۱ 1 هللویاه! خداوند را به تمامی دل حمد خواهم گفت، در مجلس راستان و در جماعت.

Praise ye the Lord. I will prayse the Lord with my whole heart in the assemblie and Congregation of the iust.

۲ 2 کارهای خداوند عظیم است، و همگانی که به آنها رغبت دارند در آنهاتفتیش می‌کنند.

The workes of the Lord are great, and ought to be sought out of al them that loue them.

۳ 3 کار او جلال و کبریایی است وعدالت وی پایدار تا ابدالاباد.

His worke is beautifull and glorious, and his righteousnesse endureth for euer.

۴ 4 یادگاری برای کارهای عجیب خود ساخته است. خداوند کریم و رحیم است.

He hath made his wonderfull workes to be had in remembrance: the Lord is mercifull and full of compassion.

۵ 5 ترسندگان خود را رزقی نیکوداده است. عهد خویش را به یاد خواهد داشت تاابدالاباد.

He hath giuen a portion vnto them that feare him: he wil euer be mindfull of his couenant.

۶ 6 قوت اعمال خود را برای قوم خودبیان کرده است تا میراث امتها را بدیشان عطافرماید.

He hath shewed to his people the power of his workes in giuing vnto them the heritage of the heathen.

۷ 7 کارهای دستهایش راستی و انصاف است و جمیع فرایض وی امین.

The workes of his handes are trueth and iudgement: all his statutes are true.

۸ 8 آنها پایدار است تا ابدالاباد. در راستی و استقامت کرده شده.

They are stablished for euer and euer, and are done in trueth and equitie.

۹ 9 فدیه‌ای برای قوم خود فرستاد و عهد خویش راتا ابد امر فرمود. نام او قدوس و مهیب است.

He sent redemption vnto his people: he hath commanded his couenant for euer: holy and fearefull is his Name.

۱۰ 10 ترس خداوند ابتدای حکمت است. همه عاملین آنها را خردمندی نیکو است. حمد اوپایدار است تا ابدالاباد.

The beginning of wisedome is the feare of the Lord: all they that obserue them, haue good vnderstanding: his praise endureth for euer.
