، ای خداوندهمچنین چون برخیزی، صورت ایشان را ناچیزخواهی شمرد. | ۲۰ 20 |
As a dream when one wakes up, so, Lord, when you awake, you will despise their fantasies.
لیکن دل من تلخ شده بود و در اندرون خود، دل ریش شده بودم. | ۲۱ 21 |
For my soul was grieved. I was embittered in my heart.
و من وحشی بودم ومعرفت نداشتم و مثل بهایم نزد تو گردیدم. | ۲۲ 22 |
I was so senseless and ignorant. I was a brute beast before you.
ولی من دائم با تو هستم. تو دست راست مراتایید کردهای. | ۲۳ 23 |
Nevertheless, I am continually with you. You have held my right hand.
موافق رای خود مرا هدایت خواهی نمود و بعد از این مرا به جلال خواهی رسانید. | ۲۴ 24 |
You will guide me with your counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.
کیست برای من در آسمان؟ و غیر ازتو هیچچیز را در زمین نمی خواهم. | ۲۵ 25 |
Whom do I have in heaven? There is no one on earth whom I desire besides you.
اگرچه جسد و دل من زائل گردد، لیکن صخره دلم وحصه من خداست تا ابدالاباد. | ۲۶ 26 |
My flesh and my heart fails, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.
زیرا آنانی که ازتو دورند هلاک خواهند شد. و آنانی را که از توزنا میکنند، نابود خواهی ساخت. | ۲۷ 27 |
For, behold, those who are far from you shall perish. You have destroyed all those who are unfaithful to you.
و اما مرانیکوست که به خدا تقرب جویم. بر خداوندیهوه توکل کردهام تا همه کارهای تو را بیان کنم. | ۲۸ 28 |
But it is good for me to come close to God. I have made the Lord GOD my refuge, that I may tell of all your works.
