| خداوند را محبت می‌نمایم زیرا که آواز من و تضرع مرا شنیده است. | ۱ 1 |
I love the LORD, because he hath heard my voice [and] my supplications.
| زیرا که گوش خود را به من فرا داشته است، پس مدت حیات خود، او را خواهم خواند. | ۲ 2 |
Because he hath inclined his ear to me, therefore will I call upon [him] as long as I live.
| ریسمان های موت مرا احاطه کرد و تنگیهای هاویه مرا دریافت، تنگی و غم پیدا کردم. (Sheol h7585) | ۳ 3 |
The sorrows of death encompassed me, and the pains of hell came upon me: I found trouble and sorrow. (Sheol h7585)
| آنگاه نام خداوند را خواندم. آه‌ای خداوند جان مرارهایی ده! | ۴ 4 |
Then I called upon the name of the LORD; O LORD, I beseech thee, deliver my soul.
| خداوند رئوف و عادل است و خدای ما رحیم است. | ۵ 5 |
Gracious [is] the LORD, and righteous; yes, our God [is] merciful.
| خداوند ساده دلان را محافظت می‌کند. ذلیل بودم و مرا نجات داد. | ۶ 6 |
The LORD preserveth the simple: I was brought low, and he helped me.
| ای جان من به آرامی خود برگرد، زیراخداوند به تو احسان نموده است. | ۷ 7 |
Return to thy rest, O my soul; for the LORD hath dealt bountifully with thee.
| زیرا که جان مرا از موت خلاصی دادی و چشمانم را از اشک و پایهایم را از لغزیدن. | ۸ 8 |
For thou hast delivered my soul from death, my eyes from tears, [and] my feet from falling.
| به حضور خداوند سالک خواهم بود، در زمین زندگان. | ۹ 9 |
I will walk before the LORD in the land of the living.
| ایمان آوردم پس سخن گفتم. من بسیار مستمند شدم. | ۱۰ 10 |
I believed, therefore have I spoken: I was greatly afflicted:
| درپریشانی خود گفتم که «جمیع آدمیان دروغ گویند.» | ۱۱ 11 |
I said in my haste, All men [are] liars.
| خداوند را چه ادا کنم، برای همه احسانهایی که به من نموده است؟ | ۱۲ 12 |
What shall I render to the LORD [for] all his benefits towards me?
| پیاله نجات را خواهم گرفت و نام خداوند را خواهم خواند. | ۱۳ 13 |
I will take the cup of salvation, and call upon the name of the LORD.
| نذرهای خود را به خداوند ادا خواهم کرد، به حضور تمامی قوم او. | ۱۴ 14 |
I will pay my vows to the LORD now in the presence of all his people.
| موت مقدسان خداونددر نظر وی گرانبها است. | ۱۵ 15 |
Precious in the sight of the LORD [is] the death of his saints.
| آه‌ای خداوند، من بنده تو هستم! من بنده تو و پسر کنیز تو هستم. بندهای مرا گشوده‌ای! | ۱۶ 16 |
O LORD, truly I [am] thy servant; I [am] thy servant, the son of thy handmaid: thou hast loosed my bonds.
| قربانی های تشکر نزدتو خواهم گذرانید و نام خداوند را خواهم خواند. | ۱۷ 17 |
I will offer to thee the sacrifice of thanksgiving, and will call upon the name of the LORD.
| نذرهای خود را به خداوند ادا خواهم کرد، به حضور تمامی قوم وی، | ۱۸ 18 |
I will pay my vows to the LORD now in the presence of all his people,
| در صحن های خانه خداوند، در اندرون تو‌ای اورشلیم. هللویاه! | ۱۹ 19 |
In the courts of the LORD'S house, in the midst of thee, O Jerusalem. Praise ye the LORD.
