مزامیر 109

۱ 1 برای سالار مغنیان. مزمور داودای خدای تسبیح من، خاموش مباش!

For the Chief Musician. A Psalm of David. Hold not thy peace, O God of my praise;

۲ 2 زیرا که دهان شرارت ودهان فریب را بر من گشوده‌اند، و به زبان دروغ برمن سخن گفته‌اند.

For the mouth of the wicked and the mouth of deceit have they opened against me: They have spoken unto me with a lying tongue.

۳ 3 به سخنان کینه مرا احاطه کرده‌اند و بی‌سبب با من جنگ نموده‌اند.

They have compassed me about also with words of hatred, And fought against me without a cause.

۴ 4 به عوض محبت من، با من مخالفت می‌کنند، و اما من دعا.

For my love they are my adversaries: But I [give myself unto] prayer.

۵ 5 و به عوض نیکویی به من بدی کرده‌اند. و به عوض محبت، عداوت نموده.

And they have rewarded me evil for good, And hatred for my love.

۶ 6 مردی شریر را براو بگمار، و دشمن به‌دست راست او بایستد.

Set thou a wicked man over him; And let an adversary stand at his right hand.

۷ 7 هنگامی که در محاکمه بیاید، خطا کار بیرون آیدو دعای او گناه بشود.

When he is judged, let him come forth guilty; And let his prayer be turned into sin.

۸ 8 ایام عمرش کم شود ومنصب او را دیگری ضبط نماید.

Let his days be few; [And] let another take his office.

۹ 9 فرزندان اویتیم بشوند و زوجه وی بیوه گردد.

Let his children be fatherless, And his wife a widow.

۱۰ 10 و فرزندان او آواره شده، گدایی بکنند و از خرابه های خودقوت را بجویند.

Let his children be vagabonds, and beg; And let them seek [their bread] out of their desolate places.

۱۱ 11 طلبکار تمامی مایملک او را ضبط نماید و اجنبیان محنت او را تاراج کنند.

Let the extortioner catch all that he hath; And let strangers make spoil of his labor.

۱۲ 12 کسی نباشد که بر او رحمت کند و بر یتیمان وی احدی رافت ننماید.

Let there be none to extend kindness unto him; Neither let there be any to have pity on his fatherless children.

۱۳ 13 ذریت وی منقطع گردند و در طبقه بعد نام ایشان محو شود.

Let his posterity be cut off; In the generation following let their name be blotted out.

۱۴ 14 عصیان پدرانش نزد خداوند به یاد آورده شودو گناه مادرش محو نگردد.

Let the iniquity of his fathers be remembered with Jehovah; And let not the sin of his mother be blotted out.

۱۵ 15 و آنها در مد نظرخداوند دائم بماند تا یادگاری ایشان را از زمین ببرد.

Let them be before Jehovah continually, That he may cut off the memory of them from the earth;

۱۶ 16 زیرا که رحمت نمودن را به یاد نیاورد، بلکه بر فقیر و مسکین جفا کرد و بر شکسته دل تااو را به قتل رساند.

Because he remembered not to show kindness, But persecuted the poor and needy man, And the broken in heart, to slay [them].

۱۷ 17 چون که لعنت را دوست می‌داشت بدو رسیده و چون که برکت رانمی خواست، از او دور شده است.

Yea, he loved cursing, and it came unto him; And he delighted not in blessing, and it was far from him.

۱۸ 18 و لعنت رامثل ردای خود در بر‌گرفت و مثل آب به شکمش درآمد و مثل روغن در استخوانهای وی.

He clothed himself also with cursing as with his garment, And it came into his inward parts like water, And like oil into his bones.

۱۹ 19 پس مثل جامه‌ای که او را می‌پوشاند، و چون کمربندی که به آن همیشه بسته می‌شود، خواهدبود.

Let it be unto him as the raiment wherewith he covereth himself, And for the girdle wherewith he is girded continually.

۲۰ 20 این است اجرت مخالفانم از جانب خداوند و برای آنانی که بر جان من بدی می‌گویند.

This is the reward of mine adversaries from Jehovah, And of them that speak evil against my soul.

۲۱ 21 اما تو‌ای یهوه خداوند به‌خاطر نام خود بامن عمل نما؛ چون که رحمت تو نیکوست، مراخلاصی ده.

But deal thou with me, O Jehovah the Lord, for thy name’s sake: Because thy lovingkindness is good, deliver thou me;

۲۲ 22 زیرا که من فقیر و مسکین هستم ودل من در اندرونم مجروح است.

For I am poor and needy, And my heart is wounded within me.

۲۳ 23 مثل سایه‌ای که در زوال باشد رفته‌ام و مثل ملخ رانده شده‌ام.

I am gone like the shadow when it declineth: I am tossed up and down as the locust.

۲۴ 24 زانوهایم از روزه داشتن می‌لرزد و گوشتم ازفربهی کاهیده می‌شود.

My knees are weak through fasting; And my flesh faileth of fatness.

۲۵ 25 و من نزد ایشان عارگردیده‌ام. چون مرا می‌بینند سر خود رامی جنبانند.

I am become also a reproach unto them: When they see me, they shake their head.

۲۶ 26 ‌ای یهوه خدای من مرا اعانت فرما، و به حسب رحمت خود مرا نجات ده،

Help me, O Jehovah my God; Oh save me according to thy lovingkindness:

۲۷ 27 تا بدانند که این است دست تو، و تو‌ای خداوند این را کرده‌ای.

That they may know that this is thy hand; [That] thou, Jehovah, hast done it.

۲۸ 28 ایشان لعنت بکنند، اما تو برکت بده. ایشان برخیزند و خجل گردند و اما بنده توشادمان شود.

Let them curse, but bless thou: When they arise, they shall be put to shame, But thy servant shall rejoice.

۲۹ 29 جفا کنندگانم به رسوایی ملبس شوند و خجالت خویش را مثل ردا بپوشند.

Let mine adversaries be clothed with dishonor, And let them cover themselves with their own shame as with a robe.

۳۰ 30 خداوند را به زبان خود بسیار تشکر خواهم کرد و او را در جماعت کثیر حمد خواهم گفت.

I will give great thanks unto Jehovah with my mouth; Yea, I will praise him among the multitude.

۳۱ 31 زیرا که به‌دست راست مسکین خواهد ایستادتا او را از آنانی که بر جان او فتوا می‌دهندبرهاند.

For he will stand at the right hand of the needy, To save him from them that judge his soul.
